The staff and doctors nurses saved my life. From the front desk running to get me help as I was having an allergic reaction I could barley breathe . Everybody jumped into action and handle me with proper gentle care. They truly saved my life. Also they even occupied my baby who is 1 years old and she was calm the entire time with my husband. Very attentive gentle caring people. I really love them and thank them so much. Please I definitely recommend them their spirits uplifted me and we had good laughs after. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. I made them my primary a couple of months ago and recently had a horrible ear infection were I felt like I was going to pass out, I walked in and they treated me immediately and after taking my meds I felt so much better. I also saw they do hydrafacials and micro-needling, I asked the front desk and they set up the appointment with Dom who was awesome! So friendly and addressed all my skin concerns, I had my first micro needling session and will be coming back. I didn’t even realize they offered so many services!

The medical team went above and beyond. They actually took the time to listen to everything I was feeling instead of rushing me through, and they explained things in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. You can tell they truly care about their patients, not just getting people in and out.

What stood out the most was how compassionate and understanding everyone was. I didn’t feel judged or dismissed at all—just supported. The facility itself was also very clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience.

I left feeling relieved, taken seriously, and honestly just grateful that places like this exist. If you’re looking for urgent care where you’ll be treated with kindness, respect, and real attention, I can’t recommend this place enough

Im never going back to this place. At first my experiences here were really good, but the place has really gone downhill. I walked in around 10:50am and waited to be seen. They finally called me back to a room at 11:45am and had to wait until 12:35 to be seen by the Dr.
Ok no big deal, as annoying as it is its super common to wait long hours at a Dr'soffice. When the Doctor finally comes in, in less than ONE minute is asking whats wrong and starts checking super fast, but he NEVER gives me a diagnosis and tells me to wait, and proceeds to leave.
As Im waiting for another half an hour one of the girls comes in the room and asks if I've been already seen. I tell her the Doctor kept me there waiting. Apparently the Dr completely forgot about me so the girl helps me with my Dr's note but Im at a loss to what my diagnosis was. At that point I just make my way out. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Easy to say I will never be returning here again.

I've been seen at 1st Choice for a variety of reasons related to dehydration, blood pressure/heart issues, etc. and the staff has always been helpful, thorough and personable. Check-in staff offered me a water after coming in on a hot day and accommodated me back to the back quickly. The nurses who spoke with me before the doctor were very friendly and the doctor was thorough, asking about my family history before making any medication or referral recommendations. While I still have a Primary, they're the best urgent care I've been to in the valley and will continue to be seen there.

If you’re an average person reading this, genuinely please find somewhere else.

They will make you fill out every single form yourself, including the ones a nurse should be asking/answering for you while you’re in the Examination Room. I think the stack of papers they gave me as a new patient was literally an inch and a half thick.

The doctor practicing here is as geriatric as they come and will NOT listen to you, even if you say you’re feeling fine. If you bring up any concerns about care, he will simply say “I’m giving you my medical advice” and will not explain further.

This guy will then rush you out of his clinic because his “medical advice” says you need to go to the Emergency Room. The ER Doctors there will then tell you everything is fine, they’re not sure why you’re here, and suddenly you have a $750 ER Bill for a simple ECG.

I’m so serious. If even one person doesn’t come here because of this, I’ll be glad.
Save yourself time, money, and anxiety and just find somewhere else to get REAL care with a doctor that isn’t 80 years old and should have been retired already.

Vegas born and raised! I’ve lived in most of Las Vegas from southern to summerlin & north last Vegas & when I first came here I was helped by troche, the help he did was amazing the staff is still amazing as well too but the recent visit will be my last felt rushed by this Older Doctor.
while he was unable to fill out the paperwork for me which is fine. I felt rushed on other issues that I was trying to have resolved or understanding didn’t bother looking at my chart while I had to point out I had previous visit of heart problems didn’t bother seeing I had high blood pressure coming in until I mentioned it myself. And how my cardiologist have sent papers to this place & he fails to find that paperwork but pulls out the last ekg I had and goes off of that chart to diagnose. The insurance I pay for doesn’t require me to have a referral but I come here to get a professional opinion and sense of direction and doesn’t even bother writing down what I should be taking or what I should grab for an over the counter product which how am I to remember a hydro something product..
worst experience I’ve had in my life from a doctor felt rushed and like a joke just wanted me out of there.

Thank you again to the staff & troche which unfortunately doesn’t work here anymore but I will not be coming back to this place.

Traveling thru Las Vegas and in need of urgent care I tried several other clinics. Of the ones I tried, none took walk-in. 1st Choice Urgent and Primary Care provided excellent care. Phone contact gave easy directions, friendly reception processed my insurance information and medical staff was thorough. If you are anywhere in Las Vegas or traveling through I highly recommend 1st Choice!

I went here because I was having edemas. The edemas would happen in my mouth, lips, tongue, feet, wrist, eye, and scrotum. This was my main complaint when I went in.
They were concerned with my high blood pressure, and on both occasions did an EKG. They never took into account that I have severe "White Coat Syndrome" (A fear of doctors). They prescribed Losartan along with two other medications. My edemas got worse.
They also sent me to cadiologist, Dr. Lee. Again my main concern was the edemas that were happening daily. Dr Lee was dismissive, and said, "why are you here, I don't treat edemas, go see Dr. Moon". I told him because urgent care sent me there. He upped the Losartan to 100mg. I ended up going to another Cardiologist, Dr. Gigi. She ran an electrocardiogram, and said, "There is nothing wrong with your heart". What she was amazed at that when I had gone to Urgent Care, was that they would prescribe Losartan, when my complaint was the EDEMAS.
she said "Quit taking Losartan as it can cause edemas. She was amazed that they would even prescribe me Losartan, when that is the reason I was seeing the doctor in the first place. Urgent Care never took into account that the edemas could be caused by a food allergy. We have since identified that I have a food allergy to red pepper flakes, pumpkin seeds, and cherries. These are foods I consumed almost daily, especially the red pepper flakes.
After I was able to find competent medical care, my blood pressure ranges 115/59- 124/69. The edemas are gone.
Outside of the sniffles or a scraped knee, I would not recommend this Urgent Care.

This review is entirely as it relates to their reception/appointment staff. Tried making an appointment, all phone numbers led to voicemails, mid week mid morning. Finally caved and tried their texting option. They wanted me to send over photos of my Photo ID and Insurance card just to make an appointment. Via an unsecure text number to god knows who or where that information is going. They then said I’d have to drop off that info in person simply to make an appointment. It’s horrible customer service to not even allow an appointment without that information, shady as hell that they have nobody to talk to and they just expect you to send over your info via text. It says a lot about how they feel about their patients and their patients associated information. If your first impression is that of “I don’t care” how could I possibly expect their doctors to care? No thanks, new PCP.

After a full year of multiple wellness visits to 1st Choice Urgent and Primary Care, it is time to submit a review. The entire staff has been nothing but polite, helpful, and welcoming. The facility is always clean and comfortable. Scheduling appointments is simplistic, and their team is good at communication/reminders. The front desk staff is friendly and greets you with a smile.

If you are used to making a doctor's appointment, waiting for 1.5 hours while the doctor runs late, only to get 15 minutes of quality time, then this isn't the place for you. I have never felt rushed or unheard during my visits here. During every appointment, Brian and Chasity have taken whatever time was needed to identify and establish an action plan moving forward, a rarity within the Las Vegas Valley.

Chasity and Brian are all of the following:

Competent - Concise and clear when explaining the procedures. Chasity willingly answers all my laborious questions! I appreciate that she takes time to ensure I understand what is transpiring. Their willingness to dive deep into my health journey and go above and beyond what a typical provider would do is superior in every facet.

Active listener - Nothing worse than visiting a doctor with whom you can tell isn't listening. (They appear preoccupied and not present.) Chasity and Brian are engaged in the conversation. I feel there are no time constraints. They make me feel valued as a client and not just another commodity.

Results - Aging is a new experience! I can recognize tangible evidence of my improved health over time. I'm thankful Brian and Chasity affiliate with 1st Choice Urgent and Primary Care!

In conclusion, I have never questioned the service or expertise of Chasity or Brian. Tremendous value and an ethical company. (Difficult to find within the Las Vegas Valley) Thank you all at 1st Choice Urgent and Primary Care! I appreciate you.

Don’t go here. Everything you have is an infection when it’s possibly a virus. You must tell the Dr what it is or they will only test for things based on symptoms. Once they rule that out they’ll just provide amoxicillin (antibiotic). Was told I was positive for ear infections when I actually had the flu per the ER two days later. Do you know what antibiotics does to a virus? Makes it worse and can lead to future problems when treating the virus. They’ll also leave you sitting in the room on results for over 40min to find out they’ve been sitting in the printer for 20min. Lastly you can give instructions over and over yet they’ll still send your prescriptions somewhere else. Not one visit I’ve had here has gone well!

They had me come in for an appointment (fasting and all), only to tell me they no longer accepted my insurance, gave me false information when I asked when this was implemented, (I had came in within a year and they told me that this decision was made more than a year ago…which wouldn’t make sense). The Second lady decided to chime in and said a snarky remark about my insurance…

Perfect name I’ve gotta say, First Choice and that’s what it shall be we just moved to this side of town and boy it feels different already, although we had a small incident in another side of town that is ..

I should of bought my daughter bday dress out here.. anyhow.. hit and runs aren’t the business and I couldn’t find a better place to care for me here they were the fastest I’ve ever seen for an Urgent care!! I also couldn’t find my card, but was told to bring back any paperwork and mention being open on Saturdays (so awesome) well I finally found my folder and was able to be seen on time I had just picked up my girls from school and had to get the other from work was out just in time!

The best part is it feels like a family oriented place with good vibes from everyone in the back office! Lovely front desk gals by the way. The doctor explains very well detail by detail haven’t ran into one lately just see you and get you on your way lol Not her super sweet doctor her assistant tho asks ll the questions possible to be seen the right way. Well I hope you feel the same way too!!

I'm going to try to make this short. I went, everything went smoothly, was told my prescription would be ready in an hour. Went to the pharmacy who said no prescription was ever sent. Went back to this urgent care and the girl the desk said that particular pharmacy always has these issues so she sent the prescription to another pharmacy. That pharmacy said, no prescription was sent. Went back to the urgent care to ask for a written prescription but the doors were locked two hours before they close. Now I have to go to another urgent care and hope for the best.
