Came in for an annual cleaning a few years ago. They ended up popping out one of my old fillings and I was left with a hole in my tooth. Went back in and they put the most fattest most rounded filling in my tooth. I told them it felt weird when I bite. They didn't care.

Now today, I'm back living in LA and just got the tooth fixed. The dentist said it was over filled and since it was over filled, my normal bite cracked the filling and my tooth began to decay and I may need a root canal possibly if their attempt at saving it doesn't work.

I went here ONE time and now have to deal with all of these consequences. Worst dentist hands down.

EDIT: You guys want to respond then delete. Don't do that with me. I spared you guys for so long but don't accuse me of lying or faking what I'm going through! You and I BOTH have dental records of this situation. Don't get unprofessional now. Because I can post the reciept which will furthermore verify this review. YOU guys messed up, take the criticism and apply it in the future. Don't attack your patients.

They refused to give me a cleaning because they said I needed a deep clean for $640 and the dentist refused to clean my teeth without it. The office then told me that under my teeth the bone was decaying and there's another review with the same story.
Overall the office was condescending and acted like no dentist would clean my teeth in this condition.
There are also signs in the office offering a gift card for a review. So don't trust the reviews you see.

Edit: they responded to this review and I can't reply to them. I'd highly encourage anyone who wants to go to this dentist to read other reviews. What I've said is not out of the norm. My experience was not a once off. Other people had the same issue too. Do your research. Also I didn't threaten staff with a bad review. I told them I was going to share my experience because I don't give bad reviews. I am an "if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all" type of person. I just don't want others to have this experience. Find another dentist.
Final note, the office has signs all over asking you to review them on yelp. Which is how I even thought to look up reviews and that's also how I learned they pressure people into expensive services.

I’m not much of a reviewer.
But! Sometimes you run into someone that goes way far and beyond to what they are hired to do, all day, all week, all month even for the last 25 years of being in the same industry can get a persons morale to an average persona to low attitude.
Not John at A+ Dental on Flamingo and Eastern. This dude I can tell you treats people as if his own brother walked through the doors, talks and explains everything I needed to know A-Z.
I taking my time writing this review because he didn’t stop at Z, he went through 1-100 with me too.
I never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. I don’t like dentist offices much, however because of John I felt reluctant to go home. I wanted to hang out with him, have coffee..We’ll I take sugar in mine, im sure sugar wouldn’t look well in a dentist office.
The review seems to only allow five stars, I’d like a recount and give John an earned 11 Stars.
I own a small landscape company, when it gets bigger, I may just come back for John and offer him a position as a customer care manager, because that is the type of guy. Excuse me not if, THAT IS the guy that I would want talking to my customers and shaking their hands and smiling, and explaining the process of what we do, how we do it., I’m just being real here. (John if you are reading this review, do not put your notice in. It’s a metaphor).
Though I pray you do read this. Put aside the review put aside everything I said, put aside our busy day we all go through in our careers.
I want to personally thank you. I appreciate the way you treat me and the way I see you treat others. I am grateful that we met because if I ever need a dentist again, I know exactly where I’m going as long as John is there. I will always return to A+ Dental.
I’m not done…yet. Some of us have a cer mechanic that we only allow to touch our car or we may have one chef that only is allowed to cook us dinner. Perhaps we have only one driver that we request.. I’m not 100% sure if this place takes children but I’ll tell you what, I’m going to find out and if they do no one is touching my kids mouths Unless John is there. To me, that goes along way

Went in today completed my impressions for my new dentures. I have never been to a dentist office as nice or professional as A+ Dental Group. Going to go back in a week to start getting my dentures picked out and adjusted. I brought my grandma to this dental office and from the moment I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and attentive.
They accepted my grandma's insurance so she didn't have to pay for her treatment. The office was clean, and comfortable.

Today was our first appointment with A+ Dental Group. I have 2 sons and youngest
Son has autism. He has bad experience in NY so I was very nervous. I told them what happen before and they were taking time with him and explaining every step until he understands. I had an excellent experience. I’m from Argentina and arrived at the clinic with severe tooth pain. The doctor in charge welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. Without charging me anything upfront, he performed a thorough examination and explained that it wasn’t worth doing surgery without international insurance. Instead, he prescribed antibiotics to manage the infection and pain.

By the next day, the pain was completely gone—the treatment was highly effective. Thanks to that, I was able to return to Argentina five days later and continue the treatment there.

I went to A+ Dental because the first practice I went to was dismissive of my concerns and started procedures without my consent.
From the first time I stepped into the A+ office, it was a totally different atmosphere. From the fact that they had little pillows to put behind the neck, sunglasses so the bright lights wouldn't hurt the eyes. And everyone listened to me and explained everything. Dr. Leila was terrific . Gabby and Eileen were concerned about me. Dr. Inga is the dr who actually did my extractions and I couldn't ask for better.

My name is Kenia Vega, I have been a patient at this clinic for over 7 years. I first went to the one in Durango. The truth is that the care was super good and they made me feel good, until I decided to get braces and I know it was my worst decision to get them at this clinic for over 3 years because in May I turned three years old with these devices. I don't see that they have done a good job, my teeth are still crooked, I have the two upper ones, one is bigger than the other, they have not shifted my teeth as they should and after a year and a half of having the braces they changed them again because the doctor who was treating me changed, the truth is a complete disaster. If I could, I wouldn't leave even one star and I spoke with the main doctor and they cleaned themselves because they simply received their money and I am super disappointed with the poor work they are doing on me, it has been three long years and I am even scared of my teeth, a total disaster. So I made an appointment for my regular traditional cleaning that Medicaid pays for so upon arrival they had me fill out forms after filling out forms. Me and my daughter proceeded to go into the operation room. They do x-rays to my teeth and they find out that I need a deep cleaning and a deep cleaning is not covered by Medicaid, it cost $600 so they numb my mouth up trying to get my wisdom teeth out. They cannot get my wisdom teeth out. They did not have the right equipment. They did not numb my mouth up enough. I can feel every pressure that they were doing that they denied me from getting my regular cleaning because I did not want to pay for the deep cleaning. I will not recommend no one to go to this dental office. They’re all about money. They’re not about their patience Care , also they left the tooth in my daughter’s mouth. Don’t ever come to this , also they left the tooth in my daughter’s mouth. Don’t ever come to this dental office.

The front office staff very efficient--patient with helping make appointment obtain previous dental x rays from another provider and helping us fill out new patient forms. Then one of the girls in there couldn't talk her way out of a paper bag wouldn't own up to it and was trying to put the blame on me it was truly pathetic she was spastic after losing the argument.. there are much better deals on the other side of town on top of that very shady people outside of the office if you're a woman I would not come here alone anytime of the day

This place was great! Dr. K was awesome very gentle. I hate the dentist but he makes sure you feel totally comfortable before he starts any work. I had three teeth pulled and he made sure I was in no pain even had to give me another shot in one side. And after I went home I was bleeding an hour later and was very nervous. The guy who did my x-ray was really nice. The dentist was very extreme to me, he wanted to remove all my top teeth. It wasn’t necessary at all. When I went to the front the other lady said something completely different when making my schedule. She kinda was smart in the mouth a little condescending. Needless to say I won’t be going here .

Came here for a check up and the dentist I had thought he was a scientist but in reality he’s just a guy there for a paycheck. He didn’t genuinely care about my situation just wanted to upsale and get an incentive for his referrals. I decided to somewhere else more professional and genuine.

Update: 4/19/2026 just went to get a checkup at another location and every single cavity that A+ dental claimed I have didn’t even exist? Like I said the dentist here thinks he’s a scientist or something. As soon as I mentioned coconut oil pulling and cloves he was furious and I can see exactly why. Imagine being such a clown it must be embarrassing.

I called this morning with hopes to becoming a new patient but I did have a question first and I’m only going to work with the office manager that way there’s no miscommunications later.

Answered the phone so I asked for the office manager she refused to transfer me, came up with any lie and absolutely did not transfer me to the office manager.

That’s a dealbreaker because I’m unable to get the answers. I’m looking for. I’m not working with Mary simply because I didn’t ask for her. I asked for the office manager.

She told me who the office manager is, so what I’m gonna do is work around Mary by going straight to the office and asking for the office manager.

If I still can’t speak to the office manager, I will not become a patient.

I would give 5 stars but the hygienist -Cindy handled my mouth very rough. You would think someone would be aware to be as gentle as possible when working in a persons mouth. I’m a tough cookie but It was a horrible experience and honestly I am traumatized. I can’t imagine a child going through this and wouldn’t recommend them for that reason. I am so thankful to this dentist office. The entire staff is very kind. I’ve had a tooth that’s been hurting me for months and I was so dissatisfied with my last dentist office and the insane estimates they gave me to fix the tooth, I honestly came in this office just to get it pulled… the girls in the front helped me figure out financing options that worked with my insurance and the dentists and the assistants in the back made sure I was safe and comfortable during my third trimester of pregnancy. My tooth already feels sooo much better and I go back in a few weeks to finish the crown.. I definitely recommend this dentist to anybody who feels they have no options but to get teeth extracted. Being in my 20’s, having teeth missing is very unappealing to me and really would hurt my self esteem. Definitely will be returning for all my dental needs!

First time ever calling and speaking to the receptionist to try and schedule an appointment and an extremely rude woman I won't mention her name, anserwed the call with my daughter. She had asked my daughter for her information and my daughter had to repeat her email 7 times which angered the woman even more. The way she communicated with my daughter was extremely unprofessional, I was videoing my grandson and captured part of the conversation. I called back after that phone call to try and schedule my granddaughter an appointment and we were informed that we are not welcomed to that office and that she ( the same woman was the manager) why then is she anserwing the calls and said she was scheduling. Confusing. I was given the excuse that We were unprofessional. I don't know if this woman started her day off wrong or just having a bad day. However that is no way to treat a patient and family. I really am thankful that this happened so as we don't subject my granddaughter to such a negative person. You caused undue stress where it didn't need to be placed in an already chaotic world. I really hope your day gets better and noone else is in your negative path. Your are in the wrong business in dealing with people if you see no problem with the disrespectful way you treat people, patients. Thankfully we have found a much more pleasant and welcoming place that we are looking forward to going with for my granddaughter.

The superb reception, conversations, and treatment during my entire visit was far beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked up to the reception window until the moment I departed I received the welcome one would give to their dearest family members coming home after an extended absence. We not only exchanged pleasantries, but had a jovial conversation with jokes and laughter all around. ... Even the exchange on the correct name pronunciation of Dr. Khossoosi was a wonderful moment to remember.

In the exam room Dr. Khossoosi, Leila if you will, was genuinely friendly -- a consummate professional -- not only was she welcoming, but her mannerism and kind voice put me at ease from the get-go. Indeed, I could not have been more pleased than she and her assistant made me yesterday during our 40 minute Veteran Administration directed business.

PLEASE extend my gratitude, appreciation and sincere thanks to all the staff -- Mary out front and I'm sorry I didn't get all those name of the office staff; but, each and all took time to share a laugh or three and to look me in the eye with a broad smile, grin, and even a good amount of grinning and laughter. The worst experience that I could have asked for in a dental processing office. The quality of my dentures or the lowest. After 3 months or close to having dental replace they are now breaking. The staff not friendly, the dental work was horrible! I wouldn't refer anyone to this location not saying every location is the same but, the one in Henderson is horrible horrible!! APlus Dental shot a full set of x-rays, and Dr Leila performed a complete visual exam of my mouth. My treatment plan was for resin composite fillings on 9 teeth where the enamel had worn away. Before proceeding, Dr Leila explained, in detail, what needed to be done and how long it would take. She spent several minutes with me before beginning the work. Dr Leila made me feel comfortable and safe. I noticed how she was respectful of her staff, and staff respected her. I experienced no pain and nearly fell asleep during the two hour treatment. The following day I received a call from the office manager asking how I was feeling, and if I needed anything. This dental office has caring, gentle, and competent people. I should also mention that both dentists are graduates of the University of Southern California, recognized as one of the finest dental schools in the US.

The front desk staff greeted me with a smile as I walked in the door. They were helpful in reviewing my file, making sure all of my information was correct and up to date. I absolutely highly recommend A+ Dental Group. I have lived in Las Vegas for 59 years, they are the BEST dentist I have ever had. My sister referred me and I am so very grateful she did, she loved them and told me to call them asap. From my first call to see if they could help me and how quickly due to a tooth broke in half and was cutting my tounge to shreds. They offered for me to come that day. It was a Friday and I could not go as much as I wanted to so they got me in Monday. I had two other broken teeth I had been ignoring for sometime. Once I arrived everyone was exceptionally nice and made me feel super comfortable. I was scared to death, I HATE going to the dentist. I went back and Amber did all my x rays and took my history medical and dental. She could see what a wreck I was, so embarrassed that anyone was going to look in my mouth period due to my neglect of oral care. She quickly had me feeling so much better. Dr. Lala then came and did the exam and was so kind and compassionate like everyone else had already been. I never expected she was going to be able to pull the previously two broken teeth they was not really anything left to grab onto. Thought I would need an oral surgeon for those. She told me she could do all three that day so I was so grateful to finally have these teeth gone. I had one thing going for me is none of these teeth were infected or abscessed yet. They gave me a price that was way more than fair for all that was needed to get these teeth out. The entire time I was asked repeatedly if I was okay, hurting in any way it was so kind, gentle and caring the entire experience. PLEASE if you are looking for a dentist call them FIRST and let them help you. I will now be going back to work on getting my teeth and mouth in better scape. Dr. Lala had them schedule me to come back in 3 weeks to check on my healing and how my tounge is healing as well. They told me to call before that if anything was concerning to me or if the bleeding did not stop with in the given time frame for all the work I had done. I know this may sound extreme but I left there feeling like family not just a patient. To everyone at A+ Dental Group my sincerest gratitude and I am blessed to have you as my dental group from now on without the life long fear I had of going to the dentist. Just wished I would have found them long ago.

I had an appointment Friday. A+ Dental called me Thursday to confirm my appointment. I told them I would be on my lunch break so I can’t sit in the waiting room all day, then wait in the chair and back to the waiting room to schedule my next appointment.
So Friday rolls around. My appointment is at 1pm. I left work at 12:50, arrived at 1:02.
I was immediately taken back for X-rays. The dentist was waiting for me in the room when I got back from X-rays. I spend 20 minuets with the dentist going over a plan for extractions. After that, I was sent to scheduling, they were ready for me and had everything set so I was able to leave after that.
I made it back to work by 1:50.
A+ Dental really respected my time. From the receptionist to the dentist to scheduling.... everyone knew I was on my lunch break and everyone got me in and out quickly. I was very happy with everything.
I recommend A+ Dental to anyone who has a busy schedule but knows how important their teeth are.
Someone even called to follow up to make sure I got back to work on time.

From Italy, we were making a tour of West USA and when we reached Las Vegas we had very difficult moments due to a painful toothache of our daughter of 11 years of age. We went to A+ Dental Group and received immediate and proper intervention by a very kind and trained staff.
In the same morning, we solved the problem and our vacation continued in a perfect way. We had the chance to visit Zion Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Monument Valley and Grand Canyon and enjoyed them all very much (expecially my daughter).
For this reason, I would like to express our gratitude to the dentist and her assistants for the very good job which changed completely the quality of our trip in the US.
Moreover, we appreciated the competency in doing the job and the kindness of all personnel of the A+ Dental Group.

Very pleasant dental office. I see. The cook sushi call Sushi and he's very patient and gentle. I've had many services done here including new Dentures. I was very pleased with the dentures in the work that he does on my teeth.

A+ Dental has helped my wife out with her Dental needs. They take walk ins until noon. Along with scheduled appointments. They work with you on the time of when you're able to be seen (Able to make it in) by one of their Doctors. From A to Z, they have been able to do everything!!
My wife is pleased, and is in the process of getting everything done to her satisfaction.

Love this dentist, all the staff is friendly and professional. The dentist's here are wonderful, straight to the point and will work with you to get you the help you need. Very nice receptionists, depending on which Dr. you get, they are either very nice or have an attitude. But the waiting time isn't too long, maybe 5 to 10 mins max, 3 mins minimum. Location is close to where I live, right down the street.

1 hour into our vacation in Vegas my wife had a crown come loose. Being strangers in this town, we called A+ Dental based on the 4.8 star google rating and the friendly staff at A+ got us right in and fixed her up. We don't plan on ever needing A+ Dental again but would highly reccommend them if you are ever in Vegas and need to see a dentist. Looks like they also do a great job with the kids if you are planning on moving here. Short drive from the strip.
