Walking in, you’d think the front desk staff would at least acknowledge a patient standing there. Apparently that’s too much to ask. Instead, they seemed far more interested in chatting with each other than helping anyone waiting. I stood there long enough to feel completely ignored. If customer service is part of the job, it definitely wasn’t happening today. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would go a long way, but I guess the conversation at the desk was more important.

I just wanna share that I thought The front office staff was fantastic. My referral had to be changed and instead of putting me off and sending me home and having me deal with the insurance company myself, they took the time to get on the call with me and to take care of whatever needed to happen for me to keep my appointment today. Everyone was friendly and efficient and it was a very nice experience. It was a nice change from the typical experiences I’ve had lately when everyone has an attitude of it’s not my job, or it’s not my problem, thank you so much for making my day easier and taking the initiative.

I had a lower molar extraction done by Dr. Luu at Absolute Dental and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk and admin staff were friendly, organized, and made check‑in really easy. Dr. Luu and his assistant were calm, professional, and explained everything clearly, which really helped with my anxiety. The procedure was quick and much easier than I expected. Absolute Dental is the best. I broke my lower denture and was told it could not be fixed by another dental office. Absolute Dental fixed my denture as good as new and was ready the next day! Since my dentures are 20 years old, I decided to get a new pair. Unlike the other dental office that wanted me to have 13 visits before the dentures were ready, at Absolute Dental I come back in a week to pick up the new dentures and no extra visits. The staff is great. They are cheerful, informative and professional. I can't say enough about how great Absolute Dental is. Highly recommend them for all you dental needs.

Horrible experience. Booked an appointment for my daughter the pervious day they confirmed my appointment and insurance. When I arrived for said appointment I was told " I may not be able to be seen until Monday if my insurance isnt able to be verified." Well isn't that why I was on the phone with you and why you called and confirmed the appointment. My husband left work earlier for this appointment. On top of that only was parent would be allowed in the back.. it was huge... there was plenty of space for an extra adult for help,
this is a 1 year old! From the moment stepping into the business I just felt uneasy. The chairs are broken and run down, the bathroom had trash on the floor, the cleanliness excepted out of a medical establishment was not met. While waiting in the back room to be seen, we decided to just leave. From the lady in the front check in, to the assistant that took us back, everyone was unprofessional and did nothing to be helpful. I am surprised anyone would even bring their child here. Called quote was for extraction 40 visit? And 250 for extraction. Get there and one tooth not surgical. Just remove one hot toot. Lady comes in like im stupid? First words are are payment plans are. I stopped her payment plan I just want one tooth extracted? I want to pay cash. Just a few days prior, I had an appointment with another dental company for just a normal cleaning, but they were upselling and causing fear—looking at my x-rays and survey saying I may need to be tested for Sleep Apnea, teeth grinding, and multiple cavities. They didn’t do cleaning of my teeth as requested. So I found Absolute Dental on the website. This was my very first visit with them. I felt as though I was with them for years. Everyone that I had contact with were friendly, positive and great. They did what was expected and more. Absolute Dental on 169 N. Nellis also known as Southern Nevada General Dentistry Prada, PLLC. The clinic is run down and rather dirty (see pictures), even the kids Detroit is less than inviting. The floor looked as if it had not been mopped in weeks. The bathroom was filthy and the general exam areas were not clean.

The kids toys in the lobby were so filthy they should be burned. The lobby itself was in disrepair even as sparsely furnished as it was.

The staff was very friendly though someone screwed up my insurance information and they waited to tell me until we showed up. As it happened my insurance was closed that day and I had to pay out of pocket almost $200, due to their poor communication. They had called me the day prior and never mentioned an issue with my insurance.

The cleaning for both of my children was by far the fastest and least comprehensive I've seen. It took 2-4min for each child. I’m not a dentist or dental tech but it seems quick.

Again I'll reiterate that the staff was very friendly which at least made the in-person customer service aspect pleasant.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE...IT IS HORRIBLY FILTHY...

Been going to this location for years, usually it’s always a great experience: the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time to get a refund for being overcharged $227, now no one can help me. Was informed of being overcharged June 2025, requested refund the same day. Went back for updates on my refund in July & August, the first person lied and said they put the request in and never did. 2nd person finally put the request in and said 4 weeks. Didn’t get anything so I went to the office for an update then was told it could take 6-8 weeks. So I left it alone until my next 6 month appointment time came, which was December 2025. The office said my check was refund on 9/11/2025: never received anything. They gave me the billings person number to get it reissued. I called the billing person, never answered any calls but the voicemail said to text LIZ. I texted LIZ multiple times and she literally read all my messages but NEVER responded. I even asked for another number in case her ignoring me meant she couldn’t help but still no response back. She kept leaving my messages on READ! Very rude of you Liz!!!!! Thanks for nothing. & I still do not have my refund. I will be taking further action!!

Worst experience I had today. Had a treatment plan scheduled with Dr Tan who no longer works there. Had to redo x-rays , meet with the new doctor and have a new plan. The office called me multiple times to schedule an appointment for the next step which was to have some teeth extracted with the surgeon that only came in on Thursdays. When they kept calling they kept mentioning how much I would have to pay for the extraction. Come to find out when I came in today it's Thursday there was no plan or no extractions to be done other than to redo the whole treatment process again. When I first initially came in met with the doctor, the hygienesis and the assistance they were all professional they all have since left and this is only 6 months when I first started coming in. I would never recommend anyone to go to Absolute dental very unprofessional. And finding ways to make money and charge for more.

1st time here and horrible experience. I get there and sign in both receptionist ignoring me at least acknowledge me that I’m there. I had to open my mouth and say good afternoon my daughter has an appointment. And then they rudely say mom whats her 1st and last name and I let them know. They then provided me with forms to fill out a questionnaire. While filling out the forms all they were talking about was personal buisness that should not be talked about out loud. Me working in the medical field is the first thing they tell us because they represent the company. After filling out the forms I stand up and take it to them. I waited like 4 min the lady with the blonde highlights never acknowledged me again and continue to input a patient in the system. Mind you still never acknowledged me until the other check in lady came back I gave her my forms. Me and my daughter who is special needs still waited in the lobby and she went in by herself. The dentist or at least the assistant of the dentist never let me know what they did to my daughter their recommendations she came back and was like idk they said it don’t need braces. I then proceeded and went to the front receptionist the lady with blonde highlights and she ignored me for good 2 minutes so I opened my mouth and was like are we good to go is there any recommendations. She let me know the recommendations but was talking to me in a sarcastic rude tone and I was like thank you. To tell you the truth this office does not even deserve a 1 star rating at all. Horrible horrible service especially for kids with special needs. Hopefully no one goes through this as well. I hope either they make a change because both ladies are a no no or they do something because there facility is slowly going down in ratings do to experience, customer service, and quality.

I have been a patient at this location for nearly a decade and it was once a good place, but unfortunately, I experienced a lot of bad experiences with this place as a few years back, I remember how the specialist and the doctors often treated me with aggressive responses even for a small honest mistake since I'm a victim of abuse for a long time as one of the doctors who treated me for five years doesn't show any respects of my feelings and there's times that they give made up excuses for additional payments and other unnecessary things during my appointments. I have been experiencing much fear of going to absolute dental recently due to the controversy that happened earlier this year and I truly feel bad for my best friend who recently experienced greediness that the place has done. As of now, I decided to move on from absolute dental for a different dentist, primarily the ones who show respect for their patients and who aren't greedy.

But the front desk that is why I’m giving 3 stars the ortho office at the Nellis and Stewart office they are way too entitled and they think it’s okay to be rude to their patients there’s only one front desk girl in the ortho office that knows how to act professional. The others I’m not sure what it is if they’re annoyed or stressed that they book too many patients at the same time or what but it’s not the patients fault for them to have such nasty attitudes. I have already reported them to the higher ups managers/supervisors and the state because they will sit there and talk bad about patients like we can’t hear. Disgusting and unprofessional. After reporting them the issues stopped for a bit until today there was another lady with her rude/nasty attitude so we will wait and see, hopefully management can put them on check and fix their attitude and entitlement if they don’t like their job they should just find something else and stop making patients feel uncomfortable.

The front desk staff is very professional and welcoming. Everyone seemed to know what their job duty is and could handle any questions. Once called back the staff very friendly. I go to this office for quite a while. Never had any issues. Today I had a small issue and I overreacted. Office manager Kathy and front desk clerk Kenya stayed calm, professional and friendly. I've been going to this dental office for a little over 2 years. Very professional. No pain exists here. Only thing, I paid more than my insurance paid. Now I have much better insurance. But have good insurance when you come to this office. And make sure that your insurance company is affiliated with them b4 you come here to this office. That's my advice to you. I have a great staff that takes great care of me.

I have always been a terrified to go to the dentist definitely embarrassed of my smile and going to Absolute Dental . They try and make me feel very comfortable and not being embarrassed. Is a Game-Changer! I recently had my routine dental cleaning at Absolute Dental on Nellis, and I had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Joan Landron as my hygienist. Not only was the cleaning meticulously thorough – truly the best my teeth have ever felt – but Dr. Landron also took the time to point out an area I'd been neglecting and provided personalized tips and demonstrations that genuinely improved my home care routine. This was truly the most positive and informative dental cleaning I've ever experienced, and it's all thanks to Dr. Joan Landron's exceptional care.

Paid a copay just to be told I would have to pay $150 and the copay again PLUS be rescheduled for the dental cleaning I booked. Mind you I was there for a dental cleaning. However after x-rays they told me they could “squeeze me in” later today but I would pay ANOTHER copay even though it’s the same calendar day for the original visit reason. So if you’re looking to get your teeth cleaned just know your appointment isn’t apparently for that and there is more than likely a chance you’ll waste an hour or more than and walk out with a large estimate “for later”

This place sucks. No one ever answers the phone, and when they do, they are always angry. The voice AI doesn't really work, and I can never make an appointment online. The office is always packed, and you're never seen on time. What's sad, the kids building is so much better and more organized. Love that, and it needs to happen on the adult side too.

Very polite staff. I have to add the name of the oral surgeon that has extracted a lot of my teeth there. This guy has great great bed side manners, humerus. I like absolute dental on Nellis.
the ladies at reception are really very nice and helpful. They show a lot of patience and politeness, especially towards very angry people. It's true that sometimes you wait a little too long after your appointment time but it'snit their fault. the dentists and their assistants are really very reassuring and I haven't had any problems so far. even during the procedures no pain.

I genuinely felt assaulted after the X-ray procedure. The assistant was so incredibly incompetent. Constantly running into me with apparatus in my mouth, unable to take a proper X-ray so she had to retake photos for almost an hour of plastic in an out of my mouth unable to find the proper position! She couldn’t spell basic words to fill out the paperwork for the doctor, and didn’t speak English. I’ve never had to ask an assistant to please be careful let alone 3 times and she didn’t even understand.

I had new dentures made at least three times prior with other dentists but no one can surpass Dr. landross. Her bedside manner as far as doctors are concerned is impeccable. I was made to feel cared for and I knew I was in the hands of a very skilled doctor. I highly recommend people visit absolute dental on Nellis Street.

I had a good dental cleaning today I also found out that last year when they put a temporary liner in my top plate it was meant to be temporary very not for a whole year. Nobody ever brought me back into fix that problem. The top plate has never fit me. It’s always been too large. So now they’re gonna do it. I hope when I get it back, it’s gonna fit me better and not so sick that it makes me have trouble talking. Other than that, I did have a good visit there.

I fired this dental office. I hate to give up a wonderful dentist, but the staff just make it impossible. Too stressful. Already got a nice new dentist and guess what?????? I have been coming here for almost 10 years now . I love my dentist she is do kind and never in a rush . . Always clean ( on adult side ) I don't know anything about the kids side . . I honestly can't complain about anything or anyone . Bit if they actually look at the reviews I would like to digest 1 thing . I get it can at times be hectic but the front end staff really need to make it a lil more perfeshional , joking around in the front end is the first impression one gets as they walk in the door. . At first I wasn't impressed with the Nellis office but Dr luu changed that. He was nice understood that I have dental anxiety and need to be sedated due to my tooth roots being curved. I may have to wait for a bit since he's booked but it's okay. I was told that if I need anything for my pain or if any infection develops to call the office and he will get it taken care of. I am impressed with the whole company absolute dental and will be going back to the original office for any easier dental work I need. I will also be bringing my kids to see them as well.

They told my wife she needed a root canal. She still had pain after the root canal so they pulled the tooth. Said they would credit cost for root canal in 4 to 6 weeks. They also charged her for a crown that she did not get. After 6 weeks I contacted the manager katherine , A Blackburn , and billing they never contacted me back. They just ignore us after promising a credit. Promise credit but no action. but the charges arrived at my insurance in 2 days.Now it has been 7 weeks and no credit.

Got recommended this location from a friend for

Best dental experience of my life!

I am someone who is terrified of the dentist office. Due to some trauma at the dentist in my early 20's. Today I stepped into the Dentist office for the first time in a decade. The staff at Absolute Dental were amazing. They did everything in their power to ensure I was comfortable and understood what was going on the entire time. I ended up having to get a filling today and the doctor made sure I was very numb before she started. I also need a root canal and crown and they were able to schedule time for both in the same day. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for a safe environment to get dental work done.

It takes a lot for me to give any reviews especially a bad one.. I am very disappointed with the Absolute Dental at Nellis. I could almost bet they change managers. The ladies on the front desks are lacking of good customer service. My daughters have been coming to this location for 8+ years. What good is for appointment if they make you wait for a while. Then they give you this bull about we need 2 separate appointments for something they have done for years before on taking care of everything at the same time. I think they just want to bill the insurance for two different visits can't think of anything else...

Hi this is Lisa Gregory I'm responding back I was very happy at first when I got my dental work done and I got my new benches but for some odd reason a back teeth on the plate broke then I tried fixing them I could not wear them anymore I'm really not please with the dental work I can't seem to find time to get down to the dental office because I work to make ends meet and just a lot I can't even smile or open my mouth but I wear my old ones I wanted to wear the new ones my bottom teeth are over large over there other plates that I'm wearing if I can find time to get down there and show you guys my bad teeth but it's always there calling me as need you to understand that's what I put on my application nobody's fault for mine but I need those teeth fixed on vacation is coming up so between then I will make an appointment once again and I can come in and show you the work has been done on those teeth really not please so thank you for responding back to me I appreciate you

I had a crown done and had a pretty smooth experience. I was attended shortly after arriving for my appointment, and the assistant Leyvili was amazing. I really can’t praise her enough and this location is lucky to have her. She made what should’ve been a boring, simple, crown replacement much better with her amazing customer service skills and energy. Dr. Landron was extremely professional and did the crown procedure with no issues. I have been to this location before and it was always good, but after this visit I just had to come here and give a few words because they really went above and beyond today and if i ever need any dental work done again, I’ll make sure to come here :)

1. My son’s appointment was for 5 PM. We were called in at 5:53 PM. No apology was given for them being late.
2. Dr. Patel has NO bedside manners or proper hygiene. Dr. Patel walked into the treatment area and did not provide her name or who she was. She proceeded to get a pair of gloves without washing her hands or sanitizing them. I had to ask her to prep her hands. This was my son’s first dental visit and the first time seeing Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel should’ve had the respect at least to greet my son and to say what she was going to do. She opened his mouth (for a few seconds), answered my questions and left the room abruptly. Dr. Patel was there for a total of about 2-3 minutes.
3. We will NOT be returning.

It’s my job to protect my son. If Dr. Patel is unable to do basic hygiene practices AND show some respect for her patients then she should not be in the health field.

I can’t wait to see what the dental bill will look like. That was a waste of time.

After calling all week to schedule braces removal I am given an appointment here to only be told ny the manager upon arrival that they can't remove my braces. She refused to offer any service for that day and told me there was no point in speaking to the orthodontist to try and remove my braces. Upon asking the orthodontist she removed my braces and was very helpful but the manager became very accusatory of my case. Continuing to ask me who sent me there and she wanted names of other offices managers, she had a really bad attitude and I'm not even sure I can trust her to not tell lies or send my case properly to billing. She told me that the other office managers lied to me and she couldn't help me with any billing questions. This is the case of several offices however and the call center, Noone wants to take accountability or is knowledgeable enough to provide correct and accurate information. For these reasons and the lack of consistent orthodontist care from absolute dental I needed to stop treatment with them. My recommendation for anyone who is thinking of getting braces at any absolute dental location just don't, your money is best spent at different offices.

The person Who attended me was Jessica and she is very friendly. Started a conversation with me to feel less nervous. And she is gentle on your teeth and isn’t rough. Some dentist can be too rough on your teeth but it was the opposite for her she was good and it didn’t hurt. So I recommend Jessica if you ever come to this dentist office.

I would give this place a zero stars if I could I had the worst experience today. The staff was rude and unprepared. They did not respect my appointment time and I waited over 3 hours just to be seen and then they told me they had to go to lunch so I had to wait another hour before I was finally seen by my orthodontist. Just for them to tell me that my bite plate wasn’t ready or they lost it or it broke somehow and that they can’t tighten my top braces or put my bottom braces on. This is just ridiculous. The front desk then proceeded to tell me another thing stating they changed companies on who makes the bite plate and that they tried to contact me when I never received a call back. If I could switch to a different provider i would this is just plain unprofessional and a waste of my time and energy and money I waited over 5 hours for nothing. I really hope they change this or do something to be better because this was honestly a horrible experience.

From being a patient here for about 7 months now I would say that the service isn't all that great. Showing up for an appointment takes 30min to an hour to be called in. Then they have you wait in the chair for another 10 min or so. For being a kid that has braces and has been worked on several times by them it's not the same person each time and most of the workers are very careless about me as a patient and don't mind if they put me in pain while working on me. Don't get me wrong there are better workers there that I enjoy and I trust a little more. Overall this place in specific needs to improve a lot more on service. Also improve on being more organized and ready once a patient walks in the room. So if you are considering this place I suggest finding other options before you choose this one and if this is a choice you'd like to resort to just know your experience may differ each and every time you walk in and get worked on.

I've had a wonderful experience at Absolute Dental, one of the front desk Kenia was very helpful. She gave me all of information that I needed before my appointment, once I got to the office Sindy one of the girls in the front was super sweet very welcoming when I stepped in. After the appointment they give me different financial options so I can get all of my work done. Overall amazing office!

If l could give them zero stars than l would. Made an appointment a week in advance, gave them my insurance information. Drove the 20 minutes to get to this location, only for the gentlemen at the desk to tell me he called me yesterday to tell me "They couldn't verify my information." I told him no you didn't "You left a message saying if I'm still coming in for my appointment and nothing else." When l called back l verify my appointment and the lady mentioned nothing more, so l would have cleared that prior to driving so far. They're not on my list to visit again and l wouldn't recommend anyone from that one simple mistake. My time is everything

I highly recommend Absolute Dental to anyone! I never liked going to the dentist, so having to find a new office since I moved to Las Vegas was quite nerve-wracking. If anyone is looking for a dentist in the area, you’re in good hands here! Big thanks to Chris for making me feel so comfortable and taken care of! His charisma, positive energy, and professionalism can’t be beat. He handled my visit with so much care and attention and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I've been here two times and both times were good experiences. The Dentists and Dental Assistants were extremely nice to me and I had two fairly pain free experiences. The first visit was for an x-rays, exam and deep cleaning. My wait time was less than and hour and I had called the office the evening before so they squeezed me in. The deep cleaning wasn't too bad, teeth felt sensitive but I wasn't in agony. My second visit included a root canal and 3 fillings. I was called back after a 10min wait. Aside from the initial sting of the needle there was absolutely no pain! Both the dental assistants and Dentists were extremely caring, asking me every little while how I was doing, if I was in any pain or discomfort. Even the guy who did my deep cleaning a week before stopped by to see how my gums were feeling. So all in all I had a nice dental experience.

I honestly am not the type to ever review things.... but I feel like the experience I had was one of the best and I thought I would share it. The staff is very friendly. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist because it’s not something I look forward too. The hygienist Cynthia did an awesome job and was very to happy to explain the process which made for a much better experience at a dentist. Definitely recommend!

The dentist and assistant was very nice very professional but I think the ones that make the appointments and do the insurance part could use some training. They told me I had no insurance it was just a discount plan when I presented my insurance card to them they saw they were wrong and took care of it but still they do need to realize what a discount plan is and what an insurance plan is hasn't changed my mind about Absolute Dental I will always be there to have my dental work done I was treated with respect and kindness would recommend Absolute Dental to anyone

I took my 3 daughters into their appointments this Sunday morning. Yes I said SUNDAY morning. The front office staff was very welcoming, we only waited about 10 mins before being called to the back. Brandy was the assistant that took care of all three of my girls and I must say she was very patient, kind and gentle. They even offer same day treatment. My oldest daughter had a filling done by Dr. Phan and her assistant. They were awesome, they made sure I understood the treatment and made my daughter and I feel very comfortable about what was happening. I would definitely recommend Absolute Dental Nellis to my friends and family. We had a great experience. 👍🏼

The team was outstanding from the receptionist to the Dr. They were very accommodating with my time, needs and concerns from my insurance needs Ada took extra time to verify my insurance issues. Maria made me feel comfortable with her glowing bedside Manors and Dr Landion really knew her stuff. I've never had an office visit without pain tell she started working on me. I've been coming here for many years now and your team is the best.
O and Cynthia the hygenist was amazing good and friendly, first hygenist with a plesent personally. Thanks for having such a great team

I love the children's side of this dental facility but not the adult side. The adult side did recently change some people out so they do have room to improve, but the children's side is amazing. The staff is always friendly, my children feel comfortable going back alone and the Dentist is always understanding and kind. They would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the adult side.

No need to make an appointment because you still have to wait at least an hour to be seen! They let other people just walk in to get cleanings in head of your scheduled appointment! My time is precious and you would think that when they switched the kids dentist across the street it when be a little easier but it’s the same as before

So ever since I have had my wisdom teeth come in the last two months on my bottom jaw, these people have been my point of contact and have been great at it. I had three consultations with meds in between to prep me for the procedure. They even took my request for sedation. Their out of pocket rates are not even as bad as you’d thing. Reason I say this is because I got insurance for the first time - I’m late - and the total out of pocket(for me) was $488. I have an office near me that is walk in welcome and has three amazinggggg Drs. The front desk staff is ready to help and fun to talk to at Nellis. The Art office has highly personable and professional dental assistants and just over all Absolute Dental has exceeded my expectations.

This office is outstanding there customer service was amazing I called the office and ask what time was they seeing the last patient they ask me how fast came I come down I said ASAP they got my daughter in ASAP and they also seen my two other children’s with no problem. The whole staff made me and my kids feel welcome and as if we was at home... I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND IT WAS MY 1ST VISIT MY KIDS WILL BE GOING BACK...

I was nervous about going to the dentist because of the pandemic. There was one particular dental assistant, I believe his name was Chris, really calm my nerves. He was professional and friendly and kinda funny, reassure me everything will be ok. Overall I had a great experience thanks to Chris...will definitely be returning.

Poor customer service. The worst CS at ANY Drs office I have ever went to in in 40 years. Took money out 14 days before the agreement stated. Then wanted to talk over me and raise her voice at me. Still haven’t received a copy of my contract I signed 6 months ago. I call daily and they dodge calls. They allow 3rd party companies take money w/o notice. I wouldn’t take my work enemy to them.
