My friend broke her toe and I made her an appointment to Dr. Parke's office. He was on vacation but we got to see Dr. Adams and he was absolutely wonderful to her. It really helped that they had the same last name, which she now is saying she was taken care of by her nephew (they are NOT related 🤣😂). The front office staff were all very friendly and kind. So.....if you are looking for a foot doctor's office where the literally treat you like family you MUST call them for an appointment.

Great doctor terrible receptionist. Urelly has terrible customer service. It’s so funny how the doctor can always book me a sooner appointment but when you talk to the receptionist there’s nothing available for weeks out. I came to this doctor because my insurance referred me out and this little girl cancelled my appointment for being past the grace period 1 minute. To then tell me the next available is may 20th and that she’d be “squeezing me in” this girl just really seems to hate her job. I told her I can wait longer until there’s an opening because I took the morning off. She said no. I asked her if I can talk to a manager, there’s no manager working. Canceling my appointment over being 1 minute past the grace period isn’t going to increase her paycheck but hey that’s fine. I’ll be finding a better clinic.

If for whatever reasons you need too see a foot doctor. You have to go to this one. From the first phone call to my appointment the staff was incredible. Dr. Parke's staff makes you feel noticed and comfortable. And Dr. Parke himself is fantastic. I am 71 with awful feet and the last thing I wanted to do was put my claws on display. Do not fear. You will be made comfortable and cared for with a Doctor who takes the time to explain what it is and how to take care of the issues. I am writing this because I believe this was not just a good day. I believe this is a day to day rule in this office. You will not be sorry. I know I wasn't.
