If you want to visit a dermatologist that listens… please take time to get a referral (if needed) to make an appointment to come here and be seen. I saw Justine Ipac, she’s totally AMAZING and so was her assistant!!!!
When I walked in, the young lady at the front desk was pleasant. The office was busy but not over packed. During my visit, Justine had time to converse with me after I told her why I was there. We agreed on a biopsy. I’ve went to 2 other dermatologist and she’s the first one to move forward to help me actually find a solution to know what I am dealing with. The crazy part is I’ve suggested a biopsy to the other dermatologist. I went to Advanced Dermatology today, June 2, 2026. My biopsy is scheduled for tomorrow June 3, 2026. Talking about “WOW SERVICE”!!!

Dr. Kim-Dowty is exceptionally thorough in performing annual skin cancer exams. Look at Dr. Kim’s credentials and you’ll see she is a leader in the field of dermatology. I have been seeing her since 2015 and I have complete trust in her diagnostic and surgical skills. I have used other providers in the past who were not nearly as thorough. No complaints about my first visit. Came in for a minor issue and left with a script that solved the issue. However, my issue is with the spamming that happened afterwards. I was relentlessly called to schedule followup appointments, elective cosmetic procedures, and other excuses to spend money with them unrelated to my initial visit. Makes me feel like their priorities are profit and not patient care. I will no be going back.

This company is a huge scam. They told me I had to pay $30 for a consultation and then billed me for $600. It was a 5 minute chat and we received zero treatment. Not to mention the treatment that they said they recommend was the least recommended by actual dermatologists. Took a 5 minute google search to find actual professionals said not to do that type of treatment. Avoid this place like the plague.

My experience with Advanced Dermatology was fantastic. They answered the phone on the second ring and that is rare in Las Vegas. They were also able to get me a next day appointment at my request due to the urgency of my rash. The three ladies in the office were very nice and the processing lady was extremely nice and patient. PA Angel Wenger is a Dermatology Genius! She knows anything and everything about skin care! I had a case of dermatitis that I am sure will be remedied quickly. We talked for a good while and I am a much more knowledgeable about skin care because of her. If you have Dermatology concerns, go here and save yourself a lot of stress and anxiety!
