Intermountain, healthcare. I can only speak for the office I go to on Nellis boulevard.
All of the personnel are amazing when I walk in. They know my name, they always greet me with a big hello, and a smile. My doctor is Jennifer Whitmore, but I had to come in basically for an emergency. She wasn't in that day and I always say she is a great Dr. Don't get me wrong, the doctor i had to see was Dr Art Saberola. He as well is an amazing doctor I saw him about 5 years ago. And then yesterday, same thing, friendly, caring disposition about him, he took care of all my needs. He even made sure that I had a Walker, I've been asking for one through my workman's comp and this came about just in a conversation because I hadn't seen him so long, he told me, don't worry about it. I'm going to take care of you and that he did. Thank you Dr Saberola.

Finding a doctor is always difficult for me.
One of the most important things is COMMUNICATION. He was very personable and knowledgeable with the medication that I was on. He gave suggestions which I appreciated very much.
My time is very important as I recognize it is with Dr Art. If I should call in, I do expect a response in a timely manner. This is where my last provider FAILED, TWICE!
Dr Art. assured me if I need anything that I don’t necessarily need to make an appointment he would try to take care of it over the phone. I was told that with my last provider but twice it took over weeks for a response, UNACCEPTABLE!!
I do look forward to a successful relationship with Dr. Art.

My appointment with Art was simply wonderful. Like my Dr. K. Ratchin, Art was very thorough and TOOK THE TIME to explain everything; I didn't feel rushed or just like a number. My office doctors and staff are VERY ACCOMODATING, POLITE AND ATTENTIVE all the way to the very nice and attentive Phibotomist who always takes my blood.

I dred coming out in the heat but THE CARE & ATTENTION my IMH staff gives makes it much more pleasant to get out the house!!
