I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Aranas and his entire team. I was having significant discomfort with one of my back teeth, and when I called, they got me in the very next morning for an evaluation and then went out of their way to prioritize my treatment for the following day. I was and am incredibly grateful, especially considering how concerned/uncomfortable I was.

Dr. Aranas is extremely knowledgeable, but what I appreciate most is that he takes the time to explain the reasoning behind his recommendations. He fully answers questions, listens to concerns, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. The same can be said for everyone on his team. You genuinely get the feeling that they care about their patients and want you to feel comfortable and confident in your treatment.

For example, I was having the hardest time deciding on the shade for my crown, and his team was so patient while I went back and forth, offering their opinions when I asked and actually taking the time to consider the options with me. I even left the office and came back because I started second-guessing the color again 😂 Rather than making me feel ridiculous, Dr. Aranas was completely understanding and actually took me outside with the shade options and a mirror so I could compare them in natural light.

That level of patience and care means a lot. It’s rare to find a dental office where you feel like everyone is truly listening and invested in making sure you’re happy with your care. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Aranas and his team and would recommend them without hesitation.

My family have been with this clinic many years. The Dentist has been good, except for the front desk staffs who has been very unprofessional at handling the dental pre-authorization. This has happened to my mother in law and been to the clinic and told the front desk staff to resend the pre-authorization and the staff there named Trinity was hesitant on saying "well even if I send it they won't approve it" I called Liberty Dental and spoken with their claims and they told me they can't determine it until they receive the pre-authorization. I asked for a phone call and they just said they will call us back but nobody ever does anything. My Mother in Law been waiting for this over 1 months now. Where is the help from the Dentist when we needed? This is very very frustrating having to deal with someone who is unprofessional and rude to the patient and their family. Why even hired these ppl at the front desk?

Even when my Daughter goes there with helping her Grandma, there is this lady with the Red colored chopped Bob who just stares at my Daughter and rolls her eyes at her. (Dirty look) Not sure why, as this appears to be a racial dirty look.
Your clinic has already delayed the patient's treatment and I'm on my way to file a Complaint to the NV Board of Dental Examiners.

Easily the best dentist office I have been to. Everyone there is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Went in for a general cleaning and was recommended a deep cleaning and I can say that well worth it. Very big difference from before and after.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Aranas and Lyra the hygienist for a couple of years now. We love the cleanings with Lyra and assistants Cathleene and Blessing- they are all friendly and nice. Dr. Aranas is down to earth and will let you know what you need done without added pressure like other dental offices. Thank you Atlas Dental and staff!

Hello,
Just made a food delivery at this dental office. The app asked for a pin number. Went back in to get the pin number to close out the order. The receptionist said to another receptionist- "I don't know -go get the doctor so they can deal with this" and waved in my direction. Then said "I'm irritated today." As if that excused her horrific attitude. She has dyed bright red hair in a choppy bob.
The second receptionist was sweet and apologized which she shouldn't have to do. (They must be used to her shenaningans. Smh) Please get rid of that lady...something is seriously toxic and wrong with her. 7/2023

My wife and I took off early from work to go to our appt. We came in and they told us we are not approved. I asked them how come they didn’t give us a call to let us know. They wasted our time and no clear answers were given. I showed our insurance card showing we have dental plan under our insurance , but they insisted we are not approved. They even called us if we can come in early. This is the second time they did this to us. Very unprofessional!!

Just want to send a shout out to the Doctor and staff at Atlas Dental (Rainbow Blvd.)! Due to changes in my insurance I needed to find a new dentist for my dental needs. From the first phone call to make my appointment (spoke with Patrice), my X-rays, consultation with the dentist ( Dr. Nguyen), cleaning with Lyra to insurance questions (Gina) everything went smoothly with kindness and professionalism.
A few days after I made my initial appointment I received a call from Gina letting me know an earlier appointment was available. I took it as it had been 6 months since my previous cleaning.

After too long and too many issues with my OLD dentist, I looked up places and decided to give Atlas a shot. They took my medicaid insurance and got me in very fast when I had a tooth that chipped. Dr. Aranas is very kind and informative. He showed me I had 2 very small cavities but said they were so small that drilling them now for filling might cause more harm than good, so we left them alone for now. He said it's possible they won't even grow or cause issues so we can leave them and watch them. When have you ever heard of a dentist try to save YOU or your insurance money? Most dentists are so quick to drill and pull teeth for cash, so he gained my trust very quickly. I had a root canal done elsewhere, based on his referral, and it was smooth and painless and then Dr. Aranas and his team did my crown, along with another crown that had cracked from my lovely old dentist. Dr. Aranas made sure to get the paperwork over to my insurance before end of the year so I could use my benefits in time! I just really appreciate the honesty and quality I received. I got my permanent crowns on this afternoon and you can't even tell they aren't my real teeth. The dental assistants are so nice and the work done is great. I'm a patient for life!

Strongly recommended Dr. Lee, the hygienist not at work today so he did all the cleaning stuff, he looks young and handsome too 😝 I love the numb cream for month when do the cleaning and the environment here is nice. The normal price for cleaning and examination is $80. Affordable 👹

The worst review is one that you feel was written by an employee or relative. I assure you I am neither, although myself and my family have been absolutely treated. As if we were related to our new Dentist. For Starters, I was ready to have all of my 20+ teeth removed due to pain and Doc, gave me a few sensible tips. And now has me on a plan that will add stronger replacement teeth. Rather than dentures. Also the WHOLE entire staff has proven so UN-vegas, in regard to Customer Service that I have brought my son, and am recommending Atlas Dental to everyone within our network of friends and family. At this Health Care Facility . They GET IT!. We drive ALL the way across town . As Doc, has Proven to be Well worth the Drive.... Thanks for Everything !
