I recently moved to Las Vegas, NV from Phoenix, AZ. I contacted Dr. Kermani's office to schedule an introductory appointment. Dr. Kermani is one of my favorite doctors. He is experienced and it shows. He had great bedside manner and explains things thoroughly, in a way that is easy to understand.

Wow. What a breath of fresh air. I walked in to a friendly front desk attendant, then did an immediate vitals check and directly off to a room. The nurse saw me first then the doctor followed without delay. I swear, in and out in les than 30 minutes. But it didnβt feel rushed. The doctor was gentle and kind. He was thorough and attentive. After 4 years in Vegas, I finally found a PCP.

Ten to eleven years ago, Dr. Kermani was the first physician who recognized something wasnβt right with my thyroid. He pushed for further testing and referred me to an endocrinologist β but when the specialist dismissed the concern, Dr. Kermani still insisted it needed attention. Unfortunately, insurance changes forced me to leave his practice for a time, and that thyroid issue became buried in the chaos of new providers.
Years later, after prolonged illness, multiple referrals, and declining health, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. By the time it was found, I couldnβt help but think back to Dr. Kermani β the one doctor who had tried to sound the alarm early on.
After my cancer treatment, I finally had insurance that allowed me to return to his practice. Coming back felt like coming home to real medicine β the kind where the doctor listens, asks questions, and actually sees the patient as a whole person. Dr. Kermani is compassionate, straightforward, and deeply knowledgeable. Heβs βold schoolβ in the best sense: thorough, attentive, and invested.
I live with complex chronic illnesses. Managing these requires a provider who is willing to coordinate care, listen carefully, and advocate β and Dr. Kermani does exactly that.
The office staff deserves recognition as well. They are kind, responsive, and committed to their patients. During a recent serious health crisis, this team played a crucial role in my recovery and ongoing stability.
I am extremely grateful, thankful, and truly blessed to be under Dr. Kermaniβs care. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a physician who genuinely cares and fights for their patients.

The Dr is very professiol but the administration is very poor. They don't follow patients pharmacy instructions. You have to remember to explain to them where each of your prescriptions go, whether it qualifies for mail order and whether a prescription goes to your local pharmacy, less then a 99 day supply. Otherwise the care is great
