Impeccable space and wonderful service! The doctor who assisted me was an absolute sweetheart, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and polite. Everything was extremely clean and organized. I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and made it feel very welcoming and safe throughout my entire visit. Dr. Isaacson was amazing, and the nurses and other staff who assisted him were nothing short of lovely, and their encouraging words and gentle demeanors made the experience so much more bearable. I only wish I had gotten their names so I could thank them personally and give them their credit here, too!
I hope other women who may be going through the same thing, or who may have questions or fears or concerns, that you find the care you need, the support you need, and the comfort and safety you deserve. This office was amazing. Everyone was super sweet and careful with you. Dr. Isaacson was also an amazing dr & was comforting throughout the whole procedure. I will say beware of the protestors at the entrance of the plaza but besides that, this clinic is great. Besides the obvious procedures, they do offer birth control as well. I hope to never be in the situation I was but if ever needed, I would come back here. Thank you!!!

Negligent & dismissive care, please read before this happens to you!!

I went to this clinic in early 2025 to confirm how far along I was. During my first visit, they told me I was about 5 weeks pregnant but that they couldn’t find a baby in the gestational sac and asked me to come back in a week. When I returned, I reported that I was spotting and cramping. They told me it could be “implantation” but again said they couldn’t see anything and told me to return the following week.
By the third visit, my pain and bleeding had worsened. I was scared and emotional, and I expressed my concern to the nurse. She went to speak with the doctor, (I never once saw or spoke to a doctor myself throughout all of my visits!!). After that, she told me the doctor suggested a blood test to check my hormone levels and asked me to come back in two days.
When I returned on April 10, 2025, they rushed me to the back and told me I was being referred to UMC for emergency surgery. Once I arrived at the hospital, I found out I was suffering from an ectopic pregnancy that had gone untreated for weeks!!! I lost my pregnancy, one of my fallopian tubes, and was left with thousands of dollars in medical debt, all of which could have been prevented if my concerns had been taken seriously from the beginning.
I’m sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did. Please advocate for yourself if something feels wrong, and seek a second opinion immediately. I hope this clinic re-evaluates how they listen to and care for patients, especially in potentially life-threatening situations.

My initial experience at the clinic was as pleasant as it could be, given the traumatic and emotionally difficult situation I was facing. The front desk staff, medical assistant, first ultrasound technician, and doctor were all compassionate and professional, which I deeply appreciated.

However, I’m writing this review months later to address a disappointing and hurtful encounter during a follow-up appointment. I believe the ultrasound technician’s name was Estephanie. I returned with some concerns and was immediately taken aback by her unprofessional and dismissive demeanor. Her lack of empathy was apparent, and it felt as though she didn’t take my concerns seriously. Her tone and choice of words came across as demeaning and minimized the symptoms I was experiencing.

Although I’m grateful to live in a pro-choice state, the decision I made was incredibly difficult and emotional. Unfortunately, Estephanie's approach made it feel as though I was being judged for that decision. What she didn’t know is that I also work in healthcare, and part of my role involves coaching clinicians on how to build trust and connect with patients through compassionate care.

From the moment she entered the room, her attitude was condescending, and her communication lacked sensitivity. It was a stark contrast to the otherwise supportive and professional care I received from the rest of the team.

I’m sharing this in hopes that it leads to reflection and growth. Empathy should never be optional in healthcare—especially not in moments when patients are at their most vulnerable.

The overall procedure was easy, efficient and got the job done, Dr. Stanley has amazing bed side manor and made me feel very comfortable. I would suggest the staff needs better training. It felt like it was being ran by a bunch of teenagers. They did perform their jobs correctly but the were very unprofessional in my opinion. A lot of personal side conversations in front me, gossip about the other staff, their overall attitudes were as if they were working a retail job that annoyed them. An abortion can be an emotional time for a lot of women, and a peaceful and efficient experience is the minimum a clinic can provide. Please improve on this for future patients. Also I didn’t like how men were just waiting in the front waiting room, they should have like a separate waiting room for them. The last thing I want is a man starting at me as I walk to and from the front desk reception. Women need safe spaces and an abortion clinic should feel peaceful and safe. The clinic was very clean, points for that.

I’m a very complicated case as I have a second uterus. I was pregnant in one and found out there was no heatbeat Jan 9 when I was supposed to be 21 weeks. I was referred to another clinic, who was incredibly rude and lacking empathy to the situation. Plus they were not going to schedule me until 2 weeks out. I called this clinic instead for help and they got me in immediately for an appointment and procedure. The front desk ladies were so sweet and the nurses were even nicer. Dr. Stanley performed my procedure very well and although I had quite a bit of pain (normal at this stage of pregnancy) she reassured me the whole time, and the nurses took great care of me. This experience was one of the most traumatic of my life because I lost my child, but these nurses gave me footprints.. the gender, and everything they could to help me heal. This clinic was a blessing, as I was so terrified to be in that situation, and even more so due to the treatment from the other clinic. These women guided me through every step of the process the best and most gentle way they could and I’m truly thankful.

Fair warnings :
1. men and ANYONE with you is not allowed in the procedure, nor in the recovery room. They can be in the waiting room and your room, just not procedure or recovery section. This sucked for me as I wanted my support system but it’s understandable as other women may not be comfortable or feel safe. The nurses did provide a lot of support to make up for this.
2. There are disgusting protestors behind the wall next to this building, as well as by the corner entering the complex. Please prepare yourself for this and bring earbuds or something to not pay attention to them. They do not know why you are doing this research or why you need to go here. (The clinic does their best but if the protestors are not on their property, they cannot do anything) I had a follow up visit due to some concerns, I was perfectly fine and the protestors were not there, so they’re not always there. But be prepared for it just in case

I am super super grateful for my time spent at this clinic. Everyone here was so great, understanding, sweet, caring, and warm. I was nervous the whole morning but all of the nurses, ultrasound tech, the woman who did my iv, Dr.Levy, everyone was so supportive throughout my journey. Everyone was very nice! The last minute I had switched from Safe and Sound to here and I feel this was the best choice! I was very upset going into the office as my child had a rare genetic disorder which left me and my family was a very hard decision. They made me feel as comfortable as possible and explained every step the whole way through. Thank you to the staff and the doctor was amazing. One thing I’ll never forget as I was going through the first procedure (2 day step for me) the staff put there hand on my shoulder to comfort me- and that alone was the most kind and thoughtful gesture as they could see the tears running down my face and in a bit of pain. I was really hoping for my experience to go good from here.. but please know there are protestors in front of the building before you enter this building. The wait for the procedure to be done takes about 3-4 hours. You have an option of anesthesia which i i agreed to, yet the anesthesia does not put you to sleep it is supposed to make you feel more “comfortable.” I felt everything through the entire procedure as it was very painful for me to say the least. The staff was very nice but I am just not happy overall with my experience from start to finish. After leaving I did also experience heavy bleeding from where they gave me my anesthesia. Going through an experience like this was not one I was happy about.

As someone who had never experienced something like this, I would just like to thank everyone who aided me during my visit. Everyone was really understanding and patient with me and all my questions. My all time favorite was the main doctor ( I unfortunately forgot his name , and the amazing nurse that was in the room with me ; I believe her name was Fran. Just a side note; there ARE people outside with anti-abortion signs and what not but I really appreciated how the clinic managed to properly keep them away from the patients and the clinic doors so you only really see them while u drive by BEFORE you enter the gates leading to the clinic parking lot.

Sharing my personal experience. As I approached my appointment I was so nervous as this is never easy for a women. They are judgement free and are all so caring from checking in to going back. I met a lot of nurses and they were all so sweet! I am very thankful for my nurse ailani. She was definitely one of the sweetest soul and I will forever member her, to the doctor he was very nice told me everything that would happen and cared for me as a patient. Also ask all the questions you need they will let you know step by step everything that will happen. I was referred to him and definitely would recommend any women in this tough time. As to these reviews I did read them ALL. There was alot of negative comments as you go to your appointment you will experience nothing but care. The doctor and staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating! The only issue I had was the wait time. My appointment was at 9 but my procedure wasn't until 1230ish, but I do understand that it is a doctor's office and other appointments before me can take more time than expected, it just made me more anxious than I initially was. I don't normally write reviews, but I think fair is fair. Some of the notes on here are not justified. People are rude and inconsiderate self centered bigots when they don't get what they want. If you are rude to others you will be treated the same way. So, my feeling is - you get what you dish out.

Went in for advice regarding a procedure. I was treated with care, respect and above all excellent customer service. The staff at every medical place I have been to are always busy but patience has its rewards. I made an appointment and sat the lobby for 20-30 minutes but was seen within a fair few minutes after i completed the forms I filled out. The doctor was awesome and Extremely knowledgeable and caring. He was very honest and actually took the time to LISTEN to my questions. He made sure I was well informed of the process, the possible outcome (both positive/negative), the risk, the results I could expect in the aftermath.

I was afraid of losing the ability to conceive in a future setting and I read all of the material I was given but the Doctor explained all of the factors I should consider and be aware of and I feel I was well prepared for an informed decision. I was just afraid to decide on a knee-jerk reaction. There were several choices including medication and and :actual" procedure. The Doctor went through the details of each one carefully so there would be no question I knew what to expect. Having said that - I made the most important decision of my life and the rest is history.

My experience of the facilities was actually very good. The restroom was clean, the small lobby was acceptable for the age of the building. They even have a small recreation area if you have kids and some tables for you to feel more at home. Parking is available and there is plenty of space. Overall access to the building was easy and fast. My appointment was quick (compared to most medical places).

I am not sure why people are so mad about this place. But again, when you are rude, you are rude. And you get RUDE back because nice people don't need to put up with you s**t. It YOUR problem. Leave it at home. These folks are trying to help. Don't hate. peace. out.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. I was so nervous and anxious about getting an abortion but this clinic changed Everything. My experience was comfortable, quick and affordable, and an absolute bliss due to the extraordinary staff. Living in a pro-life Red state that makes contraception and abortion methods difficult to obtain/completely unobtainable, expensive, shameful, exhaustingly stressful and reclusive had desecrated any opportunity I had to handle the situation within a responsible, appropriate time frame, with any comfort or understanding from the people involved (nor anyone else); making me so grateful I made the 391 mile trip to this clinic. As much as I appreciate the professional, relaxed environment the clinic provides, the staff was by far the best part of the experience. Honorably gracious, communicative, reassuring, honest, and upbeat demeanor from every staff member I was in contact with. The doctor is an absolute diamond that took incredible care of me and made the experience relaxed, comfortable and inspired confidence and alacrity in my decision. I am so enlightened and inspired by these stunning individuals, I would love to become involved in their line of work. I plan on donating to this clinic as soon as I am able, thank you so so much to everyone that helped me.

This wonderful place made me, a nervous person whose never had any major procedures done, feel so comfortable and safe. I felt nothing (besides the normal shots/Iv punctures lol) and the recovery area nurse was very sweet. Also my fiancé has paramedics training and complimented the IV puncture in my arm so kudos to the lovely nurse with the little girl that gave me my IV needle. Ok after my troubles of getting seen because of the holiday, that's all over with now and I got my appt quickly after the holiday was over. I didn't have to wait long after arriving for my appointment either. Everything was done quickly and smoothly and the waiting room and patient rooms were clean and quiet. I went to Birth Control Care Center for a medical abortion (the pill). The staff was pleasant, so was the Dr. the procedure and was effective. I experienced severe abdominal tenderness and was unable to reach anyone after hours after repeated attempts between 7 and 8pm. I travel constantly for work and had to reschedule my follow up, and ended up having to fly out of town for that one as well (I was feeling completely OK and healthy). I tried repeatedly over a few days to reschedule, calling the office around 5 to no answer. They say there is an answering service, I was never able to reach one. The reason I'm really giving this one star and would give them less is because they then mailed a LABELED Birth Control Care Center letter to my home which I specifically asked them NOT to do both written and verbally!! I live with my in-laws who are extraordinarily conservative and on the nosy side. The letter it contained explicitly stated that I'd had a medical abortion. Needless to say the damage done is irreparable. When I called to ask how this could have happened I was even more horrified that this is company policy, one more way to protect them against lawsuits. While this is emotionally crushing to me I'm great full I'm not in an abusive relationship or a scared teen living at home. I'm absolutely devastated over this but at least I can warn others before this happens to them. We are entitled to privacy regarding our medical files, especially ones as sensitive as these... EDIT: The Dr. and staff reached out regarding this post. They are unhappy with the negative feedback posted publicly. I would like to reiterate that my care while in the office was great and I'm not at all dissatisfied with my IN OFFICE care or the end result. I've been assured that they are looking into policy changes regarding follow ups. I provided 4 alternatives to sending such a private letter including; reaching out via text, via e-mail, emergency contact and finally sending a written letter NOT detailing the procedure. Hopefully this situation will not repeat itself.

People are unfriendly and not caring. Separated my wife and I so we could not discuss our options and I could not see the ultrasound. Shes my partner and whatever choice we decided to go through with would effect both parties and deserved discussion. Were legally married. Its uncalled for.

As for owner reply: she requested that I be brought back twice and I tried to walk back with her and your people turned me away at the door. I doubt people will disregard this review in the same manner your people disregarded her husbands presence. We actually made your people wait for us both times she was brought back so we could discuss what was happening and what our options were in the parking lot, since your establishment didnt offer us the opportunity to stay together throughout the process.

Care was fine, exceeded expectations but it wasnt the best or anything. 4 hours spent here was brutal though. Far too many patients if I barely spent 20 minutes actually in a room with someone. 5 min for ultrasound. 5 min talking to nurses. 10 min talking to the doctor. And that's being generous. The other 3 hours and 40 minutes was spent waiting.

The other thing that bothered me is when speaking with Dr.Levy about future Birth Control options. I expressed how I did not want to use hormonal birth control, because of the side effects I had experienced with the Mirena IUD. He said, "That's interesting. Because the hormones in the Mirena don't circulate." Looking into the IUD again, the Mirena website states that some of the hormones do enter the blood stream. And I experienced several of the side effects listed on Mirena's own website. Not sure why he worded it like that. But it really rubbed me the wrong way.

Before I begin I just wanted to tell every women to please take careful consideration of this decision once you walk in the clinic as it took me 7 visits to finally consider a medical abortion but it did not workout so I had to do the surgical (I was the 2% the pills didn’t work for). The medical procedure did not workout so I had to do the surgical procedure. Hi my name is Anabela, 23 and I came in here for several visits in August 2022 since I was 12 weeks pregnant and I had rather a bittersweet experience here. Looking back I sometimes regret my decision even though it may have been necessary. It was not bitter in regards to the friendliness of the staff but rather how close minded the fellow patients were, I could not make friends there & I was shocked by the number of abortions being produced daily (there should be a limit on the # of abortions delivered daily in my opinion but who am I to judge).
I understand everyone is going through a tough time but we are all in this together & if your confident in your decision then I’m not sure why they want to hide it or not make a friend in a similar circumstance. The sweet part was how the staff was really friendly and took careful consideration of how I needed to take my time making this decision despite my 7 visits. The male abortion doctor Dr. Levy was the best and if he is reading this (i sure hope he is) understand you were my favorite and you helped me resolve this crisis I was feeling. You were funny and I wish i took a selfie with you lol.
I also am not sure what it is about abortion clinics but nobody wanted to get close to me, the staff avioded taking a picture of the bags with their thumb in it (not sure why not the thumb part since no one can identify you with just a thumb) but that bothered me a bit. Since I know it was a girl my age and the Mexican girl who’s named I forgot they didn’t want to be anything but professional which is fine but like I said avoiding a thumb in the photo is kinda dumb.
After 7 visits and making the most painful and hardest decision of my life since I was in no position to become a mother despite having a loyal partner and loving parents (everyone around me asked me to get an abortion), I figured ending a life before it begins was what I had to do and it still affects me 9 months later since I would have a 2 or 3 month old at this time.
And it makes me wonder if the other women in that room that day regrets their decision the same way I sometimes regret it. To end a life before it begins is something taken seriously and should be done after careful consideration of weighing all options the same way I did it.
To anyone reading this I hope you have a blessed day & please do what’s best for you but make sure you don’t regret your decision if you outweighed all options and if you need me I am here <3 God bless you!

I would recommend this place to anyone that needed it. Admittedly its not really in an appealing location. Although it plays well with how discreet they are. ... anyway.. Its a small building. The staff here was absolutely wonderful to me and my boyfriend when we called. Since we were quite nervous they really did show the compassion in really helping us out. When we went for an ultrasound the lady at the desk was really nice. She answered all our questions. Being 17 weeks pregnant the price was 1100, she gave us a number to call that would help aid us for financial help. She made it clear to never stop calling if you dont get through the first few times to just hang up and keep trying because they would really help out. With two phones it took about 500 calls to finally get through. Man, they helped out with a fair amount i was able to make an appointment 3days later. Alright, so day of the appointment they took down blood work, made me read and sign documents about the post procedure and the procedure itself. They supplied me with pain killers, prescriptions for birth control and nausea pills. The nurse was very kind and sat down and took the time to make me feel comfortable and didnt make me feel as though im a bad person or anything like that. Finally meeting my actually doctor, Dr. Stanley was WONDERFUL. She had such a uplifting compassionate vibe. She kept a convo going so that i wouldn't focus on the pain when she put in the dialators. After that it was pretty emotional but she comforted me. The day of the actual procedure i had an IV sedation. Dr. Stanley said that i would be fully awake while it was happening but would be in a state of not really caring what was happening. Honestly, theres three medicines that get injected with the iv ; the first one was for anxiety and things like that. They will accommodate to your needs though, so you dont have to worry about that. I really dont remember much after. I remember asking if it was going to hurt, she did say it would. With the sedation i cant remember anything. The procedure went extremely well. I just remember being in the recovery area and feeling perfectly fine. I had no pain at all. When i got home i still felt perfectly fine. Of course you still have to rest the rest of that day. But the this is the place to go, i dont believe there is any other place that will make you feel better than here. The compassion is there. It is absolutely very discreet. My boyfriend was in the waiting room i believe the only thing told to him when i went in and came out of surgery; just simply keeping him up to date. They didnt say much to him unless he asked. Otherwise everything was told to me only. I highly recommended BCCC.

About 10 years ago I had an unplanned pregnancy and chose the Birth Control Care Center for my abortion. I was not ready for the physical and psychological stress of a pregnancy let alone the responsibility of another life and this clinic provided the care I needed. (Its not fancy but it was what I needed) Since then I have been able to avoid any other unintended pregnancies and build a more stable life. I was a waitress and now I am a registered nurse in school working on a doctorate in nurse anesthesia. Avoid this place ! This was an Extremely unprofessional establishment. Can best be described as the DMV of abortion clinics. Appointments mean nothing since walk ins get helped as they come in which means your appointment gets pushed back. They also overbook themselves so it is extremely crowded in the lobby. If you want to feel like a piece of cattle and not a patient then this is the place for you. Staff was rude and get aggravated when you ask any questions. It's almost like they're unhappy they have to deal with you even though this is the business they're in. Honestly disgusted.

My experience was good everybody was nice courteous n pleasant the office was clean the doctor was patient in conversation about the procedure before the proceedure and specific In detail I was nervous about the sedation I wanted to be knocked out knocked out one of the medical assistants said don't worry the medicine doesn't put u out out but your not gonna really remember cuzz I was saying I didn't wanna see them doing stuff once they gave me the medication all I remember was being awaken to go to the recovery room the recovery room was the best experience for me though I forgot her name young hispanic girl started with an M marisella or something but anyway she was comforting about making sure i was able to leave and she made me laugh I left in a good mood in a good condition the process was quick my appointment was at 9:30 I was in my car by 11:30 Dr.Levy I scheduled an appointment today for him to do my tubalization he came highly recommend from my regular doctors office and I like his professionalism abortion is not an easy procedure mentally emotionally or even physically but if I had to send someone somewhere it would be here I don't know where all the negative comments came from but this is a true testimony of my experience and I don't sugar coat anything & I give credit where credit is due 👍🏾

Came in today for an appointment that was scheduled for 9:30 can you believe I am still here and it’s 11:20. This place needs to be mindful that people make appointments for a reason. People can always take their money somewhere their time will be valued!

The birth control center is a set up. They do not provide abortion services at all, yet they advertise it for their clinic. These people pushed my appointment a week from when I called to make the appointment for an abortion pill. I was on the phone setting up my appointment, the lady described everything about the pill and SET MY APPOINTMENT SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS PILL. I got to the office and I had to sit outside in the parking lot until they finally opened the doors 5 mins after opening time. I went in for my appointment which was scheduled for 8a.m. walkins start at 830 they kept saying. I kept saying I have an appointment, I am not a walk in. I sat there for 40 mins while these ladies messed around and talked to each other. Finally I had to approach the window again and ask when my scheduled appointment would start. I was the only one in the waiting room, so this was unacceptable. Then when I finally got a lady to take me to the back, I was describing how I was coming in to get the abortion pill, she then says "we do not provide abortion services. Just free ultra sound and options for pregnancy." So long story short that booked an appointment for a proccesdure that they do not perform and also waised an additional week of my time with false advertising and false appointment set up. These people want to make sure you have your baby. They are an anti abortion clinic. If you need real help with a tough choice, I suggest staying far away from these one track minded people at this clinic.

The facility is tucked back away from the main street of Sahara. You will probably second guess yourself as you look for this place. But the staff and the physicians here are attentive and kind. I came here when I couldn't get what I needed at Planned Parenthood. I'd highly recommend this center.

I'm 39 years old now, I have 4 children, around 11 years ago I got pregnant. My youngest child was 11 months and going through a divorce I decided to have an abortion in this place, at that time did not know what to do, so many problems. After some time I remarried but Can't have babies anymore don't know what happened in there but after that abortion can't get pregnant.

I came here hoping to get an abortion and on the banner it says abortion services but when I went inside they took me to room to convince to have the baby but what they say “we’re not trying to convince but” like what then when I asked so you guys don’t do surgical abortion here they said no the name is birth control care center but when you go to the address it says first choice and told me I had the wrong address which I clearly I did not 🥱
