Office staff are incompetent! Waited for 3 months for this appointment. I have to hold my son’s medications for 7 days as instructed, due to that , he started having allergy symptoms Arrived in the Henderson office today and was turned away because my son have 2 insurance coverage and they said it’s an issue. For 3 months they did not figure this out. Or maybe call me to verify what insurance we have. We could have seen a different doctor. Office manager keeps on apologizing but my son will now go to Urgent care due to their incompetence. Really disappointed and upset with the staff. This is your job to check insurance. You had 3 months to do that. No excuse at all!! One star is a generous rating.
