CareFirst Urgent Care provides Las Vegas residents and visitors near Desert Inn with convenient walk-in care for a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and everyday healthcare needs. From treating colds, flu, infections, and minor injuries to offering lab testing, physical exams, and vaccinations, the clinic helps patients get care when a primary care appointment is not available. CareFirst also offers occupational health services for local employers. The clinic is open 8am-8pm daily and accepts all major insurance plans, including Medicare and in-state Medicaid. No appointment is required for most visits.

Polite and efficient staff make the visit virtually painless. The provider, not sure of title, Dr. Brandi was willing to listen and assess to formulate her differentials and care plan. Very professional and clean environment.

Thank you for your help. The facility was clean and nice and quiet. At the time that I went, from check in to the time I left, I was there all of 48 mins. That was the most fatest urgent care visit ever and I enjoyed how speedy the visit was.

Both the Medical Assistant and the provider Belinda were Awesome. First time visiting Care First Urgent Care. Excellent customer service!!! I will go back to them for sure. The bad pain I have on the arm/shoulder was gone in 15 minutes after the injection the give me. This was at the Desert Inn/ Eastern location.Thank you so much!!!!!!

I came in here for a tooth pain, I was greeted immediately as I walked in. I like young ladies very kind. I was walked to the process of signing in online. Was explain about the interns. Called right away to get seen. The doctor was so very awesome let me know many other ways to ease the pain. 3 great working angels that assisted me. Shoutout to JC @ the front desk!

As an out-of-town visitor, you’re always leery when looking for medical care from providers with whom you anre unfamiliar. I am pleasantly surprised to say that the medical care I received today was excellent! The PA and the front desk team were fantastic. My check-in and wait time was approximately 15 minutes. I could not have asked for a more caring and thorough examination with wonderful advice and listening ears. I would highly recommend this team for future care!
