Been here several times. Never had a bad experience. Friendly staff, fast checkin, booked online appointments make a visit streamlined. My only issue with online appointment booking is it asks you what your expected drive time is, then ignores that when notifying you how much time is left until they are ready for you to appear. E.g., I enter 25 minute drive time, then it tells me head over we are ready to see you in 8 minutes.

We were in town for a conference and my husband started to feel ill. We were seen quickly and Yamicka went over symptoms and solutions and even gave us hospital information if things got worse she quickly put us at ease and when they NP Williams came in she asked good questions to diagnose and come up with a treatment plan. We probably would have spent all night in an ER but we left within a couple hours with meds and a clear treatment plan. We hope to never have to return but if we are ever sick again in the area we would definitely return.

I called this location an hour in advance, asked if they took my specific insurance to which they said they did. I take the time to make the drive and was turned away because they all of a sudden they don’t take my insurance and only help “sick people” and told me to go to the ER for my issue. I needed help with a lifted toenail but it’s fine I guess I’ll use the plyers from my tool set. Thanks for nothing. Don’t waste your time at this location.

Even though it was convenient to be able to check in online before getting there, as well as filling out all paperwork online, but once you’re there, they can’t really help with much** so they’ll most likely just refer you to Sunrise/the nearest hospital. So, why not just skip the middleman? (Or, honestly, If your problem isn’t bad enough to be hospital-worthy, just go to a better urgent care, because you’ll be sitting in a waiting room for several HOURS if you go to a hospital.)

Oh and the photos on here can be deceptive. The building itself, inside and out, is extremely run-down…to say the least.

**They don’t have the necessary technology/machines that medical facilities need for testing and diagnosis.

Young lady at the desk is very patient with people kind hearted very busy. Computer system has been out last two times I came to visit, but she sounded it very well. Her name is Desiree. The medical assistant was Jamaica. She is very kind of lady also very soft, spoken and soft with the aftercare And the doctor. Romeo boat is awesome too actually got to see a real doctor. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, emotionally available, and willing to take the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.They really helped me get to the bottom of what was going on and made sure I understood the next steps. Jennifer Wood the NP, was especially knowledgeable and provided excellent coordination of care. She made sure I had the appropriate information and documentation to take to my primary care provider, which I really appreciated. The “Manager” at this urgent care gives this facility a bad reputation. Her behavior was highly unprofessional and, in my experience, unnecessarily dismissive.

I was intentionally delayed simply because I did not have a phone number to provide. I was told to sit and wait and that she would get to me when she was free. Instead of completing my registration, she proceeded to assist another patient who had arrived after me. She then called that patient back to ensure their registration was completed before moving on, while I continued to wait.

I found the way I was treated unacceptable and unprofessional. A lack of a phone number should not be a reason to intentionally delay a patient or provide preferential treatment to someone who arrived later.

Not an Urgent Care! Reception was very nice, but they said they couldn't do anything for me and for me to go to the ER or my primary care Doctor if I got worse. $200 copay for someone to see me for 2min with no treatment, didn't apologize for not having an ultrasound machine. I spent longer checking in AND longer with the assistant getting my vitals. Very disappointed, still have my issue, and now I'm out $200 and wasted 30min

I've been twice. Both times they rushed me. The second time, when my infection wasn't gone, they said the results were negative and that I should see a specialist. The doctor even said that my original results were negative, which they weren't and I had them pull up the records to prove it but the doctor wouldn't budge. I flew back home the next day to see my primary. The results were positive and they immediately sent the antibiotics to my pharmacist. They are rude, dismissive and even tried charging me $20 more than my copay. They have you sign in on a kiosk and then do the EXACT same sign in with ALL the same questions from your phone. No one was in the waiting room yet I waited 30 minutes to see someone. This place doesn't CARE now - they don't seem to even CARE at all. Follow up - when I called to file a grievance I found out that actually my test results that day in their office were positive for a bacterial infection - the doctor actually lied. I am utterly dumbfounded.

I had a pleasant experience overall after being seen by the provider Jennifer and the nurse Yamicka were very attentive to my car and very informative in regards to what I had going on and the next best steps. However I was a it unsettled by the fact that the front desk receptionist Dezzirae allowed for other patients in the lobby to blast their music on the speaker it was obnoxiously loud and given that I wasn’t feeling well it bothered me moreso than usual and I also read a sign that said no talking on the phones and if there is no talking on the phones playing music loudly in the waiting room where multiple people are waiting to be seen so maybe for the future address that I’m the very least I feel like that would be a courteous ask.

It just kept getting better & better... From the front desk w/ Dezzire then there was Yamicka the MA & last was the Provider, Jacob. I had gotten 5 stitches & honestly didn't feel a thing. Where do I start? I’ve had the most remarkable patient experience in this clinic. Very fast and simple! The staff were down to earth and personable. Dezzirae and Donice-were very patient & quick to register me. The MAs- Bea, Adrian, Yamicka, Lisbet- were so professional and explained the whole process thoroughly, from Vital signs, medications, testing and discharge. Yamicka checked me in, made me feel welcome, and even offered me some water. Shortly after, Lizzie Bell came in, provided excellent care, and had me feeling taken care of in no time.

Receptionist was so helpful in filling out forms. All other staff also nice and helpful. NP listened and told me problem was caused by taking medication on empty stomach. They took me in 12 minutes. Very pleased with experience today, and NP sent rx to my pharmacy.

The front desk woman was kind and professional, no issues there. At 8am they microwaved food in the back that stank up the entire waiting room and the back rooms. The nurse Bea was wonderful. The dr was in and out for 2 seconds told me she was prescribing antibiotics and would be back with discharge paperwork. After waiting 15 minutes she gives me 2 religious flyers for some church and concert. That is extremely unprofessional and should not be allowed… the dr was Lizzie Tuazon.

Update: I have a hard time with antibiotics I am allergic to quite a few. I called yesterday because I was having an allergic reaction to the one prescribed. I was told the dr would call me asap with more directions but for now don’t take it in the morning. But 220pm I hadn’t heard from the dr mind you I called at 8am. I was told the dr could call me back in 5 minutes… I wait a full hour. The dr gave me attitude about my allergic reaction, as if I enjoy having issues with most antibiotics prescribed. She said she was sending a new one to the pharmacy and said “can you even take this one?” With so much attitude. Which I said I have never taken it so I’m unsure. She told me to take antihistamine to help the reaction but she only told me I’d need to yesterday. Today I woke up and I still have swelling around my eye and I had to look up for myself that the pill can stay in a persons system for 2-3 days after the last dose. Kind of important information to tell a patient having an allergic reaction to a medication. I find this place to be unethical and downright unprofessional. How do you not treat a severe allergic reaction with urgency?? How are your doctors handing out religious pamphlets at the end of appointments?? Literally go to any other urgent care because this one does not care about its patients.

Excellent experience today, 5/23/26. Front desk young lady was very nice and welcoming. It was great to see how patient she was with an older lady who needed help with her paperwork. Doctor was cool too. Was in and out quickly.

Been here twice.
1st time they were BUSY and if I am honest a little understaffed. But if they felt any pressure from it, they did not show it. Treated me well and though the wait time was pretty long, that was ok because the attitude and care was on point. And like I said, they were buisy.

2nd time, kinda the same as the first. Except not busy and I was in in minutes. Had to wait a bit for imaging but that should be expected. Dez out front, Yamicka, and Lizzie all took good care of me. Friendly fun staff here.

OH! Remember to be a good patient and be polite! I know you’re having a bad day if you are here. Everyone that comes here is. These people’s job is to help everyone when those folks are having the worst time. A lot of negativity in their orbit, so bring some positive vibes when you come and these folks will appreciate you and reflect that positivity back.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The front desk staff appeared to be engaged in personal conversations rather than focusing on patients, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, the nurse practitioner, Liz, seemed disengaged and did not demonstrate a strong level of attentiveness or care during the appointment.
