Canceled appointment I made 4 months ago less than 24 hours before appointment & next appointment is in August. My appointment was May 2nd, I did labs...don't go here...I'm searching for a new Dr. They DO NOT care about Seniors!

I am so happy that I made that initial call to Centerwell. It will be two years in August I have been going to the Nellis location. Every time I go it is an awesome experience. Everyone is wonderful and very professional. Very concerned and knowledgeable.

Since insurance changed I have to change pharmacy from Centerwell to Amazon. Most of the my medications made it except one! And have been calling Amazon n Centerwell and given the roundabout. So decided to go to Centerwell in person. And Suzy was so helpful, she called Amazon and right there and then we found out its because they reversed my name ( duh) but how can that be, my other medications made it with the right name. But whatever,
Suzy saved the day and solved my problem. Thank you so much! 💓

If I could do a 0, I would and after talking with a number of my colleagues in CT and Mass, will be filing at least a report with the AMA for Dr Kraus and possibly a malpractice suit. I just moved to Las Vegas from CT and am on an extremely low dose of a controlled substance. I have been a professional myself for 40 years. Dr Kraus and the office manager has been nasty and all of my meds including synthroid, estradiol and Vyvanese were got off. I have never been a drug addict and my primary in CT had prescribed my meds for years. Everyone of the professionals I dealt with told me it was malpractice. I would not trust these people or the evaluations. I am a psychotherapist/social worker, I warn you please don’t go here, they are mean, truly malpractice. In all of my 65 years I never wrote a professional this rating. But please protect yourself.

Every visit I have to wait 20 to 30 min before called back. On referrals they never get it right I have to call then 3 to 4 times. It's time to look for a new primary care facility. It's upsetting because I really like my doctor.

DR. Kuhn, is an amazing physician. At the age of 73 I have to say she is the best primary Doctor I have EVER had. I starting going to her approximately 5 years ago. I recommend her to everyone I know. Dr. Kuhn restored my confidence in doctors. Thank you .🙂❤️resm
