I was feeling bad but after I talk to my doctor; Dr. UDANI and his nurse was wonderful yesterday we straighten out our problems and we went over my medication and they look at my medical chart and it was wonderful. Thank you. The staff had beautiful personalities.

Dr Udani’s clinic is nice & clean, the location is great, with ample parking. The staff at the front desk are nice & friendly. This is our 1st visit with Dr Udani, our new PCP. He’s very nice and we didn’t feel rushed, he took his time to answer all questions regarding our health issues and concerns and ordered blood work and some procedures . I would highly recommend Dr Udani.

Receptionist and Nursing Staff for accommodating me on short notice.. actually it wasn't even a short notice..i went to the Clinic for my scheduled blood works ..I've been sick for a week and requested, as I was already there , if the Provider couid pitch me in. Sure enough, Dr. Udani saw me..did a thorough exam...listened and addressed my current health problem! Thanks much Dr. Udani!!🙏🙏🙏

Dr. Cesar P. Udani is a loving, caring, kind and a very thoughtful man. He listens closely to my concerns and thoughts and offers professional advice. He works so hard to address every issue and offers every possible solution to clear any confusion or concern about your health issues. I am so grateful for that I made my decision to make him my primary care doctor. He is one of a kind. It’s hard to find good and caring doctors nowadays that are true to their calling to serve patients in need of proper care. Rosa and Irene are also great staff members and all the nurses as well. I was sooooo sad when Dr. Suguitan left, however I am over the moon happy to have been seen by Dr. Udani!! He came in and greeted me with a smile and handshake and immediately made me feel comfortable. After sharing a bit of his personal info (which actually has never happened before and was soooo incredibly refreshing) we got down to business! It's always so stressful having to explain your medical history over and over again but I didn't have to do that with Dr. Udani! He came in having read my file with notes and prepared to discuss my challenges and issues! I am extremely hopeful that he will be on top of my treatment and follow-up on what I need. I'm also happy that he is familiar with one of my main challenges- MG. After having no luck or any follow-up regarding getting a CPAP machine for my severe Sleep Apnea, Dr. Udani has requested another sleep study. Hopefully this time ill get a machine!! I look forward to Dr. Udani working with all my specialists. I also look forward to a long partnership with Dr. Udani to get me to a better place! I'm beyond happy that AJ is his assistant...she is ABSOLUTELY the BEST!! I had asked a previous doctor about getting a CGM but they refused to consider my request saying I didn't need one. Dr. Udani agreed to check if my insurance would cover it and AJ was on top of it and called me the following week to let me know the status. When the other doctors assistants failed to send over my blood work request to Quest for my follow-up appointment, AJ again was on top of it and got it sent over that same day! She deserves a raise!! As do both Rosa and Irene who are both soooo lovely and kind, always greeting me with a smile. And on this particular visit Rosa went ABOVE and BEYOND!! I told her I had misplaced my insurance card and after checking me in she actually made me a copy of my card, front and back, cut it out to size and stapled it together in case I needed it again before I found mine or was sent a replacement!! And because I told Irene how happy I was with Dr. Udani she asked if it was ok to process a request to have my pcp changed on my card and I said YES! I signed the firm and she took care of it right away!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff at the Valley clinic and will be a patient there as long as Dr. Udani is there!! Thank you soooooo much to everyone at the Valley Clinic!!
