Dr. Alex and his supporting staff took incredibly good care of my partner and me after an unexpected car accident left us with neck and shoulder pain. We were super nervous since it was our first experience with chiropractic care, but we’re so glad we trusted them with our care.

Whenever I brought up specific concerns or areas of pain each week, Dr. Alex and his staff were always attentive and took the time to address them and help us find ways to manage the pain. We really appreciated how caring and responsive everyone was throughout the whole experience.

I had a pinched nerve in my upper back left shoulder blade. I was have shooting pain and numbness down my left arm. I heard about chiropractic with a twist from another chiropractor. I called them mid day and spoke with Pattie, and explained my situation. They was booked that day, but stayed open late just to help me out.
Dr. Alex and Dr Pattie are very good at what they do. If you have any kind of back pain, chiropractic with a twist will be there to help you out too

This is by far the best location for self care. As someone with occupational injuries and also an avid gym goer, this location has helped me recover old and new ailments. Dr. Alex and Dr. Patti are the best in Vegas! I’ve been seeing them for years. Dr. Alex goes in with deep tissue work before the manual adjustment to really loosen up the muscles for a comfortable and impactful adjustment. Dr. Patti is amazing with guasha scraping and the service at Chiropractic with a twist is always thoughtful and amazing. You can tell they both care and their experience shines in the care they provide. When you walk in they always have nice calming music, complimentary waters, and a smile. If you’re looking for a consistent chiropractor experience that you can trust, you got to check them out. I had a bad experience with a different chiropractor being too rough in the past and now I only trust Dr. Alex and Dr. Patti to help with my spinal and muscles work. I highly recommend them!

Omg I love this place soo much the aesthetic is so comfortable and homie Great if you don’t have a babysitter, and need to bring your kids along They have a little play area for them with a little bear that his spine cracks so your kid will be a little Chiropractor while waiting for you to get right Patty at the front desk is amazing. I started going to this clinic this year to try. Dr Alex and Patti are really genuine people. They want to know how they can help if you have issues but also making sure they arent rushing through my appointment. Dr Alex spent time to isolate my pain and adjust me accordingly. Moat chiropractic care in the past only last 5 minutes or so but not Dr Alex. I was in there for 10-15 minutes getting adjusted. I would highly recommend this place.

Edit: I had really bad knee pain recently and Dr Alex spent 30 minutes adjusting and getting my discomfort treated! Thank you good sir!

I’ve been treating with Dr. Alex Chen and Patti Chen since the end of 2024 for carpal tunnel and tendonitis, as well as neck, shoulder, and back pain. Dr. Chen is incredibly meticulous and always takes the time to make sure I receive the best possible care. I have been to several chiropractors over the years and Dr Chin has been my best experience by far.
On my first visit he took time to get to know me so he knew how to help me with my back pain. His gentle approach was peaceful and effective. He gave me some suggestions I could do at home as well. After just a few visits my back pain was gone.
Because he took time to get to know me he is also helping with an on-going range of motion problem with my arm.

I have been visiting this establishment regularly for the last few months and have nothing but great things to say about this place. Dr. Chen and Dr. Patti are super nice and always greet me with a warm welcome.

I came for treatment to my neck and back areas, and was not disappointed. Dr. Chen is always professional and asked probing questions during the initial consultation to help target the right areas and really focus fire on my back and neck adjustments. He is also personable and made for comfortable visits to the office.

Dr. Chen also made suggestions and stretches tailored to my specific issues that I was able to apply to my daily activities. In addition, they offer massage therapy, which is a great plus! Sida is very sweet and carries the same grace and professionalism I have come to expect from this fine establishment.

My dad saw Dr. Chen for acute lower back and hamstring pain. This is something my dad has been dealing with for years on and off and this was a particularly bad flare up. I walked in on a Saturday around 1045, and no one greeted me until a male doctor came from the back. I asked him if they do walk-ins, and he looked at me like I had ten heads and said NO.

I happen to stumble across Dr. Alex at Chiropractic with a Twist by chance. My neck and shoulder has been hurting for a while (turning my head side to side was almost unbearable) and I finally decided I needed to see someone to hopefully take some of the pain away. It’s been almost a month now and the pain has substantially decreased and I’m able to turn my neck more freely. Dr. Alex takes his time in listening to my concerns and focusing on my problem areas, as well as gives advice on what to do at home to help the healing. Dr. Alex started with the Gonstead method and now also incorporates muscle, tendon, and ligament to assist with the adjustments. Some adjusters only adjust and either have an in-house massager or will recommend another place. Dr. Alex does both in the same session and it's great! He explained that even though I might have displacements, if the muscles, tendons, and ligaments aren't massaged, the displacement could continue to happen because they're pulling them back in to that position if they've been like that for a long time. Great perspective.
