I use to love Dr Habbi and her entire office staff. Her office and care of service has gone so downhill, no one there is to be trusted. Her billing department is turned upside down, they have no records of payments and then try and push off what records they have. When confronted with proof of payment made, time stamped and dated, they say they will call you back and never do. 2 months later they've sent your payment to collections and say there's nothing they can do now because it's with collections. This office has turned into a joke, appointments with Dr Habbi are less than 2 minutes from when she comes into the room and the quality of care has greatly suffered. I recommended her to so many people 2 years ago, and it's just sad that she's turned the table for a higher patient count over quality care.

Dr. Maria Habbi is an excellent Dr. with outstanding bedside manners. She took great care of my mother attentively and made sure my mother received all the medical screening and treatments necessary to ensure her health was up to par. Diva, the Receptionist/Front Desk Rep was friendly and didn’t make us wait too long to see the Dr.. The clinic atmosphere (internal) was welcoming but can’t say the same for the exterior. Other than that, we love Dr. Habbi!!!

These guys really go the extra mile to facilitate the customer’s needs!

PA Stark is a practical minded practitioner who really identifies with the need to balance medical treatments with lifestyle needs (such as going to work - not everyone can just put life on hold to fix a medical problem).

They are professional, polite, and jump right on the treatment solutions with immediate and effective communications between all the participants (home health, pharmacy, lab, etc.).

I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of infection control measures!

I can't say enough about how great Dr. Habbi is. I never feel rushed, and it's quite evident that Dr. Habbi truly cares. I do believe that she spends more time with me as a patient than any Dr. in my recent memory. She seems in tune with her patients, asks great, inquisitive and probing questions to seek answers to what's ailing me. Then she actually listens to my answers, and trusts that I am the best source of information about good ol me. Brilliant, caring, and impressive woman! Also, her staff is top-notch, love them. They get me in and out quick, usually done within twenty minutes of my scheduled appointment.

Dr. Shah is great! The staff could use some more training regarding answering the phone, returning phone calls, following up with patients instead of patients having to call everyday and every week just to get an answer on their care or the situation at hand. The office needs to be cleaned!!!!! (Everyday) It is nasty! There is Dust around the air vents!!!!! The floors are always dirty. The waiting room is always hot because there is no air circulating in the front of the office where patients are waiting to see the doctor. The wait time is a minimum of an 1hr to 2 1/2 hr! Ridiculous! The NP-Angela needs better bedside manner with patients! Dr. Shah is only in the office on Friday’s which is Ridiculous! Can he please be in the office more than one day out of a week?!?! I personally don’t want to see a NP regarding my health. I only want to see a doctor. Please hire another doctor with years of experience that can help you with your patients not just NP and students! I personally don’t want to see a student at all talking to me about anything. Dr. Shah and staff please do better. We count on you’ll for our health because some of use are going through so much and only want the best for ourselves.

My experience with this provider is a very professional staff, they are friendly and always help with anynisssures I have with billing or appointments. Dr Shah always provides great care and treatment, but is very personable. He explains things and always makes sure I understand any issues and answeres all my questions.very caring and compassionate. Dr. Shah and staff, are wonderful, Dr Shah has been taking care of my wounds and infections for a year and a half, he is always concerned and helpful, he is very busy, but takes the time to explain. I am grateful that he is my Infectious disease dr. I think he is great.

I was sick since February didn't know what I had.
I was originally sent to a different specialist who didn't even read my file and berated me for gaining weight after my gastric sleeve. but I hadn't which proved to me that she didn't even read my file since I'm still loosing the weight but I thank GOD that he put Dr. Stephanie Shibata in my way since the moment she came in my room she was attentive and was determined to find answers for me. Even though I have gotten bad news I'm grateful because its treatable. And could have gotten worse overtime if left unattended . Don't put your health at risk by seeing a second rate doctor come see her and her friendly staff at the office in Henderson. Don't wait or hesitate I guarantee you wont regret it .

It really saddens me to write this review. Dr Habbi is extremely sweet and compassionate, I have 0 issues with her.

Her front desk people are HORRIBLE tho. Dr. Habbi wrote me a prescription for Advair since I was running very low. Just moved to Vegas and hadn’t used this new insurance before. Apparently my insurance only covers Symbicort not Advair (Similar steroid). I had one days dosage of Advair left at this point so I called at 10am and the front desk people assured me they’d get the prescription for symbicort out ASAP. I called again at 2pm and 3pm both times being told it’d be “ready today”.

THEY LITERALLY NEVER SENT THE PRESCRIPTION. I cannot stop taking this medication because it’s a steroid and I’d end up in the ER without it.

I ended up having to go to an urgent care to get a prescription and was in and out in 20 minutes.

CIDS front desk people wasted TWO DAYS OF MY TIME. I doubt Dr. Habbi ever even saw my request for the prescription because of her incompetent desk staff. If you care about your health or have a time constraint do not go here. I hope Dr. Habbi replaces her staff with people that genuinely care about the job and the people they serve.

This place is incredible for me and my problem. I have a wound vac, and have suffered from not having skin over my belly for 6 months now. Infections are a somewhat common threat and I feel thoroughly confident in CIDS's assessments. I enjoy the way they have treated me, always courteous, always with a warming smile.

Dr Shah and staff are phenomenal.
Appointments sometimes run late but that's a tradeoff for excellent care.
Dr Shah has been my Doctor for years and has always been on top of my care and diagnosed accurately and minimized my sickness time.
He is out of my network but I refuse to see anyone else for my condition.

I needed a family doctor, after speaking to a friend of mine she highly recomended Dr. Habbi and i thought id give it a try. I called to make a appoitment, they offered same day:) i went in the place was really clean & decorated nicely the staff was friendly. i hardly had to wait. the doctor was very approchable and friendly she listened to me , and actually seemed to care about me.
im really happy with this place!! i highly recomend

today I had a doctors appointment at 10:30am I arrived on time and checked in I was waiting in the lobby for a hour and 30 mintues I'm in the room finally but no doctor has seen me yet so far I am going on 2 hours and 45 minutes the wait in unbelievable,and yes I have told them I need to go but they don't mind you waiting I wouldn't bothering coming here
