Clair De Leon has been hands down the WORST Dr I have had to deal with. It literally takes months for any appointment. My first apt was 6 mos out and then she cancelled it and I couldn't reschedule for another month so it took a total of 7 mos to see her in the first place. Then any follow-ups are at least 2 mos but that is not the worst part about her.
She does not listen. I went in with chest pain and shortness of breath, she blew off all of my symptoms and told me to go to a therapist for anxiety. I pushed for referrals and it turns out I have a herniated disc in my neck and I need surgery. I have a stomach ulcer and I have a heart aneurysm atrial root I found out about these things from going to referral doctors. Clair De Leon did not give me an exam, she did not test anything she just basically called me crazy and sent me out of her office.
I had to call to get clearance for my surgery I was given a video apt and told at that time that the clearance wouldn't be a problem that was 2 months ago now they are telling me I need to wait another 2 months to get in to see the Dr and wait even longer for my surgery. This is absolutely ridiculous. So unprofessional.

Dr. De Leon is a wonderful doctor. She is the first physician I’ve had who actively listens to you in order to plan for your health together as a team, as opposed to most who just wait for you to finish talking and then say whatever they were going to anyway.

I was looking forward to my appoinment and the day of my appointment they canceled on me! I scheduled this appointment 4 months ago! Now i have to wait until November for the next available! This doctor was referred to me, but i’m done, will find a different one!

Very methodical and spends time listening to you. Really helpful with insurance plan which was a huge help. New doctor as my beloved Dr. Nahim retired and I am happy to say I like Dr. De Leon very much. Recommend her - very personable.

Awesome doctor! So glad I found her. Takes time to listen to your every concern, addresses all of them. Very caring and pleasant. Highly recommend!
