I came to clear vision again because they did a awesome job on my last pair of glasses. But this time around it has taken them over a month and counting and I still haven't received my glasses. I saw them in June of 2026 n now it's July 16th n I haven't gotten a call yet. I have called every week n been told a different story bout where my glasses may be. But to know knowledge of where my glasses are . I'm so frustrated cause I've been spending Uber money to get to work cause I can't see n all they can is I'm sorry, but I have spent over 200 dollars in travel fees .... this is unacceptable n I won't stand for it not another day. I'm calling tomorrow n if I don't like what they say I'm cancelling my glasses n reporting them to Medicade them going somewhere else for glasses. N now I'm pissed 😡😡😡

This used to be my favorite place for eye exams and glasses. For over three years, I came here every time and recommended this clinic to friends and family. Unfortunately, that ends today.

From the moment I walked in this year, the experience was completely different. The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. The level of customer service has gone downhill.

After dealing with that, they even made my glasses incorrectly. Now the situation is even worse—they can’t find my glasses. Their system says they were already picked up, but I never received them. No one can explain what happened, no one takes responsibility, and no one seems interested in fixing the problem.

The only response I got from one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered was, “Someone will call you within 48 hours.” That’s not a solution. Businesses like this depend on customer service, and they’ve completely forgotten that.

After being a loyal customer for more than three years, this has been incredibly disappointing. I can no longer recommend this place.

They will try to charge you a $45 co-pay for new equipment. That's not my responsibility. Ive never had a co-pay ever and l've been going there for five years. Dr. Mirjares is an excellent eye doctor. She is very thorough. She takes time with her patients and does not rush; and she listens to you. She is very understanding and compassionate. The staff at this specific office is also very efficient and nice. I switched to this office a year ago from the Pahrump office. I don’t mind the drive or the time it takes to get to this office. I would never switch to another office if another eye doctor unless Dr. Mirjares stopped practicing. On March 25, 2025, I attended a vision appointment at the Clear Vision Eye Care Center, located at 4485 S. Pecos Rd., Las Vegas, Nevada. The appointment was scheduled between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with Dr. Mijares-Landen serving as my attending eye doctor.

Upon my arrival at the clinic, I was greeted courteously by a female front desk/administrative clerk and subsequently waited for 20 minutes in the waiting area. I was then called by a female optical technician who conducted my eye screening. Regrettably, I found her demeanor to be unprofessional, as she provided instructions in an authoritative tone that I perceived as disrespectful to patients, irrespective of their medical insurance coverage. Furthermore, she did not properly sanitize the equipment and failed to introduce herself or explain the procedure in detail prior to my consultation with the eye doctor.

The overall atmosphere of the clinic appeared unwelcoming, as several doctors passed by without acknowledging the patients, offering only minimal greetings or superficial smiles.

In contrast, Dr. Mijares-Landen excelled in communicating the results of my examination. She thoroughly explained my diagnosis and offered various options regarding contact lenses, which greatly assisted me in making an informed decision.

As of April 10, 2025, I have yet to receive any notification concerning the status of my eyeglasses, despite assurances that I would be contacted by phone or text. Upon initiating contact myself, I discovered that my contact lenses had arrived for fitting without any prior notification. I find it disappointing that the clinic has not effectively communicated updates regarding the status of orders or potential delays, thereby necessitating that patients reach out for information.

I’m actually snowed over Mountain and I have to drive over on my way there so I was happy. I had extra time, but I made it in plenty of time as soon as I said I was early!

After I got my prescription from him, I went to their optical department and picked out some glasses with a young Lady (Frances). She was very helpful and took as much time as I needed. She was great also!

Now, when I get the glasses, we’ll see if I Made the right choice! That’s always the scariest thing for me. I think I like something and then when I get it, I’m like what was I thinking lol.

Anyway, I highly recommend Clear Vision of East Las Vegas, I believe the address is 4485 Pecos, There is more than one optician there. I see 👀 Dr. Mendez 👀 and I highly recommend him.
I can’t tell you about the others. I’m guessing that they Provide the same standard of care.

Great staff and my Doctor was fantastic. She was very informative and answered all my concerns. I would recommend going there to anyone.
Update:
Come to find out she did my prescription incorrectly and I went back to my regular dr. DR. Mendez for correction of my Rx the next week...I only want to be seen by him...he's great!!!

I had been to a couple other Eye doctors and been treated poorly. I have Medicare and Medicaid and many doctors of all kind just treat me differently. Dr Mendez actually looked at me and talked to me and apologized for others. He actually really treated me like a human. And I can see much better and I thank him so much!

Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. They have your glasses ready in reasonable amount of time. Appts run on time and have a decent amount of frames to choose from. My whole family come here and we have for years. Highly recommend
