I noticed a change with my left eye. I went to Sam’s Club optical. They were terrible from start to finish. My exam script was no where close. I used my benefit on my clear glasses and paid out of pocket for the sunglasses. Got them and could not see a thing, they made my problem worse. They did another exam and corrected my script and took my glasses and re did them. And again the script was no where close. I was out 600 bucks and could not use either pair. I went to Clearview for a second opinion , I had used them for 15 years and they were always great. But we had moved across town… I will make the drive. They are accurate the first time. They are very helpful, especially when you’re trying to pick out glasses and you can’t see yourself ! They also adjust them and fit them, which was another surprise that I had gotten from Sams Club. They did nothing to adjust them. Not even tightening a screw if I could take a picture of what the girl working there did you would laugh not heating him up and adjusting him around your ear. She basically just bent them where the arms will eventually break off because of it. Imagine my shock when she was bending my Oakley sunglasses like my five-year-old would do. I have found it is so much better to go to a reputable place they are reliable. They are competent and their customer service is impeccable and I will never use one of these cheap off-the-wall kind of places ever again when it comes to getting glasses so I can see… The other scam was telling me I possibly had macular degeneration!!!! Excuses for having to do my glasses twice and still not getting them right was that I had a astigmatism dry eyes And cataracts so it wasn’t their fault yet Dr. Crutchfield did the exam got my eyesight back to 2020 and I can see perfectly The drive is worth it Dr Crutchfield is worth it. He knows what he is doing. He has been around the block for a very long time. If you want something done correctly, and when it comes to your eyes, don’t go cheap. I’ve always loved my glasses They have the best selection of frames in town, beautiful designer fashions, as well as glasses for kids contact lenses and a great big wall of the frames that are free with your insurance, which is still bigger than the selection at Sam’s Club . The professionalism and quality of your Dr Crutchfield I would recommend 100 times over their staff is tremendous and so willing to help And they actually know what they’re doing as well as being able to look at your face and tell you what type of glasses what shape would look better and even the size of the glasses which is not what you get in those fly-by-night places

I have been going here for my eye exams for years. Over the weekend I had a problem with my left eye and consulted Dr. Google. Ha ha. advised I should go in and get a retina scan ASAP. Worst place ever!!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever been so furious with business practices. Not only have they NEVER called me when my contacts arrived, but they NEVER told me my glasses weren’t available because of the frames! I had to call them after 3 weeks. They told me they’d have some lady call me back, when she NEVER did, I had to call two more times. Lady finally tells me about the frame issue and I should come pick another pair. The day I come in, they’re closed for lunch, and the lady sat there staring at me eating her lunch while some girl stared at me through the window while doing her makeup! Horrible! The store manager is the worst person to talk to if you get over-charged. In my experience, it is the best to bring your bill to their main office and let them take a look into your matter. At least they will not have anger issues and listening problems.

Also, based on what I observed from others' postings as of late, I do see that my bad encounter isn't the isolated case at this store. It is time for the upper-management to replace this manager with someone who is properly trained to serve their customers.

Both my wife and I bought our pairs of glasses from the store few weeks ago (Less than 30 days). While at work my friend asked me where and how much I got my new pair of glasses from. Then he was shocked after hearing the prices. So he suggested me to check with other stores to find out how much the same pair of glasses would cost. We end up visiting a few places this past weekend, and boy! we were shocked. The same pair of eye glasses were sold about $400 some cheaper than mine at other stores and my wife's about $600 some cheaper. What the Hell? We were totally bamboozled. We went back to the store and talked to the manager to see if we can get a price match. Her manner was very rude and told us the transaction has already been completed. She said, "once the glass and frames are made, there is nothing I can do about it". I said, "Are you sure?" I am going to report this to the Nevada Consumer Bureau and see what they said about this! Honestly, I absolutely hated her snobbiness and infuriating "take it or leave it" attitude. So The bottom line is: "Don't come to ClearVision Eye Centers, unless you truly want to be screwed."

My experience with the doctors and the staff were great. I think they're very thorough and gave me a lot of time to answer any questions if needed. But I will definitely say do not purchase glasses from here. We were quoted for four pairs of glasses, two regular and two sunglasses to be around $1,800. My wife and I went to Costco and found similar glasses with similar lenses and we paid $517 out the door. Damn, near a quarter of the price here.

5 * because one bad apple doesn't have to ruin my experience, my kids and I have been patients at Clear Vision on Sahara and Cimmaron for years, and I have seen MANY different front desk check- in Reps, and on this particular day ONE of the bunch was a SOUR apple, she was combative, short, dismissive and RUDE towards me, I wasn't feeling well going in, so I didn't speak too loud when I was checking in, so she had to repeat herself when asking me about my appointment, she hands me a piece of paper a, without explanation and when I asked for an explanation, that's when she spiraled to being, rude, combative, short and dismissive. On my next appointment IF she's still at the front desk, I will NOT have her wait on me! I'm sure if they see this, she'll know who she is, because EVERYONE else was very nice and patient with me, especially the lady with tattoos and ponytail, Dr. Do is very nice professional, informative, and patient and Jodi has been there for years, she always awesome! I do miss Dr. Fermin, because he was my first Dr 😟

I have been going here for years and have always had a good experience until this year. The girl at the front desk has an attitude and throws a piece of paper at me stating this is what your insurance covers, no explanations of anything. I bring it up to the Manager and she just says she is glad the girl shows up to work. Is that all the new generation has to do is show up and get paid? Nice! 3 years in a row they end up sending me a bill after my appointment with charges that when I call, they can take the charges off. I guess they can't get their billing straight either. I drive across town to go here but won't be next year!

I had been going to this doctor and I’ve had to recently stop. There’s some change that has happened within their process. That is very uninviting. I got a call on Saturday (regarding my appointment on Tuesday that I had made three months ago ) saying that my insurance could not be verified. (But absolutely nothing I could do until Monday when the office is open up.) And asking me did I want to cancel my appointment. Very QUICKLY wanting me to cancel my appointment? I never had any problems here. But it started to feel like they did not want me there. And not me personally, but my type of insurance. If you have Medicaid and you feel like they don’t want to do business with you then you are not going crazy. They don’t have to worry about me. I even asked to speak to the office manager about 30 minutes ago. They of course were unavailable. That’s OK. I won’t beg for decency.

Appointment was able to be scheduled around a lunch hour. Did not expect to have to wait outside prior to my appointment. Door was literally locked, so do not plan to get dropped off between 12-1 especially in the heat. These hours are posted on the door, but for my first time - I did know that arriving early would feel like a punishment.

I also felt very belittled by my doctor. While I’m sure his advice was sound and I intend to try and implement better practices, I felt like a solution was dismissed in favor of calling “user error”, despite having worn contacts for over 17 years; A fact in which he did not do his due diligence to know before belittling my lived experience. The troubles I am having are recent, and if it were strictly a “I have been doing contacts wrong” - I feel I would have noticed a long time ago. I expect and *want* a doctor to question and work with me to figure out what sorts of changes could cause new issues and show an ounce of empathy. Guy straight up asked me a question about myself twice - clearly not having listened the first time.

I also didn’t prefer the fact the majority of the frames were behind glass doors. One of the workers told me they are “open” but it feels really awkward to slide open protective glass myself. It does not encourage me to want to try anything on - which is a vital part of choosing eyewear.

After many, many years under the care of Dr. C I thought he had the integrity and character to resolve a situation I had with his front office staff and the mistake in ordering my frames, overbilling and just outright rudeness! I was so wrong about him. Even though I promptly provided the documentation asked for and have called leaving him a message to contact me he has gone silent. I now have the BBB working on this case. I notice all the negative postings say call the "location manager" who I believe is the problem here! No one cares about resolving the issue at hand. It really is a shame to treat a senior like this. This has been going on since July! This is not a place you want to do business with.

A few years ago, Dr. Sara Haghani became my new doctor, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s been absolutely wonderful in every way, kind, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Dr. Haghani always takes the time to answer any questions I have, no matter how big or small, and she does it with genuine patience and professionalism. She truly is an amazing doctor who makes every visit a pleasant and reassuring experience.

The staff at the Sahara location are also consistently friendly and helpful, which just adds to the overall positive atmosphere. I feel well taken care of every time I walk through the doors. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things! I had some rather dramatic changes in one of my eyes and I was very concerned. I could not get into my usual Clear Vision location so I called the West Sahara location. The very friendly woman that answered the phone understood my concerns and told me to come right in. Even though I didn't have an appointment they me got in right away. Dr. Haghani did the exam and I received the diagnosis very shortly. Fortunately it was not bad news! Their care, concern & prompt attention to my situation is VERY much appreciated & I highly recommend them!

I had an eye exam 2 weeks ago and had an extremely positive experience then I came in today to pick up my 3 pairs of glasses that I had the lenses replaced after dropping over $800 dollars and asked the eyeglass clerk if I could get a case for them and she replied she could get me a pouch and after looking for what was no longer than 2 minutes she comes back empty handed and seemed rather annoyed I asked her to do something then I get home and the frames were still dirty. I was told by the girl when I ordered them they would totally fix em up and make them look like new now I know why I waited 4 years for an eye exam and I always went to Pearl Vision to buy my glasses because My insurance only covered an exam every year. Now I will take all my business to Pearl Vision because I get treated so much better. With that being said, the staff were competent and very friendly but very tight especially after being treated that way for what I spentI I’m very disappointed!

My daughter had a medical emergency when something got into her eye. Today, Saturday, March 15, I came in to pick up my glasses while my wife had an appointment at 12:40 PM. When I arrived, I informed the front desk staff that my wife had an appointment. However, the receptionist, with a negative demeanor and attitude, told me she couldn’t check her in because she wasn’t physically present.

I explained that my wife was outside because our son was sleeping in the car, but she showed no understanding or concern. When my wife eventually went inside, the receptionist told her she was “lucky” that she felt like taking her in since she had passed the 10-minute mark.

I’ve always had great experiences at this place, but after today, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The level of customer service at the front desk needs serious improvement. I strongly suggest replacing or retraining the receptionist to ensure a more professional and compassionate experience for customers.

My mom, who is 92 years old, has gone to Clear Vision on Sahara a couple times now to ensure that her macular degeneration hasn't gotten any worse. It's 45 minutes from our house, so driving there isn't something I enjoy. We got there yesterday - filled out the paperwork, and she had to pay $148 (which she's never done before), then she had an eye exam, but apparently, the doctor wasn't too concerned about her MD. (The last time she was there, another doctor said they may need to give her eye an injection). Today, when she called them to tell them she was unhappy, the woman told her all they do there is eye exams. Huh - we were referred to them by the ClearVision on Water Street because they handled patients with macular degeneration. Apparently, all they want to do is take an elderly woman's money, do a couple of tests (not even dilation or a glaucoma test!) and send her on her way. We will NOT be going back. Just wasted an hour driving there and back after being called saying my glasses were ready for pickup but when i arrived they took lunch 2 minutes after i showed up so i couldn't get them. Our doctor used to be Dr. Fermin, but he moved to the Pahrump office and now I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Lee (not sure the spelling of his last name). He was wonderful and made me feel comfortable with how he explained the changes in my vision the same way Dr. Fermin did. The staff is very friendly and kind. If you're looking for an optometrist call and make an appointment with Dr. Lee.

Been coming here for years. First saw Dr . Dutton, then Dr. Fermin. Loved Dr. Fermin and purposely made appt a year in advance to see him. Now told he will only be seeing patients in Pahrump. What a loss. He is the best! Considering the over 1 hour drive to see him there! Please get him back.

I don’t normally write reviews for any place but I called 2 weeks ago and asked nicely to change to the 2 week Accuvue Oasis and the nice receptionists said she would need approval from the Optometrist and needed to speak with him when he returned from his vacation the following Wednesday. He returned and I didn’t hear anything back for over a week, so I called back and another lady repeated the same thing to me. She said that they needed approval from the optometrist to revert back to the Accuvue Oasis and that she was going to order a trial pair on Monday or Tuesday. So after patiently waiting another 9 days, they finally call me saying that my lenses have arrived. I drive all the way to the location and ask let them know that I received a call for a trial pair and to order a new supply and when I get to the front desk, the receptionist hands me the old prescription trials for a month long supply. I specifically told her nicely that these are not what I called in twice for. They also didn’t even speak to the optometrist. She told me that they were understaffed as a reason and it didn’t really seem that way by the looks of who was there. They’ve done these kinds of things to me before and I’ve been a customer here for 15 years. I’m definitely going to switch eye doctors after this. Thank you for your years of quality service when the service was good although the last 5 years haven’t been.

The declining service quality at Clearvision's office, including eye glass prescription errors, poor front desk service, billing issues, and costly frames, has led me to consider finding a new provider after 6 years as a patient. My discussion with Krystal Roberts, "The Office Manager", made me feel ignored and undervalued.

Great place everyone was extremly friendly up provider took his time to get to know me a bit and explained everything never had a better experience with an exam, but at the end the lady that helps pick out your frames started off good talkative, friendly but once I said I had to go and would have to return for the frames, that's when it stopped. She took my card, went to go charge it, came back put 2 papers down and stayed quiet. I had to ask if there was anything else she needed me for and she just said no and went back to her computer, no have a nice day or do you want to reschedule or even a ok you can leave now would've been nice but instead it was extremely awkward since we're just sitting there facing eachother, guess the friendly attitude was for a commission or something and since i wasn't buying that day I messed it up for her. But later on on my way home I received a notification I was rescheduled, which I'm going to have to reschedule due to a family birthday, still going back though like i said it's a great place. Everyone else was beyond fantastic but the awkwardness at the end, left feeling uncomfortable.

I have been coming to this location for well over 10 years. Staff is always very friendly. I was taken back at my appointed time. Just here for a special eye test. On this visit I saw my optometrist Dr Thang Doan. He explained my results which were positive. He generally cares for my eye health. I give everything about my visit yesterday a 10.

My kids recently had an appointment and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff and Krystal the manager were incredibly welcoming and professional. Doctor is fantastic she took the time to explain every step of their examination and made sure I understood their eye health and any necessary treatments.The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen.
