I absolutely feel at home coming into this Complete Care. The entire staff has been wonderful and so attentive to all our families needs. From Brenda at the front desk taking care of all our initial docs signed and scheduling needs taken care of. She’s absolutely amazing. My friend and I were in a car accident together and attend our appointments together, and we literally fight over who gets to have Sunshine! 😅 She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure I receive the best care possible. In October of 2025, I fractured a disc in my back (L5/S1) and it impinged several nerves including my sciatic and caude equina. I had severe pain, numbness, and drop foot. I couldn’t walk without a cane and I was told by two different doctors that I needed emergency surgery same day. Something about that didn’t sit right with me, and the rush to surgery was off putting.

I did my research and found a few places that specialize in decompression and started here. Within a few months I was walking again without a cane. It’s been 5 months of regular visits and I’ve improved my back, my life is back to normal and my pain is gone. I went from one of the worst cases my doctor had seen, to getting my life back.

I truly can’t say enough good things about these folks, everyone has been so kind and so helpful. If you’re hesitant about surgery, I 10/10 recommend these guys. Its been life changing for me.

I’ve genuinely had such a positive experience here, especially with Baylee and Natalie. From the very beginning, Natalie was the first person I’d see when walking into the office. She was always so bubbly, warm, and welcoming. Her energy really set the tone for the entire visit, and she made you feel comfortable right away.

I will say, I was a little taken aback when I stopped seeing Natalie. She had become such a familiar and reassuring presence, especially during my previous accident when Baylee was the one assisting me directly with treatment.

That said, Baylee continues to be wonderful. She’s professional, caring, and truly attentive. You can tell she’s committed to making sure patients feel supported, even while balancing different roles now, including working the front desk.

Dr. Breagan Garcia was honestly one of the kindest, most thoughtful chiropractors I’ve seen. She didn’t rush anything - she had x-rays done right there in the office, did a thorough hands-on exam, and took the time to write detailed notes. It really felt like she cared and was paying close attention, not just going through the motions.

Complete Care 3.0 offers a lot under one roof. They provide spinal decompression therapy, massage therapy, adjustments, assisted stretching, rehab exercises, and they even have a dedicated exercise room to help strengthen and stabilize your body between treatments. It's a full-service wellness clinic that’s clearly designed with healing in mind.

I have cervical bulging discs from C2 to C7. I researched online and found Complete Care 3.0. They have a lot of different equipment such as the decompression and tens machine. They also have a laser for joints and massage therapy. I regret not finding them sooner because I was in another facility that was much more expensive without these amenities. The whole staff and doctors are very friendly and accommodating. A big shout out to Dr. Garcia, Tia, the massage therapist, Maria, Glenda, Bailey, and Natalie. For the first time in years, I am now squatting with light weights. This was accomplished w/out injections or pain meds. I found Complete Care 3.0 online due to dealing w/back pain and numbness in my feet and legs. Dr. Garcia gave me a full assessment w/x-rays and recommended spinal decompression along w/massage and adjustments. Einfach nur WOW! Ich habe meinen Urlaub in Las Vegas verbracht und direkt nach Ankunft einen Bandscheibenvorfall bekommen. Das Team von Complete Care 3.0 hat es mir ermöglicht, doch noch meinem Urlaub genießen zu können. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich zuvorkommend und warmherzig und haben sofort versucht, mir zu helfen.

The staff is seriously top notch. From the moment of scheduling down to the second you walk out, you’re welcomed with CARE. My fiancée and I were in a car crash and were sent to CC3 for our pain management needs. They really take the time to make sure you are comfortable and acknowledge the pain you’re experiencing. I appreciated the efforts, time and assistance during such a trying time. Dr. Garcia and the staff truly are the bees knees!

Only ever been to one physical therapy clinic and honestly I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with whatever issues you have. Have yet to get any bad moments from this location. Would definitely recommend to anyone that’s skeptical about ever going to chiropractic/physical therapy. 20/10 for sure.
