Phenomenal experience. My dad has been in denial forever regarding his hearing. At 88, he finally decided to get his hearing checked. Dr Lee came to his home, set up, checked, and yup, needs hearing aid. She went over everything very thoroughly and was extremely professional. Concierge Audiology has given my husband a new lease on life. My husband's hearing aids were not working well so he had stopped wearing them. Dr. Lee made a home visit to our senior community and examined the hearing aids as well as tested his hearing - all at no charge. It turned out that the hearing aids were back level technology given what is available in today's hearing aid market. She recommended a new hearing aid set that is rechargable and highly customizable to meet an individual's preference. He is now hearing very well and, equally important, he is able to again socialize and engage with the world around him. His participation in conversations, his ability to enjoy events and his general quality of life has improved 100%. Dr. Lee is a great listener, a skilled audiologist and always available. We have made several changes to his aids to get them perfectly configured and she happily accomodates all of his hearing needs. Dr. Lee is highly recommended by both of us!

I contacted Dr. Lee, about my 93 year old mom’s hearing difficulties and her past experiences with hearing aids. Being a longtime hearing aid wearer myself, I know enough about audiology to ask detailed questions. Dr. Lee took the time to answer me and to understand all of my concerns. As a retired social worker who worked with seniors, I was especially impressed with the genuine concern and care that was shown for my aged mother’s comfort and safety. Aside from all of her audiology expertise, Dr. Lee also followed all Covid precautions.

What a find! Our mother is 102, and has hearing issues. She hates to leave the house, so we looked to see if anyone would come to the house. We found Dr. Lee, who came to our home and did as complete a work-up as our mother has ever had anywhere. She did a hearing test, cleaned the hearing aids, cleaned wax from my mothers ears, and tuned the hearing aids. My mother is now hearing better than she has in years, and is so much less isolated now that she can hear people around her. We’ll be having Dr. Lee back regularly.
