Went to see Dr Harpreet Tsui for some medical issues today. Iam 60 years old and can Honestly say I have never been to a Dr's office where I was so comfortable being there and treated so nice and Friendly by entire staff! Very Professional and caring.

Dr. Harpreet Tsui brings back the bedside manner that is missing from many practices. She takes time to listen to her patients. From my experience I can say that my health care plan was personalized based on my needs and expectations. Dr. Tsui spends quality time with her patients . Her office is also up to date on current technology, not only with communication but with and apps and devices I had not seen before.

Dr. Tsui is very knowledgeable and reliable. I have never had a doctor who works around her patients' schedules the way that Dr. Tsui does! I appreciate how responsive she is and how quickly she schedules me in. I am seen immediately upon arrival and I always get all of my questions answered without feeling rushed. Dr. Harpreet Tsui has been the primary care doctor for my husband and me since 2017. We loved her so much that we followed her from her previous practice. After my husband's recent lengthy hospital stay, she visited us at home, arranged for imaging and labs at home, set up physical therapy and so much more. In fact, at her home visit, she discovered a problem that had not been resolved during his hospital stay. I credit her with saving his life! She worked with his cardiologist throughout his treatment. She is smart, a great listener, accessible, and takes the time necessary to address our needs. I obviously highly recommend her.

I have been Dr. Tsoi's patient for 6+ years. We first met when she was practicing at Dignity, I have followed her as she began her solo practice. I was most impressed with her listening! She is attentive and caring, adding to her knowledge. Prior to meeting Dr. Tsoi, I had encounters with three other providers. Each one was more interested in telling me how great they were and not listening to me. Meeting Dr. Tsoi was a great relief! She has always been there for me when I have needed her! I highly recommend Dr Tsoi!

Dr. Tsui is truly amazing. She takes the time to listen to what you have to say, your values, and your personal concerns with previous treatments or medications. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I am so thankful I was recommended to her and due to some insurance issues, the monthly payment format is perfect. I’ve been with Dr. Tsui since May. The entire experience has been amazing. She listens! You feel listened to! I am 69 years old so have been through quite a journey of health issues. Our first visit she patiently encouraged me to tell my story, asked pertinent questions, and we’ve proceeded from there. I feel better than I have in years. In addition to her quality of care, she is extremely accessible! She has returned texts and/or calls always within the same day, usually within an hour or two. Not to sound too dramatic, but for someone with multiple health problems, this has been a life-changing experience.
