Just left their office and the staff and Dr Taylor are always so kind, patient, and helpful. I've always had anxiety going to dentists! I've had to go Dr Taylor quite a few times to "catch up" the past year and a half and he always makes sure I'm comfortable. They accommodate appointments past 4 p.m. so that is a plus too. I don't understand why this office has so many positive reviews because my experience was very disappointing.

I had one crown done here, and I was charged twice for the same procedure. The first time, I paid $346 after the discount they offered. Later, I was charged an additional $460. When I questioned the second charge during my appointment, I was told my insurance hadn't covered much of the cost. However, after calling my insurance company, they confirmed that I had been overcharged for the crown.

On top of the billing issue, the crown they cemented is too short, which has caused discomfort in my bite and jaw pain. Now I have to see another dentist to have it evaluated and corrected.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. The unexpected charges and the quality of the dental work have been very frustrating.

Not happy- staff training on me, took 4 attempts to record gum condition (not very gentle) Took new X-rays to determine condition of all teeth on this visit.
Lots of disconnects between staff on current/past dental issues, used old xrays or old quote/treatment plan, (teeth had been repaired by another overseas dentist between this visit and last).
Didn't address issue I came for (painful cracked molar).
Wanted $860 (per side?!) for special cleaning (my last cleaning was in March). Dentist said she would reevaluate molar after $1720 of cleaning!
Not sure what happened here.
Previous visit was great and they came highly recommended. Feels like they completely fell down on the job this time. I don't normally spend the time to do this, but they should be given feedback and an opportunity to get their business back on course.

The best way to avoid a dental emergency is to have a Dental Professional who is taking preventative actions, like regular checkups with X-rays, to identify issues early and prevent that unexpected emergency. Dr Romero covers all the bases to make sure I am doing all I can to keep my teeth and gums healthy but is available for immediate attention when an ache or pain pops up. She explains exactly what is causing the pain or swelling and clearly explains how to resolve the issue. Dr Romero and her Team are the best partners you can ask for to help you keep your teeth and gums healthy for many years to come.

I found my forever dentist office ! If I can give more stars I would! Jonna the receptionist is very thorough when verifying insurance. She was patient and so sweet ! Naomi helped me with the financial part of my visit! Easy painless and fast she sat with me and helped me with my transaction. Vanessa, I have no words for how attentive and supportive she is. She explained my situation and plan of attack with what needed to be done and what can be done she listened to my chief complaint I definitely felt heard. Bed side manner is top tier ! I absolutely LOVE Dr.Romero! She performed a root canal on me and I was nervous but she comforted me provided a cute tooth stress ball and kept checking on me throughout the procedure. My overall experience from making the appointment to leaving was absolutely amazing! I’m definitely going to refer my friends and family to this office ! I've never had any problems with them. They clean my teeth really well and they're all very nice. I get appointments very quickly. The only concern is that they have a huge turnover all the time they cannot seem to keep dentist or dental hygienist.

Both my husband and my daughter in law went to this dentist. My daughter in-law had a broken filling and needed it taken care of and they wanted a couple thousand dollars. She went down the street and paid a few hundred. My husband went there and they told him he had 8 cavities and needed fillings and a crown. He had only the crown done.
We just went to a new dentist and she said, no he has 1 cavity from a poorly installed crown that the other dentist had done and 1 possibly on the tooth next to it. My husband is very upset because we didn't have dental insurance at the time and we paid cash.

It was my first time going to this Dentist office, and I can truly say this by far has been the best experience that I have ever had in a dental office. Let me start off by saying....I have extreme (10 outta 10) anxiety when it comes to dentists. I haven't been to a dentist because of it in a while. I wanted to get established with a new dentist since my last one was a terrible experience. I went to Dental Design of Las Vegas from a good referral. I was nervous going in and I let the staff know of my anxiety right up front and they were quick to listen. Each staff member was very friendly and I feel were very kind and not judgemental of my anxiety issues. The xrays, cleaning and exams went great. 1st time in many years I didn't walk out with my mouth hurting from a cleaning (and I have good teeth). I highly recommend Dr Romero and her team. They are great!

I called on 4-2-2025 to make an appointment and Diana was able to get me in on 4-8-2025 for a routine exam. I couldn't have been more pleased. From Leena who did a fabulous job efficiently checking me in, to Jan who took my x-rays, and Dr. Romero was wonderful too (especially since she didn't need to do any work:). Kendall did a great job cleaning my teeth, she was very gentle and explained what she was doing and showed me all her fancy equipment. Naomi came in and explained what my charges would be before we got started so I wouldn't be surprised at the end.

The absolute worst place I have been,
I paid to have dental work done and after their expertise advise I paid in advance for a tooth extraction to be done with a bone graph and was told the total would be $769.00.
Upon arrival for the work (The following week) the receptionist told me that the (DR) forgot to enter a code and I would be charged $100.00 more. I paid for the work to be done over 1 week in advance and I am going to be charge by $100.00 extra. Being upset I cancelled the appointment and was told that I will get a refund in 4-6 weeks when they took my payment the Same Day.
I will be filing a Law Suite The week of January 13th to see if I can get my money back faster then 4-6 weeks including attorney fees.
I own a Company and can give a credit back within 2-5 business days, I am honestly tempted to call American Express and dispute the entire charge and have them wait 4-6 weeks to pay Anything.

Poorly ran dental facility. Unfortunately I was traveling for work and broke a filling. I scheduled an appointment with them to fix the issue. I made sure insurance was accepted and called multiple times to verify this prior to my appointment.

When I got there I was told they want to take x-rays to examine the break. I informed them that I had already had x-rays taken and had already sent them from my dentist. Even though they had those x-rays they said they wanted to still take them but I wouldn’t be charged. I allowed it, then the dentist walked in and told me they can’t fix the filling and that I need a crown. I was in the dental room for 5 min max.

When I got back home I saw my dentist who fixed my filling. A few weeks later I was sent a bill for x-rays and a dental visit from Dental Designs of Las Vegas that wasn’t covered by my insurance. I called and had to fight to get my x-ray charge removed. They still billed me a large amount for the appointment which I payed but informed them I would be writing a poor review. Hopefully this reviews helps other people avoid this issue.

Don’t come here for cosmetic dentistry! Don’t get me wrong the staff were nice but when I called to make an appointment I specifically asked if they do composite veneers because one of mines chipped. I come in and I had to explain numerous times that my teeth were not porcelain …. Even the dentist acted like she didn’t understand anyways they “fix”my tooth. The color was totally off so I initially had a half white half yellow tooth. I asked if that’s the brightest shade they had… they said yes and after I asked again then they found a whiter shade. Like why not just make sure you putting the correct color on the first time :/ I just didn’t understand why you don’t know the reason I’m coming (for composite veneer to be fixed) then you fix the tooth wrong. I hate being at the mercy of dentists. Just say you don’t know what you’re doing before playing with someone’s tooth.

Oh my goodness what an awesome experience I had here today! It was my first time and I was so impressed from the moment I walked in with the friendly staff and complementary cold water! Yeah! I did an x ray/cleaning/check up and GITA was my AMAZING hygienist!!! I’ve had a lot of teeth cleanings in my life and this was the most thorough, precise, best job ever. Afterwards, I felt like my teeth never felt so good and clean! She is also EXCELLENT at communication and telling you what’s happening. She’s super experienced and professional, knowledgeable and kind. Love her! Got some great tips from her I will be using. And DR. TAYLOR is an AMAZING Doctor. He is kind, professional, positive and has a great energy. He was so patient and receptive with any questions I had and offered great insight. I LOVE my new Dental Office! ! Highly highly recommend! :)

I went back for my visit. I really like the doctor and his staff. But, I was overwhelmed with the upsell. I need alot of work done and I know that. The Hygenist kept saying what I needed done, and when I would state I can wait on it. Her entire attitude changed.

When was the last time you made a phone call to your Dentist office? It had been a couple of years for me. You can imagine my surprise when the reception was so welcoming. I had just been through Oral surgery. I needed someone I could trust. Dr.Taylor to the rescue. Even though it had been 2 years, my sweet wonderful Dr. Taylor put me at ease and took care of the problem. His fantastic assistant Vanessa did x-rays, and stayed with me the entire time. Went into the office today to get some pain checked into, and everyone was so positive and so warm that it made the experience really anxiety free. I was presented with the doctor quickly and given a diagnosis quickly also with options laid out for me. They are very professional and I very much so recommend this office!

The staff was very welcoming and sensitive to people with fear or the dentist, loud noises, and people who get anxious. They gave me a quick check up and gave me options for the procedures and very accommodating to my schedule. Prescriptions were sent over before I even got done at the dental office. My experience with Dental Design Las Vegas was highly disappointing, to say the least. Despite their claims of being HIPAA compliant, their actions demonstrated a complete disregard for patient privacy and professionalism.

After signing the HIPAA agreement, I repeatedly requested my dental report to be sent via email. Unfortunately, they failed to fulfill this simple task, even after multiple follow-up calls. Their response was both frustrating and contradictory. They claimed they couldn't provide me with the report due to HIPAA regulations, despite the fact that I had already signed the necessary consent forms.

In an effort to resolve the matter, I had to physically visit their office and engage in a lengthy argument before they finally released the information I had requested. However, the most concerning part came to light soon after. When I received the printed report, I discovered that it contained images and information belonging to other patients. Which caused a lot of confusions for my next dental visist.

It is disheartening to witness such negligence and lack of regard for patient confidentiality from a dental office that claims to uphold the standards set by HIPAA. Their actions directly contradict their supposed concerns about privacy. I strongly advise against seeking dental care at Dental Design Las Vegas, as their unprofessionalism and inability to handle sensitive patient information.

Excellent dental office! We are new to town and this office was recommended by a friend. Office staff was very friendly and the office ran efficiently and on time. My appointment was at 3:30, I completed my paperwork online, arrived a few min early and was already back at 3:30. The hygienist Courtni was great and explained everything. At our previous office, the dentist would barely poke her head in and it always felt rushed. Today, Dr. Taylor was very easy going and went over X-rays and did not feel rushed at all. We will definitely be going back here in the future.
