Dr. Seqgui, Kaylee, Tyler & Sequoia are the nicest group of people I've been to. They were extremely busy with new patients (me included). They let me know, asked if I wanted to wait and kept me updated throughout. Did half a deep cleaning and a chipped tooth fixed, then went back a few days later for the other half.

I left my dentist (who I loved) because the office manager and staff began focusing on the upsellong than customer service.

I did not feel comfortable with the doctor. She felt high and mighty to any dental experiences I have. I have gone to the same dental group for years and tried moving to the place close to my house and felt traumatized by the same experiences I had at other offices. So far the best office I have gone to was Las Vegas Modern Smiles everyone there made me feel like family.

After a long time trying to find an office and pcp I really like and trust, I found PDS Medical. Specifically the Centennial Hills location. They are absolutely amazing. I am always greeted by Essence with such a friendly and welcoming demeanor. She makes checking in/out “ easy. I have had the pleasure of having Marissa Taking my vitals and going over everything I’m going to or want discuss with my doctor. She has also one of the few people that drew my blood without causing any pain to me. I have recommended and given their cards out to so many of my friends and family if anyone is looking or unsure please check them out you would love Joyce Santos. She is extremely welcoming and very thorough. She allows me to take the time to write anything down that I need and ask any questions that I may have. She fully listens and actually hears you. I have never had a doctor be so patient and kind with me. I will pick them over any PCP office I have had in the past

Overall, the office was professional and clean, but unfortunately the treatment approach felt overly aggressive.

I’m 33 and have had multiple dentists tell me my wisdom teeth are fine to keep as long as they aren’t causing problems. They never have. Here, one of the first things I was told was that they “have to” come out. I respectfully declined, but had to repeat myself at least three times before my decision was accepted. She came off as personally offended by me declining to extract them.

This turned me off completely from anything else she had to say because I’m also concerned by how wildly dental diagnoses can vary. Last year, another dentist told me I had 14 cavities; this dentist found one. Even that dentist didn't mind my wisdom teeth. Experiences like this make it difficult to trust what is truly necessary versus what is simply a more treatment-heavy philosophy, so I’ll now be getting a second opinion on the recommendations I received here.

Overdiagnosing and pressuring patients does a disservice to dentistry. It doesn’t encourage people to seek care, it makes them distrust dentists and avoid going altogether. I’m looking for a dentist who values long-term patient relationships, clearly distinguishes necessary treatment from optional or preventative treatment, and respects a patient’s decisions. Unfortunately, I did not feel that here.

Dr Segui and her assistant Tyler are incredible. Dr. Segui has been my dentist for over 2 years. She is by far THE BEST DENTIST I’ve ever had and for reference, I’m 65. So a lot of dentists over the years! She explains everything in clear and simple terms. I feel like she is my partner in ongoing dental health. I’ve never felt like she is trying to upsell me. She often does my cleaning herself! Finally, she was at a different office for her dental group - in Summerlin - when I began going to her - literally under 5 minutes drive. She moved to open a new office in NW and now I drive almost 25 minutes to see her. It’s worth it to me, that’s how good she is. #facts

My first introduction into this beautiful office was meeting the incredibly amazing Essence who happens to effortlessly handle the Dental Office along with their recent addition of Medical Office too. Essence was highly knowledgeable and so informative on all my questions and I felt instantly grateful I followed through with my 2nd opinion Dental Office visit. First impressions deliver huge impacts! I then was assisted by Bryan for my x-rays and he was very thoughtful and most considerate while being the Director of Photography for X-rays needed! I then met another exceptional team member, Morgan their amazing Hygienist, she was the consummate professional and was very gentle with my deep cleaning of my teeth and I was so incredibly grateful and beyond impressed with how clean my teeth were after my procedure. I met Dr Segui who was an incredible Dr.- she took the necessary time to explain the process and oral plan for success for my teeth and oral care health. I then met Scott, he handles the financial matters for all patients. What a wonderful way he had in being most considerate and discreet on making certain we could discuss these matters away from all uninvolved parties that didn’t need to be privy. I was very appreciative of his mannerisms and courtesy.
I had visited another Dr’s Office back in 2024, for some big procedures of root canal and crown work, only to recently discover 2 years later to the date, the tooth would need to be extracted due to a crack that unfortunately somehow occurred. I opted for a 2nd opinion, and prepared myself that I will need to spend more out of pocket money to get my teeth work done and maintain my dental health, It’s definitely a challenge if one doesn’t have coverage. I am so very grateful to have followed through to visit a new office and this stellar crew is going to keep me on the right flight path of oral healthcare success!

When I arrived, the building caught my eye. It's cute & bright but not overly colorful. There's also tons of parking.

Dashea & Essence greeted both me & my partner when we arrived. Essence, the receptionist is very thorough. She noticed I was having dental anxiety without me saying much. Which made me feel seen & comfortable. She also explained tons of deals & plans that we may be interested in, in the future.

I started to look around the waiting area & noticed the Dr had personal photos of her accomplishments & family. Which warmed my heart, it's very rare coming across that in a dentists office.

Getting called to the back felt welcoming. The dental assistant Dani is very kind & to the point. I have about 19 piercings so she helped pick what to take out so they wouldn’t interfere with my x-ray. I had a saliva test as well which is so cool. Never knew that was something aha.

The doctor herself is an amazing woman. I really appreciated how detailed she was. My visit wasn’t the news I wanted to hear but I felt at peace knowing I have a chance to save my smile.

I’ll be back in a few weeks. I’m excited for the growth.

First of all, I used to work with Dr. Segui in the office as an Assistant Manager, so I’ve personally seen how much she truly cares and how much time she dedicates to listening to her patients. After witnessing her compassion and professionalism firsthand, I scheduled myself to see her as my own dentist and I will be forever grateful that I did.

I am diabetic, and Dr. Segui has played a huge role in helping me manage my dental health. Because of the trust and confidence I have in her, I also scheduled my husband, my parents, my in-laws, and my siblings. We all go to her now. Even though we live in Henderson, she is absolutely worth the drive , and my in-laws travel all the way from California just to see her because they can clearly see the difference in the level of care and honesty she provides.

Dr. Segui also helped my mom tremendously. She previously went to a dentist in California who extracted a tooth too aggressively, which created a dent on her jawbone. It made her dentures uneven and painful. Dr. Segui not only resolved the issue, but she also helped my mom regain her smile again , without the pain she had lived with for so long.

My entire family is deeply grateful for Dr. Segui. Her kindness, honesty, and exceptional skill make her truly one of a kind.

I had such a great experience at Dentists of Centennial Hills that I actually felt relieved walking out, which is not something I have ever said about the dentist before. I have been going to dentists since I was 4 years old, to the point that I knew most of the instrument names, and I have been through orthodontics, periodontics, and just about everything in between. Even with all that experience, I have never felt the way I felt here. This is the part where you feel sorry for me... not actually, hahaha.

From the moment I walked in, the team was warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Dr. Segui was incredible. She took her time explaining everything, made sure I was comfortable, and never made me feel rushed. You can truly tell she cares about her patients. The assistants and front desk staff were just as wonderful, super welcoming, organized, and easy to talk to.

The office is clean, modern, and the technology they use made the whole visit quick and painless. I am usually anxious about dental appointments, but they made the entire experience surprisingly easy.
