Initially I went to theses guys because they are so close to my house. Now that I have become a frequent flyer ( knee, hip, and shoulder) it is my choice to come here. These people are the professionals you want to manage your recovery. They really (with your effort) can get you back to where ever you want to be. Individual planned goals. You can see your progress..its observable the numbers don't lie. Remember it's a process and it takes time. You can do it these guys can guide you all the way. I've been going to physical therapy quite a lot over the past few years. And this is the one.
I highly recommend it.

Tom and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell they all take pride in their work, from the front desk all the way to the breakroom.

Wow! Where do I begin, as the Dignity Health Physical Therapy (DPHT) Team at their 821 N. Nellis Blvd location was nothing short of AMAZING! After surviving a serious accident on 24 June 2024 that left both my husband and me critically injured, I endured spinal fusion surgery (T11 - L4) to prevent paralysis. I also experienced a broken left wrist that required occupational health rehab.

In August 2024 I began the physical therapy rehabilitation phase of my recovery at Dignity Health PT. After fearing that my mobility would be severely limited as a result of the accident and subsequent surgery, the DHPT customized, implemented, and supervised a full range-of-motion and strengthening program that allowed my body to heal and recover much of the mobility and strength that I feared would be lost forever. Every member of the team listened to me and worked closely and compassionately with me and helped me gain confidence back in myself and my physical abilities. That was a priceless gift! Because my journey with DHPT lasted for 3 months, I had the distinct pleasure of being guided by several incredible physical and occupational health therapists at the clinic: Tom Walker (Manager), Aaron Jurado, Charlton Cabios, Josh Padilla, and Chelsea Accardo. Each and every one of them was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Their plans were implemented by two of the most awesome Physical Therapy Assistants EVER: JT Lawson and Scheccid Gutierrez. They made my challenging therapy sessions FUN! They both were always SO positive and sincere. They would provide humor when it was appropriate and motivation and compassion when I needed it. They were also very quick to make adjustments to my therapy routine if I was experiencing any kind of discomfort or the inability to perform certain exercises. Scheccid's adaptation to one of my routine stretches with "Little Blue" resulted in providing me with a way to stretch my lower back that was a game changer to reducing my pain and increasing my mobility. Last, but certainly not least I want to give a shout out to the team's top-notch office (PSS) crew: Liz, Gloria, and Mily. Without their commitment to excellence by ensuring that all of the necessary referrals, insurance authorizations, and appointments were all in order, none of this would have been possible. I was always greeted with a smile, and upon arrival they all came to greet me by name.

I can never thank them enough for all of the wonderful care that they provided me. My quality of life has improved immeasurably because each and every one of their team members was committed to providing the highest quality of care possible, all the while remaining incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. "Dignity Health Physical Therapy" is just a few minutes from my home so that's a plus! The employees positive attitude and knowledge of taking care of their patients is beyond reproach! Thomas, my primary therapist and Daniel are very good at what they do. Your goals of the therapy become their goals. Since my previous visit they remodeled the reception area expanded their space and brought in new equipment to better serve their clients. The staff is all very caring and helpful. Unfortunately for me, the treatments are only partially successful and maybe even temporary, because I suffer from arthritis. Still, any Improvement at all is a good thing. And even though my pain has not been appreciably decreased, I have seen Improvement in Mobility. I strongly recommend Select Physical Therapy should you need to use occupational or physical therapy because these people not only know what they are doing, they are all friendly and most attentive.

I would like to update that just four days later I am in fact noticing a decrease in pain with my hands though my shoulder remains about the same. So I am amending my previous statement to add that there has been some relief from pain due to the treatments I received at Select Physical Therapy. Whether or not these benefits are permanent I cannot get say.

To make a long story short. Select Physical Therapy is so awesome. I was referred to them by my Orthopaedic Surgeon. After going to ATI Physical Therapy for 4 weeks and getting worse, I went to Select Physical Therapy and Larry Strauss PT, evaluated my condition. He was able to get me functional in one week off the walker and cane, ATI was not capable of helping me to recover. Larry takes the time to listen to your pain. He explains and help you to understand what going on with your body. Knowledge is power. I can’t express in words enough about how he cares about his patients. I’m doing and feeling so much better Physically, mentally and emotionally.Larry put life back into my life. I’m so grateful. I’m telling people about my experience with Select Physical Therapy.

In December I had knee replacement surgery. I live on the east side and needed a place nearby for therapy as I recover.
Over the years I had been to other physical therapy places on all sides of town. Because of this, I had an idea of what to expect when I walked in.
Let me just tell you, you WON'T find a more dedicated group of people anywhere.
Before surgery, I checked reviews for any *new* (to me) places near my home and this one came up. (I had been to others in the area and was disinclined to return). I called and spoke to Liz and asked if they worked with knee replacement patients and accepted my type of insurance. She assured me they do. After surgery, I called her back and set up my first appointment. In the few short weeks Ive been going, my range of motion has improved immensely and am quite impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.
So far Ive worked with Larry, Kelly and Cathy. Whoever you get will be excellent, Im certain of that.
The ladies at the front desk are always smiling, welcoming and helpful every single time Ive walked in.
When I arrive for my appointment, I never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes to get started.

I came here after ATI down the road made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I was sent to rehab after a motorcycle accident and I truely grew to enjoy the people and environment at this rehab centre. Larry was my guy and he made every session enjoyable with the help of every worker there. They all made that office feel like a home meant for healing and I was very happy to find a place with that type of energy during my healing process. They gave amazing long lasting advise and always were helpful at working around my rescheduling or being a few late coming from work, they have a very good system of how they set up appoinments making sure that they don't get too crowded in their treatment areas. The best thing I think was that they gave me the instructions and let me do what I needed too without being to coddling or pressuring. They push there's no mistake but they do it the right way, and I think that's why rehab was one medical appointment I never had trouble getting up to go to because I wanted to be there and I owe that to the entire team at Select.

Im still kinda new here but so far the staff is verrryy and nice and caring they make u feel right at home they care about ur issues ..yes i would recommend this clinic to anyone....:)
