The MDs are excellent, the computer/phone/scheduling system is messed up.
First, they cancelled my appointment per text message. When I tried to reschedule I was in the phone line for several hours to no avail.
No one ever picks up.
Their phone system kicks you out when you’re finally number 1 in line after you’ve waited hours and hours. If you leave a voice message no one ever calls back.
The Tenaya location was nice enough to reschedule me for the Henderson office. Then, within hours I received another cancellation per email!!!
They also sent several requests to fill out online questionaires after I had already filled it out.
As a patient I must say it was frustrating that my scheduled appointments were again and again cancelled through their computer system.
In the end I just showed up. The receptionist denied that my appointments were cancelled. She didn‘t know that I had called for days and no one even answered.
Later at the pharmacy it turned out that my prescription wasn‘t right. I couldn‘t get this resolved over the phone. They didn‘t react to the faxes the pharmacist sent to them. It took another personal visit to the doctor‘s office to get this resolved. What a mess.

I set up a telehealth visit to have my labs read to me. They told me the only way to do the visit was for me to call at 1:45. I called at 1:44 and was told by the automated answering machine that I was 12th in line. There's no other way to call. I held until 2:05 and the call dropped. I called back and was told I was 7th in line. I called another location to ask what to do and they said I missed my appointment and couldn't be checked in. If they knew there were 12 people on hold why wouldn't the Provider just call me to read the labs? Why not have a telehealth line? This isn't how you treat patients.

The office staff and Doctors here has always been great. I've been a patient for about 10 years. My issues are with the Billing dept. I'm getting an overdue bill for $20 that I have already paid. I've sent them bank statements showing all my co-pays. Someone has dropped the ball on this issue. If they don't correct this error I will, sadly, be looking for a different doctor.

With that being said the staff sucks at doing their job they tend to never listen and or get ahold of the doctors like I’ve called and asked them to do over 100-200 times in my entire time if seeing a DR here it’s utterly ridiculous you call and asked them to ask your doctor something and they can never either get back to you or most of the time they just wrote you off and you have to continue calling over and over again to get someone to do their job

Don’t go to this place. Doctor is nice but this place scams people. I went for an annual physical which is fully covered by my insurance and I didn’t ask for anything extra. I got a lab bill back in May and when I called the clinic, they explained that the coding was wrong and they are trying to fix it. I waited for months for them to fix it but they won’t fix it and I kept on getting bills from the lab company. I got threatening letters from the lab company saying if I don’t pay soon, I may not be able to get tests in the future. So I paid the bill. I kept on calling the clinic about it and after months, they are now saying the test was a test out of my insurance and I asked for it so it’s not their fault. I never asked for extra testing especially if I knew if it’s out of my insurance. The billing department is an automatic voice message and they say they’ll call back within 24hrs but they never give me a phone call back. I should’ve never went to this place.

I am a diabetic and due to confusion with his office I have not received the equipment necessary to test and or administer my insulin. It has been three months. I just recently had an appointment where they fixed everything but still no meter and no needles to actually take the insulin so now forced to go to a hospital emergency room just to get some insulin when I have 12 packs at home but no way to take them and when I caught up here frustrated about the situation. The lady got mad and hung up on me at the front desk, completely unprofessional, completely rude and disrespectful. I hope that she has to find a new job and this is my life that I’m worried about and I don’t need someone getting mad at me because they are not doing their job hanging the phone up.

Doctors Center at 1681 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson has been phenomenal for me. My primary care doctor - Dr. Lucretia Hull - is definitely one of the best doctors I have ever had. I can't say enough about her as she actually listens to her patients. I've had many doctors over the years from Maryland to New Mexico and now Nevada. She is the tops!

Don’t go to this doctor’s office unless you want to get overcharged by unknowledgeable staff. They won’t fix your bill and just say they have no one to do it. Well here’s an idea go hire someone to do it unless no one wants to work there since the working environment seems horrible and the turnover in staff is high.
And don’t trust what any of the workers tell you especially the receptionists! They just tell you want you want to hear so you leave. They might act like they have sympathy and empathy for you, but they don’t!

1. They always charge my husband and I for our annual exams & OBGYN visits and those are supposed to be free.
2. They always end up putting the “wrong codes” for Labcorp and they always send us bills and we have to wait months to get them removed. And when I asked who’s in charge of inputting the codes they said the providers. Like that’s so vague. Then I called my provider and he said it’s the nurse or whoever did my exam who put the codes in so she did it wrong and people who did my blood work did it wrong too! Now Labcorp is treating to put my lab bills to collections and that will ruin my credit. But do you think that would make the people at the doctor center work harder and fix my problem? Nope they could still care less and just continue to point the finger at others to do it. And I already know I’m going to have to waste my hard earned money and pay over $200 on something that should have been FREE!
3. The receptionists are nice, but they give false information/ lies when it comes to issues with the bills. Plus they never respond to my emails and that goes for the practitioners too. That’s why I alway have to go in person to make sure they put my dispute in because they don’t do much with the phone calls or emails.
4. I called the receptionist to see if there was anyone working on the coding for my bills and they redirected me to the Summerlin location. The receptionist over there said that my doctor’s office is always sending everyone to them. Then she looked up my file and the receptionist at my office didn’t even upload the bills to my file. They’re so lazy at both locations and a bunch of liars that don’t get anything done but point the finger at each other.
5. I had to go into the doctor’s office multiple times just to try and get a straight answer and waste my time and gas. One day they say someone is working on it the next they say they didn’t hire anyone yet. Like so what is it? So are you just going to let everyone’s bills pile up and all of them go to collections?!! Like it was their mistake but no one wants to take responsibility to fix it! This is suppose to be a professional environment but it seems like the employees here act like their teenagers working at a fast food restaurant instead!
6. The billing department never answers their phones so I always have to talk to the receptionists when it comes to our wrong bills. And on the voice message it says they will call you back in 24 hours and they never once called me back!
7. The staff is also nice but they didn’t do all the procedures when I went to my last annual appointment. They didn’t check my heart beat or my lungs. And I had to ask the woman ( LUCRETIA HULL) to check inside my ears because she forgot that as well. Then when I went to annual woman’s appointment she didn’t even ask the normal questions they usually before they do it. Like when was your last menstrual period, is everything normal, etc. It’s like they try to get as much patients squeezed into one day so they rush each appointment and don’t ever take the time to ask about our past doctors appointments or explain why our test results turned out the way they did. She seemed very unsure about a lot of things.
To be honest I would be ashamed of the doctor who runs this practice. So many things going wrong and interrupting hard working people’s lives to fix their mistakes! I’ve literally was only supposed to go to get my two annual appointments, but instead of only two times I had to go over 10 times which is a major waste of time and gas! I’ve never been to a doctor’s office that over charged me until now. They definitely try to nickel and dime you here. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this practice unless you want to waste your time and money fixing all their mistakes. These doctor centers shouldn’t even be open without the proper team members in each department, but I guess they care more about making money by hiring cheap unprofessional unknowable staff to scam patients out of their hard-working money.

I have been coming to this office for over 4 years with no issues, and yesterday was the worst experience I've ever had at any medical facility in Nevada. I am a pretty easy-going patient and have probably been seen by every provider here except Rebecca, as they all seemed to be very knowledgeable over the past years, and I considered this office as my PCP. Yesterday, I was assigned to be seen by Rebecca NP, who I read several good reviews about, so I was expecting the best of the best, but I received the opposite experience. First, let me mention the front receptionist lady is always friendly and helpful, squeezing me in as a walk-in with a wait time under 45 minutes. The MA Chelsea, who had taken me in, done my vitals, and completed my EKG, was fantastic; she was professional and competent. I was also seen by a student NP of Rebecca who was professional, a great listener, and asked questions as if she cared. Finally, Rebecca NP walks in. She asks me my reason for coming in, and I explain to her my situation and symptoms of fatigue, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, and concern about my heart because the discomfort was on the left side. She then gives me a blank stare and bursts out laughing, saying I should have gone to the hospital. I explained to her it was not a medical emergency, but I wanted to come in as soon as possible and get myself checked out here with my PCP to avoid hospital fees. She then reiterated every one of my symptoms and told me, "If someone came in saying they have all these things going on, what would you think I would tell them?" And I told her, "I am that someone with all those symptoms, and I'm here for medical advice, not to diagnose myself, so what would you tell me?" Seriously, if I had the answers, I would not be here. And she told me, "Go to the hospital because there is nothing we can do here for you, and I'm not changing my decision." Not interested in anything else I had to say, she then leaves the room. She was no help and seemed too lazy to do anything. She chose not to do any labs, which are done in-house, or provide me with a referral to a specialist who can do more. The icing on the cake was she left the door open after I just completed an EKG and my shirt was off, compromising my patient privacy, so I got up myself and closed it to get dressed. She then came back, bursting through the door without knocking, asking me if I'm okay to drive. I told her I was fine because I drove myself there. She was very unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and wasted my time. I don't see why she received so many great reviews. I would not recommend being seen by her.

I had been going here for over a year with Rebecca Reilly as my PCP. I had a decent overall experience during that time but definitely noticed some issues with tasks being completed properly (I had two surgeries that needed pre-op clearance during this time and staff kept getting confused or would just let documents sit for weeks until I called and got someone on the phone who could help). That being said, I kind of expect these issues from medical offices at this point, so that wasn't necessarily a big deal. Annoying, but not a dealbreaker.
Here's where the BS begins. My last appointment was in April of this year. Everything went smoothly. I was asked if my address and insurance were the same as usual, and there was no prompt beyond that from the front office staff. No notices within the office to inform patients of any insurance acceptance changes, either. A couple months later, I get a nearly $300 bill from them because they are no longer in-network with my insurance and failed to notify me whatsoever. My in-network cost would have been less than $30. Because I was an existing patient and never had any billing issues, I was blindsided by this. I contacted my insurance about it first, but they won't do anything because it was the provider's responsibility to notify me of this change, and they no longer even show up in the provider database.
I have called the billing line at Doctors Center and left voicemails trying to get information on why/when this happened, but no reply. The voicemail for their billing department states a 24 hour turnaround time for receiving a call back. That is completely false. Not only am I upset that they are trying to get $300 from me while they continue sending billing notices and refuding to call me back, I'm upset that I lost my doctor.

I’m super disappointed with the Horizon Ridge location…my first time there, I was told I did not have an appointment (I scheduled over the phone) but all of my information was in the system…they made me come in a week later for another appointment. The first provider I saw was very friendly but didn’t spend a lot of time talking with me about my concerns and just made me a bunch of referrals , in which 2 of the 3 ended up not even being within my insurance when I called to schedule and were completely useless. I called and spoke with the office and was told the “referral lady” would give me a call which of course never happened. The second time I went was the nail in the coffin for me. The provided I saw was a woman with the last name of Hull, I believe her first name was Lucretia. She was completely rude and dismissive and made me feel shameful for my health concerns and asking for help. My last PCP was amazing and I was with her for 5+ years but is no longer practicing which has forced me to find a new provider. This place is definitely not it. I have a new appointment with a different practice already set up.

Absolutely pathetic customer service, will allow you to request an appointment online, shows available times and says they will call to confirm. No one from the office calls, so I email. No response on the email. Call and someone answers the phone and immediately puts you on hold without acknowledging that a human is on the other end. 15 minutes later, oh we don't have any appointments available! It will even let you request specific times on the website for days the clinic isn't even open, like Mondays.

Well intentioned professionals in a poorly run, under-staffed Medical McDonald's. But this review specifically addresses the lab located within practice. This is my second blood draw there in four months, and each was awful. Each time, the lead lab tech has the junior tech do it (a trainee) and butchers my arm. And what's with the super-sized Starbucks? That can't be sanitary or permitted. Both arms left bruised. I also get my blood drawn at other Quest facilities for another doc, and those are fine. This one, at Doctors Center, is a phlebotomy phactory outlet.

Everyone is super nice, friendly and they have excellent bedside manner. They are well versed in all medical areas. They take time with patients and are thorough in questioning patient to figure things out correctly. They’re very helpful and make you feel at ease. They also handle bloodwork there so you don’t have to go elsewhere and wait in long lines to get bloodwork done. Best primary doctors ever!! Rebecca Reilly and Dr Capobianco are the BEST!!

I’ve been a patient at The Dr’s Center since July 2019. Doctors / PA’s / APN’s Becca, Brittany, Tony, & Leo have all seen me on prior visits, and I’m happy to have that consistent 1-on-1 connection. It saves so much time not having to review my entire chart / medical history with a new provider each visit. I’m extremely pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, and their ability to keep me informed, educated, and up to date with all the latest information needed for maintaining my health care needs. The simplicity of their office organization, keeps things flowing, allowing me to schedule appointments, be seen, and to be treated in a timely manner. With on-site labs, vaccinations, and other services, it saves an incredible amount of time, when they are capable of completing those procedures without referrals to outside third party sources. It is rare to ever be sitting and waiting. I’m in, I’m out. Their office environment is warm & friendly as well. From arrival at reception through the exam, The Dr’s Center makes you feel comfortable and welcome. 5 stars and highly recommended!

I moved across country from New York to Nevada a year ago. My two biggest concerns were finding a doctor and a mechanic I could trust - like the ones I had in New York.
