I saw Dr. Stahl for several months for cardiac testing. He is a very sweet and personable physician.
My only issue was with his billing department. They are inept and did not seem to understand my billing requests.
When I spoke to them I dealt with representatives that seem to speak a different language. I thought I was dealing with an offshore billing department.
My billing requests were poorly handled.
When I requested a paper copy of a bill, I was offered an email copy of it and never received either. I was also told I owed a bill that I had paid months ago.
I had hospital bills as well as bills from my GP and their billing departments were very helpful when I spoke to them.
All of my requests were handled in a professional and quick manner.
Please train your billing representatives to be responsive to patients requests. They also should not tell any patient that they owe a bill that has already been paid.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Stahl for years now. I just love him so much, he has always taken great care of me. Christina his assistant is an absolute doll. I love Dr. Stahls stories a great conversationalist. I’ve never had long waits here either. I highly recommend Dr. Stahl.
