Terrible Doctor. Personally invested in his own wallet over health of patient.

Currently getting billed for items I did not attend or want. During our consultation I told him specifically I did not want his suggested test. I had come to his office to speak to his with about some unrrlated, his front desk messed up the booking.

He still ordered them.

The best Pulmonologist in town.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Kamran Khan. He was very compassionate and took plenty of time to listen carefully to the patient’s concerns. I found Dr. Kahn to be simultaneously arrogant and condescending with a terrible bedside manner. I saw him Thursday for my second visit, he took me off some meds that my previous pulmonologist (retired) had me on. Bottom line, I’m now in the hospital, since Sunday, with full blown pneumonia I feel he should have caught. Hospital is putting me back on the meds her removed.

I truly can’t recommend Dr. Kahn enough. Earlier this year, I had several abnormal CT scans that raised serious concerns. I saw multiple doctors and pulmonologists who left me feeling like just another number—rushed in and out, with little clarity or follow-up.

Given how potentially serious my situation was, I reached out to friends in the healthcare industry back east, and every single one of their contacts in Las Vegas pointed me to Dr. Kahn. Now I understand why.

From the moment I saw Dr. Kahn, he took my case seriously and made me feel like a person—not just a patient. He gave me reassurance without dismissing my concerns and made it clear that whatever the outcome, we would move quickly and thoughtfully with a plan.

What stood out most was how far he went to advocate for me—calling the head of Steinberg Diagnostics multiple times to ensure my case was prioritized and my results reviewed quickly. That level of care and urgency is rare.

Thankfully, everything turned out to be okay. But even if it hadn’t, I would have felt confident and supported with Dr. Kahn leading my care.

In a world where healthcare can often feel impersonal and broken—especially in Las Vegas—Dr. Kahn is a rare exception. I’m beyond grateful and couldn’t recommend him more.

Dr Khan is a great Dr. The problems are with his billing and getting prior authorizations. They will bill you and your insurance company for things you’ve never had in his office- like albuterol or tests you never had done. When you call his billing dept they always say the same thing, we don’t know what each patient gets so we just bill everyone for it, bet our insurance companies want to hear that. They didn’t get prior authorization for my last appt then billed insurance for multiple tests I never received. This appt they put in for the wrong thing. I don’t have sleep apnea, never have, I’m an asthma patient, but my authorization for todays appt is for sleep apnea, which means the insurance company will deny yet another claim from his office.

I won’t go back here., they never delivered a machine after paying a hundred bucks for a sleepover I did at an inconvenient location 3 months ago. I spent 1 months following up for the calibrated machine and they never delivered. I got semi glutide shots and I’m down 20 pounds and my sleep apnea is gone. CPAP machines are a relic of the past. This doctors office won’t do you any favors.

I took my mom to see Dr. Khan as he was referred to us by her amazing Cardiologist Dr. Tatari.
Mind you , my mother has been having pulmonary issues since January 2024, hospitalized then and hospitalized again in April for the same issues.
I did take her to a pulmonologist in Henderson between hospital stays; after 3 visits her condition was not improving… that is why I asked Dr. Tartari for a referral.

I give Dr. Kahn and his staff a rating of 10 STARS!! And this is why:

The wait time after arriving was 5 to 10 mins max..(we’ve had two appts & the 2nd one, they took us to a room right away…no wait)

His medical assistant was very thorough in gathering all of my mom’s medical information, including her recent stay in the hospital. Asked questions regarding her medical history, past & present. After taking my mom’s vitals, she did a breathing assessment on her along with breathing treatments. She did everything that was necessary to get her prepped for seeing Dr. Kahn.

Dr. Kahn came in minutes later after his assistant left the room. He looked over all the notes & findings from my mom’s hospital visit in April; we conversed on that in depth along with my mom’s past medical history .. He proceeded w the examination and after listening to her lungs and breathing (she was wheezing also), he prescribed what he thought was necessary to help her lungs and her breathing. Within 2 weeks time being on her inhalers, my mom felt like herself again! FINALLY relief for my mom!

A month later, we HAPPILY went back for her follow-up visit. He had studied the scans of my mom’s chest from her last hospital visit; informed my mom that the scan showed no fluid in her lungs, but that she had slight emphysema and asthma. Since my mom was doing so well, he decided to keep her on the same treatment plan. All of this accomplished in TWO visits!!! More importantly a diagnosis as to why she was having pulmonary issues!!! WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!
I would also like to add that not only is Dr. Kahn a top notch pulmonologist, but his staff is on top of their game also!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Khan yesterday. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in. The front desk (Iris I believe her name was) is so sweet and pleasant. I've suffered with a really bad cough and shortness of breath for six months. After seeing four different doctors with little to no improvement in my condition, I decided to check online for a different doctor. That's when I found Dr. Kamran Khan's office. Dr. Khan and his staff are all great. They made sure to hear all of my concerns and address everything that i was dealing with. After six months of almost not being able to do any physical activity and the never ending supply of cough drops and cough medication, Dr. Khan has fixed all of my issues within a week of my first visit to his office. Horrible experience. I need to start my chemotherapy treatment on 10/04/2022. I was scheduled today to come in and get a lung test before I start my treatments to make sure that my lungs are in good shape, but the machine is still broken. It’s been broken for three weeks since I scheduled the appointment. Nobody called me beforehand to remind of my appointment or to tell me that said machine was not functional. This is unacceptable. I have COPD and was referred to Dr Khan several months ago by my primary doctor. This was most welcome as I was spending a lot of money on inhalers that really did not work very well. Well to my surprise my appointment time was 9:00AM and I was prechecked in prior to Dr Khan coming in at (9:00AM. I hate having to wait an hour after my appointment time has passed. Dr Khan was very complete and spent much time reviewing my history and recent tests and understanding my needs. He subsequently put me on nebulizing medicine which Medicare picked up 100% to my surprise. I am feeling much better thanks to Dr Khan for my treatments and consultations. I have been on oxygen for a few months now besides my daily inhalation and have not felt so good in such a long time. Dr Khan is an amazing doctor! He’s very thorough and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to his patients health. He asked lots of questions, but most of all he listens. The staff is always nice and courteous. Scheduling was a breeze and I was able to get and appointment within 2 weeks.

Dr Khan was my doctor at valley view hospital on rainbow, he is an excellent doctor, see my review of the hospital, but Dr Khan was my pulmonologist in the hospital I really like them he was right on with his diagnosis and he asked me if I wanted to come to his office for follow up when I got out, I told him I would try but it's just a little too far for me, and I hope that I could possibly still see him I just don't know how at this time, but I've had four pulmonologist in the past year and a half and he's been the only one that I wanted to make a second appointment with that I felt like he really cared about me as a patient, so thank you Dr Khan and if I see I can make it to you I will

I had wonderful and warm experience from start to finish with Dr.Khan. I appreciate, dr Khan taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. I was very impressed with his excellent treatment, curiosity mind and ability to connect. His staff is friendly and wonderful specially his assistant Liz.
