I have been a patient of drygrabow for almost 10 years. He is knowledgeable, efficient, clear in his diagnoses, has done a superb surgical procedure and I would have much difficulty even considering going elsewhere. I truly depend on him for all of my hand to shoulder needs. He is the best!!

I didn’t choose this doctor! I was in desperate need of surgical intervention! While in the Emergency Room a medical doctor on staff recommended I go see Dr Grabow, what a horrible experience from start to finish! I wish I could think of that ER doctor’s name so I could repay him with the favor. Shortly after the cast was removed, I accidentally caught my injured hand in an open type of door knob, being worried that I might have done some damage to that hand, I went to his office. Once there, his front staff said he couldn’t see me, but, I explained why I needed a few minutes of his time and an X-Ray. He ducked out from behind somewhere and began yelling and shouting at me so loudly about how he was not supposed to be in that day and was due at the hospital. This went on for 10-12 minutes until I was in tears! During the time he was screaming at me he could’ve just looked at my hand but chose not to! I said “never mind I will go to the hospital to get the X-Ray” and turned to walk out. If Dr Grabow doesn’t see patients on certain days he should post that! I have never been back since! The metacarpal bones were crushed on my dominant hand (left) after a slip and fall (some water)at home Sunday July 7th, 2024. The Surgery wasn’t until the 15th. That’s 8 days after I fell. My hand was so damaged, swollen, black and blue. But I saw Dr Grabow on the 3rd day. He refused service until he verified my medical insurance. The way he put the cadaver bones, tissue and cartilage back together was done so poorly that I’ll never regain full use of my hand again! As a matter of fact, the two fingers involved I can’t even move them at all which are my fourth and fifth fingers. The capsule of the fifth finger is so tight that it’s permanently fixated and doesn’t move at all. My fourth finger is bone on bone and won’t even raise up without me lifting it with my other hand. The screws that were placed inside are too long and should be taken out and replaced with wires but that requires another surgery. I could never recommend this doctor to anyone for surgery or anything else! Not even a cortisone injection! He just doesn’t care about his patients or anyone else! His front desk personnel are by far some of the rudest women I’ve ever met! They’re all extremely unhappy women, disorganized and none of them are friendly towards anyone I ever saw! When I asked for copies of my file, 45 days went by and nothing! Nobody had anything ready for me! It wasn’t until I threatened to contact HIPPA that someone finally got my file together! Perhaps everyone is so miserable about having to listen to that doctor with his screaming demands all day long! It’s a very ugly way they do business over there and with the disgusting attitude of their doctor! But I’m finished with all of them and for that, I am grateful!

I had ultrasound carpal tunnel release with Dr. Grabow last fall. He and his staff did a great job. I had a quick recovery, just a few days and no problems since. Nice staff and excellent physician, thanks for your care and expertise!

Dr Grabow is THE BEST hand to shoulder specialist!
He's treated my broken fingers, arthritis in my finger joints, arthritis in my shoulders, torn rotator cuff and bursitis in my shoulder. He's taken great care of ALL of my issues. I wouldn't see anyone else!
He's not always on time, but his patients always know they're important to him.
His staff is amazing.

Awesome Doctor, Terrible office management.
Went for a consultation concerning ulnar nerve entrapped and muscle wasting. Doctor was very kind, helpful, informative. He informed front desk to send out 2 referrals. 1 for neurologist and another for an mri.
I followed up a week later and the girl said it was too soon and to give more time. Called back 2 weeks later and they gave my wife some excuses about the system being down and they can't access any past referrals. Said they'd call us once they were back up. 2 weeks later, still haven't heard anything. I've called back just to only get a voicemail multiple times. Left a message. Sent a message thru their website portal. Still no response.
Then I reached out to the I doctor they were supposed to send a referral for my mri, NOTHING in the system on their end was ever sent.
I had to go back to my primary to start the referral process all over.
Terrible experience. Terrible office management. It's just a office that pushes people thru a revolving door of never ending patients.
