I scheduled an eye exam and show up on the incorrect day smh. They were still able to squeeze me in and see me promptly too! I was so fortunate to see Dr. Lesa Davis! She was EXCELLENT! It was honestly the best most thorough eye exam I've ever had. She took the time to proactively explain everything clearly and in such a friendly and kind manner. The doctor was fine about the same experience as any other optometrist, nothing to complain about or rave over. Front office staff were solid until I got to the girl handing out the tablet. Felt like she was gatekeeping the check-in process with an unnecessary lecture. Just hand it off and let people fill it out some of us know what we’re doing or just don’t feel like chatting. Her attitude alone was enough to make this my first and last visit.

Also, the branded frames are all marked at $499.99. I ended up getting some since I was already there, but you can definitely feel the corporate vibe. Not really my thing. The gatekeeping check-in just sealed the deal.

Dr. Chandler was amazing, she diagnosed an eye condition that my ophthalmologist missed during a visit 3 weeks prior. I returned to the ophthalmologist, with the diagnosis from Dr. chandler, and they had to perform laser surgery on both eyes to correct my secondary cataracts. Again today she needed to refer me to a specialist to be sure I do t have glaucoma! Something my ophthalmologist NEVER considered, she is better than the ophthalmologist I was seeing at the CENTER FOR SIGHT! Thank you DR. CHANDLER, I highly recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Shannon is AMAZING! She takes the time to explain everything. Extremely knowledgeable about eye health, not just do a typical routine exam but really cares about the health of your eyes. The office staff an pre-screening testers were very professional and pleasant. You feel like a person not just another patient. Love this place.

What they did was steal my money. I have an eye infection and I asked if the doctor would be able to tell me what it was, they told me yes, I specified my problem before and again they told me yes, she would be able to tell me what it was and would be able to tell me what to do. And when I came in, she just took the prescription exam for my glasses and looked on Google to try to find what I had and in the end she didn't know the answer and I paid for an exam that I didn't need.

I have being to Dr. Shannon in the past which was over 7 years ago when we first moved to the Valley but stopped going due to moving to other parts of Las Vegas and then we visited last week and boy oh boy was I blown away by the friendliness of the staff who were extremely helpful and patient. Then when it was time to see Dr. Shannon, our eye test was done with a machine that takes a picture of the eye (no idea what it is called now). Never have I had something like that done to me. Plus her knowledge is second to none. Was able to diagnose me with what the others could not which was why my vision kept changing radically annually. She was able to give me the long sought after answer and solution I yearned for.
Go here only if you are looking for best service, latest technology and above all solution to your vision.
Thank you Dr and myself and hubby are not going anywhere else. You are the best.

I had blood drawn earlier in the morning and I fell asleep and was late to my appointment but Dr Davis’s staff was sooo understanding, they worked me into their day!

Dr Davis is a consummate professional and has a wonderful “bed side manner”, very relatable and makes you feel so very comfortable, the pre dr visit with her assistant (checks for glaucoma, peripheral vision and retinal issues) was also enjoyable and I felt very comfortable.

Never have I ever had such an informative appointment. She actually found a pretty serious condition I didn’t realize I had, and referred me to have it taken care of asap. Dr. Chandler is so professional, caring and patient. She reexamined my eyes after my first visit when I was experiencing dry eyes. She put me on a dry eye treatment plan for two weeks which resulted in a more accurate eye exam. She was so thorough and took time to ensure my prescription would be accurate. I can now see great with my new glasses! I highly recommend Dr. Chandler and her entire caring staff.

I don’t really understand the miscommunication of me calling prior and saying i’m 15 minutes away at 12:45 and if I could do a walk-in and they say they’re only available until 3pm to do walk-ins yet when i show up at 1 they tell me both doctors are just going to lunch from 1-2p don’t you think that would’ve been something useful to tell someone who’s already on the way to show up at 1.

This office and team is so wonderful. They were able to work me in as a walk-in from Vision Works.
I was having issues with my new glasses.
