I am really grateful for Dr. Thaker and Fria! Dr. Thaker pays great attention to detail and thoroughly reviews everything concerning her patients. She offers practical advice to address health concerns and collaborates with you throughout the process. They truly go the extra mile in caring for their patients. I can reach out to them for medication refills for my mom, even outside of regular hours, and they always respond quicker than I anticipate. They even handle difficult and demanding patients with such grace and patience. I think they do have the rights to fire rude patients. It’s quite annoying to see some entitled patients berating some staff.😔

If I could give this office zero stars, I absolutely would do it without hesitation. I had an appointment booked three months out for today. They claimed that they called me last week and yesterday trying to confirm my appointment. But I only received one call, and that was while I was at work, last week which I called back and their office was closed. They claimed that they made a call yesterday, which I never received. They also claimed they sent out an email, which I have never received. Overall, they ended up canceling my appointment without notifying me, due to them over booking, but trying pin it off on me because I didn’t leave a voicemail. If you are waiting for an appointment, that’s three months out right now you might as well start looking for a different office. Fria Tokuz and the receptionist Jane (I’m not even sure that’s her name, because she already lied and said Fria’s last name was James) handled the situation very unprofessionally. I’ve never made a bad review online for and business, but this was the worst office experience I’ve ever had. They do not care about people’s money, time, or health.

Office is absolutely ridiculous. First appointment was on a Friday, they called me on Wednesday to say the Dr would not be in on Friday because she had an emergency that day, second appointment they called at 9:30 to tell me the Dr was now sick (appointment was at 10:45) and next appointment was over 2 months away. Yep was going to be a new patient, but if you can't rely on a Dr to show up, definitely can't rely on them for good care.

Dr. Shilpa Thaker is my new primary doctor and I highly recommend her! In my 10 years in Las Vegas, she is the only primary doctor I’ve experienced that has taken the time to answer my questions without rushing me out the door like a number or telling me I need another appointment if I want my other questions answered. I appreciate the attention she provided to show she truly cared about me as a patient. She took the time to thoroughly go through my lab work to educate me on areas that needs improvement so I can get back on the road to health. She also provided me with the referrals I needed for other issues and treated me for the illness I had during my visit. Dr. Thaker is an anomaly! It’s hard to find excellent doctors like her today! Thank you, Dr. Thaker for the quality patient care!

Claims to be open 5 days a week from 8 -7, she arives at 10 and leaves at 145. Had bronchitis and couldn't wait 2 months for an appointment, had to go to the hospital
