Dr Suzie Su and her team were a delight. Visited just today 7/01/2026 for my 4:30pm appointment. She is such a fun and personable dentist. She explains it very well and is honest on how you can make your teeth better. Gives you good tips to improve your oral hygiene. She does her own cleaning n hygienists to assist. Haven't had a cleaning in 2 years and was recommended by a friend. Suzie was very kind and funny and was able to give me a really good deep cleaning that other dentists around town tend to neglect. I didn't know any better since I had nothing to compare my old cleanings from other dentists, to now, Suzies, which blew other cleanings out of the water.

I have been lucky enough to have dr.su Su be my dentist for over 30 years. I first saw her when two dentist had told me that I needed to have all of my teeth pulled and the choices were dentures or implants. I decided to get a third opinion and she was wonderful. She explained things to me and said we can save your teeth. And I have to say I still have almost all of my own teeth. If anyone is thinking about seeing dr.su, don’t hesitate. You will be so happy.

I and my wife have been seeing Dr.Suzie Su, for 20 plus years after moving to Arizona in 2006 tried to find dentist who treats and gives best treatment like Dr. Susie Su. Sorry never found one so my wife and I since then drive 600 miles round trip to Vegas to see Dr Suzie Su. Ten years ago i stopped going to see Dr Su despite of how good her work is because her office service is terrible as well their continuos gossip while you are on the chair. Also the office charged me for missing an appt that they had created months before and failed to remind me of that appt.
Despite me leaving the office my husband continued to see her and dealing with all the talking while on the chair. This weekend he had an emergency with a partial missing tooth and went in and had the impressions done. A deposit was requested which he complied. Today, he called in to check the status to encounter the rudeness of the receptionist who after checking with DR Sue proceeded to tell my husband to come in tomorrow to get his money back and they will NEVER EVER do a partial for him. For real!!!
After 10 years of buying expensive tooth brushes and toothpaste, teeth whitening and overall continued loyalty, you hv to be kidding me!! This woman on phone used super rude and loud tone with my husband to the point that i could her over the phone.
To be submitted to this kind of bad service and abuse is truly uncalled for specially with a dentist.
i hope that many people read this review and hv an impact on your business. People deserve better.
