Excellent. I'm giving such a high rating because Dr. Tran is the only optometrist who has ever explained what she was doing instead of just flipping between the various settings and saying which looks better, read this, what is this line. Also she takes Molina Medicaid VSP which was hard to find a provider who took it. The person who took my measurements for my glasses also seemed more knowledgeable than others I have dealt with in the past. I was almost ten minutes late due to my own fault, and it did take longer for me to been seen than my appointment time but idk if that was my own lateness that affected that. It wasn't extreme but give yourself extra time like with any Dr. Overall great experience!

Dr. Tran did my eye exam five years ago when she was with another clinic and I was pleased with her so I looked her up and returned to her. She has her own business now. Her prescriptions both times have been precise and I like the way she shows how the numbers and letters look with my old prescription compared to my new one. Her clinic has a wide variety of frames, my glasses were exactly as I ordered them, excellent quality and reasonable pricing. I like everyone who works there. I'll go back to her again next time.

Patient/Buyer beware! I was a first time patient and had an unbelievable experience, so bad I am considering reporting them to the BBB, vision insurance, and NV State Board of Optometry. The primary optician I worked with had little experience/skill. I ordered 1 new pair of glasses and a 2nd set of lenses for frame I already owned. He measured my first 2 set of lenses incorrectly. I said I couldn’t see thru much of the lens. He said I ordered the “bottom tier” lenses. I can purchase Tier 1, 2, 3, or 4 lenses. He said if I pay more I will get better lenses. When I asked why he didn’t tell me initially and why he made that decision for me, he had no response. He said try them out, if you decide you want to upgrade, it would cost $110 per pair additional. When I took them back to upgrade, he said they would be $150 pair additional. When I asked what changed….he said “let me check”….then said “we’ll give them to you for $110 additional per pair”. I proceeded with upgrading 1 pair. When I got them they were better quality, but still not as good as my initial old pair. I said I wanted to simply return the 2nd set, I could not see thru them and did not want to invest another $110, approaching $700 total. One optician said I could not return them. Then the initial optician said they would let me return them with a restocking fee. Then they said I would have to wait till next month for the refund when the doctor returns. The also said …the doctor doesn’t like to reverse transactions on the credit card machine, she prefers to reimburse some other way. Making a customer wait 3 weeks for a refund is simply not acceptable. I asked for resolution immediately. I was told they got approval to refund me. When I returned with the lenses, the optician said “these are not the same lenses”. They were the same ones he placed in the bag and handed me before. I asked if he wanted to see the ones in the frames, he said no…these are different. Basically he was saying I was passing him off different lenses because he couldn’t identify the lenses he dispensed.
Irritated and insulted I asked for them back and said I would resolve this some other way. He quickly changed his tune and admitted they were the lenses, accepted them back and handed me a check. Unbelievable!
