Dr. Chanchorn was my primary care provider in San Francisco. I would never recommend this doctor because he gave almost no notice that he was leaving the state and didn't provide an alternative, despite sharing a practice with another doctor. Several years later, I still don't have a primary doctor. Unreliable doctor.

This was a new office and a new doctor for me. I left the old office and doctor simply because Of lack of attention by the office staff and the exorbitant amount of wait time sometimes reaching three hours before seeing a doctor. This new office is bright, friendly and attentive. My new doctor listens and clearly is in no rush!!

Dr. Chanchorn, his Medical Assistant Joanie, and staff were highly professional, all were accommodating, and friendly. The office is bright, and clean with beautiful views.
Dr. Chanchorn is very detailed, and takes his time going over the details of your health record. Dr. Chanchorn wasted no time gathering medical history, and making an evalution in order to send necessary referrals, and Perscriptions the sameday as our appointment. As a side note please be ON TIME for your appointment. Dr. Chanchorn does not like to feel rushed when he's with you, which is totally understandable. Better to be early than on time. Thank you for the care, and attentiveness you, and your staff provide.

I felt that the post surgery appointment was a waste of time. He took blood pressure, asked how I was feeling and that was it! He didn’t even look at leg. All this arranging a ride, changing appointment dates. I feel could’ve been done on the phone.

I highly recommend Intermountain on Tenaya in Summerlin!

After living in Vegas for over 10 years I finally decided it was time to give up my great GP in Los Angeles (who I had been commuting to and doing Telehealth with). It was time to find a new Primary Care Doctor in Vegas. I was not looking forward to what I expected to be a step down in attention and care. I was so wrong!

The Intermountain facility was lovely, new and spotless, the experience from the moment I walked in the door to a welcoming receptionist was flawless and Dr. Chanchorn was excellent.

I had expected the more typical quick rush through with a doctor who would not really be engaged while hearing my health history (sadly my typical Summerlin/Vegas area experience). Again, I was wrong.

The doctor spent over 30 mins with me discussing every aspect of my long health history and addressed my more immediate concern by a quick checkup and an Ultrasound order at the Diagnostic Center of my choice.

The staff (Joan & others) were so attentive and caring and brought me a detailed pack of info on how to efficiently engage with the Practice - including on how to directly reach a 24 Hour Nurse hotline should I need one - and more.

Again, what I expected to be a poor experience was one of the best I have ever experienced in health care anywhere in the US. I can’t overstate my high recommendation for this Intermountain Health location near MountainView Hospital on Tenaya & Cheyenne.

Well.......saw new Dr. Was impressed with his reasoning to contact the many Dr's I've seen in the past year to get my records. I've been sick for over a year. Lost 50 pounds of muscle. Somebody is missing something. I felt grateful that he actually wanted to help find put what's going on with me. Signed all the records requests and then......he says. I'll schedule you appt for 6 months! WHAT! I could be dead by then. The health care here is appalling. It's like they want you to die so they can get rid of you. Is Intermountian Health Socialist? That's what Socialist medicine does. Drags you out until you die. Shameful.

At first, I was surprised to meet a very youthful looking gentleman. As we got into our discussion about my health issues and my concerns about the care I will be expecting, he explained in layman terms detailing the necessary steps that needs to be done for my health concerns, which totally made me comfortable albeit his youthful presence. I'd also like to commend the staff, from the front desk assistance to the nursing staff, that made my visit a pleasant experience. Kudos to Intermountain Health.
