Where do I begin. From the front office, the ladies, Karina, Ruby, Leslie and Bere were welcoming and answered questions I had filling out my intake form.

Dr. Peter was also very professional and friendly at the same time. He asked questions and validated my feelings and made me feel very comfortable and confident he had my best wellbeing in mind for my treatment plan.

Dr. Janda is also one of my caregivers during this treatment plan. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. I met him 25+ years ago for a different issue. He spotted something abnormal and said I needed to get a CT and keep following up. He basically saved my life because the suspicious spot he found, turned out to be non-hodgkins lymphoma. Every time anyone needed a chiropractor, I would send them to him because he truly cares.

Now lets go with the lady, Lorda, gives the best massage and always check what i need done and while doing the massage always check with me if the pressure is good or do I need it lighter. By the time I am done, I am so relaxed and pain free when I walk out. Such a pleasant experience.

All of the staff is the best and they are the best of my experience whole recovery from my injury.

And my observations I have noticed while waiting for my appointment, the other patients seem very happy and pleasant with the staff. That speaks volumes.

And in regards to efficiency they make the appointments with you while there and before you leave, you get a text. Before your appointment on that day, you get a friendly reminder. I love their attention to details.

Having worked with PTs and chiropractors for 17 years, I have high standards. So the fact that I’ve been going here for the last 4 years should tell you something. The chiropractors that I’ve worked with are great and keep me feeling amazing. The differentiator in this practice is the ladies at the front desk. They always greet you with a smile and a warm

Ever since my initial visit the staff is always motivated keeping busy by keeping things clean or processing papers always friendly and upbeat it's kind of weird actually how good a mood they seem to be in all the time and I don't think it's fake.

In contrast, the doctor at the clinic does not require patients to wait in the lobby. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the situation, listen attentively, and if a treatment is ineffective, he will try an alternative approach. This level of attention and proactive approach is highly commendable.
Despite my lifelong experience in Las Vegas, I have often felt that doctors treat patients as mere numbers, prioritizing efficiency over thoroughness and potentially overlooking important details. However, this doctor is different. He listens carefully, considers multiple treatment options, and continues to explore new procedures even when previous methods have failed.
The only minor concern I have is that he is one of seven doctors I am currently seeing. If they had better communication, we might have already received a definitive diagnosis. Nevertheless, his attentive nature and excellent bedside manner make him one of the best doctors I have encountered in Las Vegas. I highly recommend seeking his expertise.

"I’m a new patient at Advanced Spine and Rehabilitation and I’m already so impressed! I’ve been three times this year and the vibe is so calm and empathetic. Everyone there is so nice—you definitely don't feel like just a 'number' like at some other doctor offices.
The facility is super clean. The therapy area is an open-concept space with equipment, which took a little getting used to, but the actual doctor offices are private and the team is very smart. I’m even doing a wellness diet they suggested and it’s actually working!

Best experience to have after an accident

Front desk was always smiling and welcoming picking up on conversations from past visits and ontop of scheduling appointments and finding time slots that work for your schedule

The Dr's are very thorough on check ups and help break down the experience so it will be easy to understand even offering adjustments

The massage therapists are very kind and knowledgeable when you ask them to work on specific areas they even suggest surrounding areas to work on to help with pain radiating

The physical therapists offers specifically made routines for you to help rebuild weak concern areas and will offer electric stimulation and a new service dry needling being new to dry needling I was told about the benefits and was given more knowledge about it until my fear for needles subsided the PT was very patient and understanding the whole time

This team has made me feel comfortable and welcome while also making it a fun environment and working with my fears on my time and making adjustments to my care whenever it need be

They offer massages and electric stimulation for people who have not gone through an accident with very reasonable prices

So much to say!!! From the girls at reception always extremely nice with a smile on their face as entering the building. To the staff that check you in and get you ready for the therapy. Again very nice. From the 1st time of be going (never have I had a massage agent before) extremely nervous but they took all my worries away. Each masseuse I have seen have been extraordinary. All different in their ways but extremely helpful with pain.
Then we have the Doctor!!! Again let me tell you I’m a huge chicken when it comes to anyone touching me from a massage or a adjustment. Needless to say it took me a couple visits before I let Dr Troy Russell adjust me! that 1st day I was in horrible pain you could see it in my face. WOW talk about amazing. I’ve never heard my body parts crack the way they did. But to be honest!!! It was the best night sleep that I had in a extremely long time. Dr peters was fantastic. Been dealing with back pain for years after an accident, he really took the took to identify the pain and treat it accordingly. 1000% recommend. I have flare ups and he knows how to isolate the issue and then adjust accordingly. When I have pain I know it’s time to go see de peters
