This is the best place to go for your eye exam. The front office employees are SO SWEET and so helpful. My husband and I brought our 6 month old in with us to get my eye exam and there was no uncomfortable nuisance feeling like you sometimes get with a baby. My wife had stopped in a few weeks before I did just yesterday afternoon, I was greeted as soon as I came through the door and asked if I could be helped.

Just came back from my appointment today. Dr. Griffin is always very informative and takes his time and listens to my concerns. Always happy to see him. The guy at the front desk is excellent at his job. I wish I got his name. It might have been Joe or Joey. Anyway, he was just as informative and very helpful in helping me to pick the right frames for me. I’ve been wearing glasses for 30 years and no one has ever explained in depth how to pick the right frames for my facial structure and the position of my pupils. I’ve only ever gotten feedback on the esthetics so needless to say I was never fully happy with the fit of any of my glasses. This time I know for sure the glasses will fit well and look good at the same time.

I just want to say that I am completely blown out of the park with how amazing these guys are. From the front end staff to the optometrist I saw I had an amazing experience. I woke up in the morning with my right eye hurting really badly, feeling like something got lodged in the back of my eye. It was light sensitive, watering like crazy and I couldn't even open my eye. After a failed attempt of trying to wash my eye using my shower head, eye drops and benedryl (in case it was allergies...) I was debating on going to the ER, but then I remembered that since I have insurance for my eyes I figured the optometrist can check it out and I could avoid a massive hospital bill (don't have health insurance) and 6 hours and upward of my time wasted. I called Family Focused Eye Care and the receptionist was very sweet and she fit me in the same day. I was seen by O.D. Kyle Griffin. He was very patient with me during the exam as I couldn't focus well and keep my eye open long and he was very kind. In the end he was able to see that I apparently had a scratch on the front of my eye. I must have somehow scratched my eye in my sleep and didn't realize it. I was given lubricant eye drops and a prescription of antibiotic eye drops and sent on my way. I started to feel better later in the day. What really blew me away was when I got a phone call in the morning after the visit. Never in my life have I had a doctor or optometrist call me the next day after a visit to check in on me. To me that speaks volumes that they care about their patients and you're not just another number or dollar sign coming through their door. I will definitely be coming back here from now on for my eye care needs.

Family Focused Eyecare has provided me with new lenses and glasses that have given me with the most accurate lenses I have ever had. I went to other optometrists before and many times over 70 yrs. required redos. My eyes are 'complicated' and it is not easy to get me seeing well. Family Focus has nailed it each and every time. The doctor was great. My 2 pair of glasses came in after 2 weeks and they put the same prescription in both. Both pairs were my reading glasses. My old glasses are really old cause I student broke them. They had to send one pair back on a RUSH order. We are now at 11 days without my glasses. So much for "rushed" order. I may go to the doctor again, but I won't get glasses from there. I am really not happy. They were better when Dr. Peterson was there.

I have been coming here for so long. They changed everything up and I love it now. I do have a new optometrist than before but they remodeled everything. The main front assistant was so on point doing all the tests and helping me find a new pair of glasses to fit me and my needs. It was my first time in their business since I just relocated from Chicago. They were friendly and upfront about their prices. The lady was very knowledgeable about Medicare since she usually does the billing. The doctor didn't keep me waiting and answered my questions. I picked out my new glasses and received a 20% percent discount. Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

I usually go to the location in Centennial Hills, but somehow managed to call the Henderson location this time. I decided to give them a chance & I’m so glad I did!
As always, Dr. Wang is very thorough and kind. He really cares about your eyes and making sure that he finds your best prescription. He is friendly, attentive and doesn’t rush you thru.
Debra was a sweetheart! She understood me & my ultra nearsightedness. She was super budget friendly-explained my insurance benefits and co-pays and eligibility. She gave helpful hints for when I decide to order my glasses and she got my contact order placed right away. She’s such a warm & friendly person. I can’t say enough good things about this visit!
If you are looking for someone to care about your vision and you as a person-I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I called this office as my insurance plan gave me their information. I had rubbed my eye over the weekend and was sure that I had a corneal abrasion. The receptionist was super nice and spoke to the doctor about fitting me in although I had never been there before. I saw Dr Wang right at the appointment time. He was very helpful, professional and kind. He explained everything to me in detail. Now I made an appointment to have an eye exam after my eye heals in a week. I would recommend this office!

I had my eye exam here, and bought new eyeglasses. Alma & Brenda, and Dr. Wang were the team that took care of me, and my experience was top notch from start to finish. It took less time for the glasses to be ready than estimated, a nice plus. The progressive lenses seem spot on, as there has been no discomfort during the initial adjustment period as in the past with other glasses. And, the fitting of the frames has been hassle-free, with few, if any adjustments needed. Easy 5-star rating!

I highly recommend this place. Alma is super knowledgeable and helpful when picking out a frame. She can look at you and know what frames will be a best fit so you aren't feeling overwhelmed with all the super cute frames they have. Dr Wang is great as well

I think everyone who wears prescription glasses has had them break unexpectedly and only had one pair to work with at some point in time. I was desperate to find anyone who would get me in same day as my prescription was severely outdated. I called family focused Eyecare and they were so kind as to get me in same day. From the person who had answered the phone to Alma who had helped me get the perfect pair of new glasses. She was super helpful in helping me choose as well as they offered a rush on my glasses. I think I’ve found my primary eye doctor and will most definitively come back for my yearly exam.

Had several eye exams here over the years and always had a great experience. This year is the first year when I need reading glasses and the optometrist was very patient explaining all the terms and the different options I have. I will keep this office as my family's go to place for eye exams.

Very disappointed in service. Have never had such poor service No calls returned and still waiting OVER three weeks for glasses. They do already have the almost $500 dollars payment made for services
