I’ve been coming to Dr. Suffoletta for over 12 years, and there’s a reason I’ve never gone anywhere else. He is truly the best at what he does.

Beyond being an incredible cosmetic dentist, he genuinely cares about his patients. No matter how busy he is, he always makes time for you, listens to what’s going on, and makes sure you feel completely taken care of. He explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and you never feel rushed or like you’re just another appointment on the schedule.

The entire experience is first class. The customer service is exceptional, the front office staff is amazing, and everyone makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. There’s a level of personal attention and care here that is very hard to find.

After 12 years, I can say without hesitation that I trust Dr. Suffoletta completely. He and his team have always gone above and beyond for me, and I wouldn’t trust my smile with anyone else. Five stars all around.

This office is great. I have never waited for more than a couple minutes to get into the chair. The front staff is very helpful and friendly. The Dr and staff are very nice. Dr Suffoleta has state of the art equipment. He always does a good job on my treatment. The only thing I did not like was the mouthguard placed before my treatment. It cut underneath my tongue and it was was painful. The office staff does not give the courtesy of letting me know if I have a co pay before my appointment. Other dentist's offices have done that in the past. Its a good idea to know your insurance benefits and co pays before appointment.

The experience is always excellent at Dr. Jeffrey Suffoletta. They have a very good staff up front and a very good hygienist who is very conscientious about doing her best, every visit.

The office staff is probably the best I have experienced in the many years I have had dental work. They are respectful of a persons time, so their wait times are short, or none existent.
additionally they on top of appointment times with text messaging. I received a text from them the day before that a slot one hour early opened up and was able to text them I would take it after business hours. That worked out perfectly.

Today, I walked in 5 minutes before my scheduled time and went straight to the hygienist chair. The hygienist was once again, did an awesome job and I was out a little early as well.

Dr Suffoletta's work is also excellent as well. Earlier this year I needed to replace an old crown. He replaced it that day, in about an hour using his 3D printer, without having to do a temporary crown. So no need for a second visit!

The experience was absolutely one of the best since I arrived in America 38 years ago. This practice is ahead of itself.They run the operation on high tech machines. I have never heard of a Dentist where you can get a filling and crown in one day without having a temporary crown and then coming back a couple of weeks to have it placed.

In 2 hours I a filling and a new crown and went straight home and had lunch.

The staff were wonderful .Jeffrey was a joy to deal with was so honest.

From the second I booked my appointment until I left it was awesome (and how often do you say that about a Dentist office). A previous dentist told me I have 7 cavities (in a year so I didn’t believe him) so I went to see Dr. S and he was extremely thorough with pictures and said I only had 2 (one that just needed to be replaced). He is honest, trustworthy and explains things to you so you understand. His staff is so nice and helpful. Best Dentist office I have been to. Second opinion proved Dr. Suffoleta to be lying about my " 4 cavities" I was going here for a couple of years now but the last time I went in for a cleaning and check up they said I had 4 cavities (which I found strange considering I was flossing and making sure I did everything correctly) On top of that they wanted to charge me almost $700 for my fillings saying insurance didn't cover much this year. Thankfully I got a second opinion and found out I have 0 cavities. NOT ONE. This broke my heart in seeing how greedy and ill hearted these people are. I never write bad reviews. First off, I want to say that Kara the dental hygienist is wonderful and the ladies in the front are amazingly sweet & kind, but overall I did not have a pleasant experience with this doctor's practice. I came into the doctor explaining that I had a few terrible years of improperly dealing with diabetes (and my teeth) which caused me to have gastroparesis, leaving my teeth with a lot of acidic damage. I developed mild gastroparesis over 6 years ago but managed to get it completely reversed with diet and better management of blood sugars. However, the doctor didn't believe me and told me that he wouldn't begin his treatment plan until I saw a GI doctor. So even though I knew I wasn't having any stomach problems, I reluctantly went to a doctor who confirmed I did not have gastroparesis or any underlying digestive issues. I just wasted my time and money doing unnecessary tests.
I went back to the doctor for a cleaning and told them that the GI confirmed my stomach issues were under control. They then asked if I could have my GI doctor send over my records because they didn't believe me? I was already irritated for having gone to do uncomfortable tests for something I knew I no longer had and didn't feel that they needed to have any more of my medical records to work on a few cavities and a crown. I tried to make an appointment for my crown & cavity but was told I needed to pay for the procedure in full, even though the appointment wasn't for several weeks. I have insurance and had paid for all of my appointments /cleanings up until that point, so the fact that they wanted to charge me weeks before my appointment made absolutely no sense to me. That was the last straw for me. It should not have to be this complicated and troublesome to go to the dentist.

At first I was very happy with the care I received at this office. I contacted them with an infected tooth that needed a root canal. They addressed that issue in a timely fashion with satisfactory results. My dental insurance did not cover so I paid cash for the full amount - over $3000. They pressed me to come back in for a complete intake and further care exam and laid out a complete plan that was well explained - except for what they later said was their policy. When I called to make my first of two deep cleaning appointments I was told to pick my dates very carefully as they would expect payment for the appointments in full at the time I made the appointment. I would have been happy to pay in full at the time of the visit but saw no value or reason for me to pay in full as much as five weeks before the appointments. Had this been explained at the time they were pressing me to come back in to get the complete work up and plan I never would have wasted my time and theirs. When I called in to ask the lady who set this all up I was deflected at the point by their person who answered the phone, Nicki. I did try twice to get past her but was rudely stopped from any contact beyond her. Pretty disgusted with the whole process.

I'm a senior, recently relocated to Las Vegas. With decades of great dental service from where I came, I was extremely pleased with my entire first visit at Dr. Suffoletta's office. I was pleasantly greeted at the door with a temperature check and safety questions. Then promptly accompanied to an exam room with no waiting. That in itself was a treat. My exam, using amazing technology, was the most thorough that I've ever experienced! My cleaning was thorough, informative and painless. The highlight was the private consultation with Dr. Suffoletta, who presented the most detailed observations and recommendations, supported by clear imagery and photography. If you're looking for a dentist and dental team that provides exceptional and friendly service I highly recommend Dr. Suffoletta & Karah (dental hygienist)! First, I'll tell you about his front office staff who are professional, welcoming and kind. From scheduling, explaining insurance benefits, and coming into the office they are very friendly and knowledgeable in handling everything. It is nice to speak with Joanne and Nicky because they are diligent in finding answers to any questions that I have, and they really take the time with their explanations. When you enter their office for your appointment the staff has always been very welcoming to my family and me. I love that they offer something to drink when I arrive. My dental hygienist, Karah, is absolutely caring, gentle, and always provides the best education when it comes to dental health. I really look forward to my cleaning visits with her. She is a master of her craft, but is so gentle at the same time. I had one bad experience years ago with a hygienist at another practice, and after that horrible experience this is why I felt like I struck gold when I met Karah. I have been her patient ever since! Karah is one of the reasons why I have become more diligent about my dental health. She gives great education, support, and encouragement, which I feel is essential in remembering to maintain healthy dental habits at home & until your next visit. Dr. Suffoletta is a great dentist, and I say this based on his professionalism, his positive attitude, and caring demeanor when you meet him. I could tell that he tries to get to know his patients by the way he spoke with me and my daughter, and asked about our family & our hobbies. It’s nice to have a dentist who is interested in your life beyond your teeth & gums! I was suffering from sensitivity in my gums; specifically in one area where I had a filling by another dentist at a completely different practice. The sensitivity that I was experiencing prior to meeting Dr. Suffoletta was so unbearable that drinking and eating foods was not enjoyable. Even breathing or laughing was unbearable because once air touched my gums I could feel the pain from the sensitivity! The other dentist said that there wasn’t anything he could do. I was so disgusted that it seemed like he didn’t care, and that I would have to live with this sensitivity for the rest of my life!! Dr. Suffoletta re-did the filling, and he explained everything that he was doing, and based on the x-rays explained what was causing my sensitivity. He also provided great education to maintain healthy gums and teeth. Ever since Dr. Suffoletta treated me I have not had any sensitivity or issues with my gums or teeth!! For that, I am truly grateful!

Today I went to see Dr. Suffoletta for a new patient exam and cleaning. I am very wary when I pick a new dentist because I have had poor experiences in the past with nickel and diming dentists and staff.
First, I found this office on Yelp and perused through reviews, the good, the bad, and the ugly. After reading them I decided to pull the trigger and schedule an appointment.
I talked to Joanne first. She is so so pleasant and made scheduling an appointment incredibly easy. I was surprised to be able to get in the next week on my day off at 7:45am. (New patient appointments are at 7:45am or 12:45pm and last about 1.5 hours.) She answered any questions I had prior to my appointment and also sent me the paperwork beforehand so I could read through/fill it out on my own time rather than rushing to get through it 15 minutes before my appointment.
When I arrived for my appointment, Joanne was at the front. She was super nice and was expecting me to show up. She called me by name, which I appreciated. It makes me feel like they want my business and the actually care for their patients. Once she got done processing my information, she had me sit, offered me water or coffee and let me know they had a morning team meeting they do and that I would be helped after that.
I didn’t have to wait long before Jackie called me back. Before sitting me down she gave me a tour of the place. The office is very nice and clean, different sections for different types of work. She explained what we would be doing step by step. I really enjoyed being in the know about what would happen next, it helped me gauge how much more time I was going to be there, rather than being left waiting and not knowing as I have been in other offices. Jackie was also really good at having natural conversation and building rapport with me as a customer.
Once Jackie was done mapping out my mouth, she brought Karrah in to clean me up. Karrah was awesome and gentle and informative as well. She let me know what she was doing inside my mouth and what the numbers and letters she was calling out meant. I got to see and hear about everyone’s dogs and families and hobbies, etc.
Next, Dr. Suffoletta came in and I was very impressed with the effort that went into getting to know me and my story. He seemed interested and engaged in conversation, asking for more detail and not repeating any questions the girls asked me before. It was really refreshing. He is also very knowledgeable and not super pushy at all when it came to discussing the “extras”. I did not feel sold at all. (I have worked in sales before and I HATE feeling sold especially at the dentist.)
By the end of my appointment, I had already been scheduled out for my next cleaning with Karrah, I was aware of what needed to be done and what was optional based on what I had expressed bothered me throughout the appointment, and I would have had another appointment scheduled to get some more pressing issues fixed, if I knew what my schedule looked like.
All in all, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Suffoletta and his staff. I will be returning and I will probably even be seeing them for the “extras” I mentioned before based on how comfortable I felt during my appointment.

I work in the medical field and the first thing I look at is the cleanliness of the space, it’s impeccable! The staff anticipates your arrival, greets you by name, keeps you informed of next step in the process. It’s easy to be in an office for a lengthy amount of time when you know exactly what you’re waiting for and next steps in the process. The entire staff is super friendly and every time they come near you they introduce themselves.

I went into Dr. Suffoletta with an emergency toothache & desperately needed a root canal. I had a bit of "dentist phobia" and saying that I had anxiety was a huge understatement. I was quickly treated with antibiotics & before I knew it, the entire procedure was over and the best part? It was totally PAINLESS! That, in and of itself, is amazing but what could be better? I'll tell you!! There was NO down time, whatsoever! We went out to eat & right on with the rest of our day! Thank you, Dr. Suffoletta!!

**Buyer BEWARE**

A couple months after my initial visit, I was solicited to make an appointment for my 6 month routine cleaning. I was assured that this visit would be at NO COST to me and that the insurance would cover the visit in its entirety. Awesome! I set up that visit for October 2018.

Three months later in January of 2019, I received a bill from Dr. Suffoletta's office for $68. I was pretty sure this was an error and could be rectified by calling the office. I was wrong. When I called, a young lady, Tia (?) informed me that the bill was accurate even though I was assured before and upon conclusion of that visit, that there was no charge.

I thought about this for a good solid week and thought this is NOT right or fair to me, by any means. So, I decided to drive to the office on my day off. Surely, Nikki would remember what she told me twice and that bill would be taken care of.

Instead, I was told that the office couldn't help me in any way and that waiving that charge was against the law! (Really? Wow!) At that point, I said okay, gave them my debit card and said in that case, I will pay it in full and I'll need you to cancel my April appointment because I'm going to find a new dentist.

The doctor is really good and the staff is really friendly. I stand by my first review of having an excellent experience...

However, at the end of the day, I felt like they either mistakenly misinformed and could have taken responsibility for that error instead of holding me responsible for an UNEXPECTED bill that was not in my budget.

Just be careful and if the office staff tells you one price or worse "no charge", I highly recommend you verify that with your insurance company PRIOR to having any service done at this office.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Suffoletta for about 18 months now. I first came to him with a chipped tooth and the same day crown experience was incredible. Since then we have been coming for our regular cleanings- Dr. Suffoletta takes the time to sit down and talk through EVERYTHING. I have never had such a thorough understanding of what is going on and why. As usual, my recent appointment was excellent. It was the first time I had Alaina as my hygienist and she was great--thorough and informative, and a lot of fun! I was impressed by the fact that she had meticulously studied my records beforehand and knew what to expect. She addressed a problem I was having with my gums and suggested a new protocol for my home care. And though this appointment was only a cleaning, Dr. Suffoletta came in to say hello and receive my status update. Love the friendly and upbeat atmosphere in this office! I recently relocated to the Las Vegas Area and was referred to Dr. Suffoletta. In my many years, I have never encountered a DMD like him. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and he took the time to listen to my apprehensions and concerns. He sat down with me to create a care plan and his feedback/clinical instruction was presented in a non-judgmental manner - I found him to be very credible. I felt like he truly cared about me as a patient; one who wants to do the "right" thing for all of his patients. He was Fabulous! I would be remised if I didn't also acknowledge his staff. Nikki, front office Manager was very personable and went out of her way to ensure my patient care experience was nothing but grand - a true Gem! Alana(Physician Assistant), was wonderful and the ultimate professional! she was very meticulous and careful during my oral procedure and her bedside manner was fantastic~ she took the time to explain and inform every step of the way( I felt no pain, yea!). There was also a Dental Assistant makes Cheryl who assisted with my pre-health assessments and again, applaud her for doing a fab job. Visit Dr. Suffoletta - you won't regret it!

Who can ever say they look forward to going to the dentist. Although my fav hygienist is out on maternity (and maybe never coming back-good for her) they filled her spot with an amazing temp. She even said that she was dying to work in this office again even though she had another job. I love this dental office, they are so friendly and charming! You are always warmly greeted by the front desk ladies and offered a beverage, (even wine! Ha!) Heidi is such a pleasure, even while she's digging around in my mouth. It seems like we're old friends and she is genuinely happy to see her clients. I have had a crown replaced at this office and they even replicated the shape of my previous one so my retainer would still fit. They don't miss a beat. Beautiful office and beautiful staff. All the comforts of home as well, TV and if you freeze in doctor offices, as I always do, they'll even cover you with a blanket. Dr. Suffoletta is very gentle and explains what he is doing to put you at ease. Definitely recommend this practice!

This is a 21st century dental office with state of the art equipment. From the minute you walk in the door you look around and it's clean, and inviting. The office staff is very nice and makes you feel welcome, the assistants treat you like a person and more like a friend than just a customer. My dental care there has been great, Jeffery is very knowledgeable & skillful in all phases of his profession, he cares about his patients and does a great job! He is great at giving shots which is probably the #1 fear of most patients, you can go in there with confidence that a true professional with a good personalitly and someone who cares about his patients will take good care of you.

I have some anxiety issues when it comes to dentists and in the past, every appointment ended with me in an absolute wreck. I've been going to their dental office in Las Vegas for about two years. It turns out we have mutual friends and lives in the same town I grew up in. Dr. Suffoletta is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, not to mention extremely diligent and thorough when it comes to dentistry. I go in for a cleaning every six months, where he will take some x-rays and check overall health of teeth and gums. Then, my favorite part, the cleaning; he will use a steel hook to remove excess plaque, followed by a water drill to gently remove additional material, polish off each tooth with a pasty finish, and then floss and rinse to end the process. He sends you on your way with some goodies; extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. I can feel every groove after the process is complete (which means I need to floss more!) and we even have great discussion along the way. I love hearing about his family and kids, very much looking forward to my next visit in November -

Great service I received from Dr. Suffoletta! I went to his dental office to get a deep cleaning and a couple of teeth fixed and was very impressed with the exceptional service his team provided me with. I didn't even have to feel self conscious about the recent meal I had since they seem to prep everyone that is getting ready to meet the doc. So you automatically get a cleaning before getting any work done on your teeth.

Walking into the office right off the gate was a nice welcoming, the office is very clean, their equipment is probably some of the most advanced equipment I have seen in any dental office ever. The Dr. took his time showing me what too look out for in his CEREC machine. I just learned about it but it takes a 360 degree 3D model image of your xray shots. Like I said, I was very impressed and will definitely be going back to his practice from this day forward.

I recommend anyone else to visit him first and get the full experience before choosing anyone else.
