If I could give it a zero I would. When calling to make an appointment I asked if my husband and I could get adjustments. The person answering the phone said yes. I called on Monday and the soonest they could see me was Friday. I told her that I was i
a lot of pain and she said sorry that’s the soonest. Showed up and was given an evaluation, X-rays and e-stim. No adjustments. Left in more pain than when I showed up. And to top it off they make you sign up for some program for 49 a year to get discounts. I have two insurances that I normally do not pay co-pays for. So disappointed. Will not be back.

I have been coming to see Dr Gerber for years. I was in so much pain the first time I visited his office I was in a dark place. I was taking massive amounts of pills just to go to work and it wasnt even coming close to helping. After the first visit I felt better. After a couple of weeks I was able to move my shoulder in ways I hadn't since I crushed it fast roping.
There are not many things you can do in your life that you look back at and say my life changed from this one thing. Meeting Dr Gerber was certainly one that comes to mind.
Now if only I wasn't so stubborn when I was feeling better and not stop coming. It seems I have a cycle down. Dr Gerber makes me well. I then stop coming at all. I then beat myself back into agony. RINSE AND REPEAT.

Although I did have some improvements with Kate, I was burned by one of their machines and she still charged me for my session. I decided to find a different chiropractor since. Below is a picture of the burn the day of, and one about a week later. I’m pretty sure this will leave a sign of act scar.

The male chiropractor was nice and helpful but his wife charged me almost double for my copay after I told her how much my insurance quoted me. I checked my EOB and she reported i only paid my copay not almost double. I decided not to go back.

The wife also mailed me a hand written check to "refund" the difference 🙄 is there a reason you couldn't just refund my card.
