Dont go here… Especially Dr. Colby Young… I had a surgery on my wrist an he put the wrong stuff in my wrist an now i have to have a second surgery to get it removed… I haven’t been able to talk to him or reach him either an his medical assistant that answers the phone is rude and no help….. He’s been on vacation for 2 months….

I have seen Dr. Young for years. He’s amazing. Truly one of a kind. He is patient and informative. I saw two other doctors prior to him and all they wanted to do was steroid injections, PT and pain meds. Dr Young sat me down and said his approach will be slightly different. Rather than guessing what was wrong or assuming he knew the issue, he had a list of all possibilities and we went down the list an eliminated one by one based on his treatment. He never rushed me and certainly made it clear that he was in no hurry to operate on me. I appreciated his approach, as.no other doctor took the time. One doctor even operated on me and only removed a cyst - I needed more done than a simple cyst. That doctor never fixed the issue. In the end I did require surgery and his work was and is amazing. I can’t say enough about Dr. Young. I hope he never retires!! Stand up, grade A doctor with integrity and compassion. Something very few doctors have. Love love love Dr. Young!!! Thanks Doc!

Staff very friendly and helpful, especially when they realized I didn't hear my name called; then they waved to me to come see them.
Dr. Colby was very polite and respectful during my time with him. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on with me and what he proposed to do, a cortisone shot. While doing the injection slowly, he explained what was going on. He then gave me instructions what to do afterwards. He had me schedule a follow-up. The staff instructed me to call if anything seemed to be going wrong!

Dr.Young is and has always been great to me and everyone else I see him interact with. I saw him from early 2018 to 2020 and recently reconnected with him for more tests and imaging on my right hand and arm. Unfortunately, my visit was not a great one started off by staff being confused and disorientated felt like lack of communication head, nurse, unable to dress my wound correctly, unable to see that it was infected until patient mentioned it meaning myself very unprofessional staff Doctor out of contact with his employees and surrounding staff Very dissatisfied. Doctor Colby Young took great care of me after I broke my finger at work. We got off to a rough start because my job couldn't seem to figure out what "light duty" meant. My finger healed as crooked as the wicked witch's nose! But that wasn't the doc's fault. And he fixed it! Even though I was willing to live with a crooked finger, he said no way. He wouldn't rest until the finger was as good as new. Now, three weeks after the second surgery, things are awesome. Love it.

Uncomfortable and unhelpful. Want to mention I am Asian and normally that shouldn’t be a detail worth mention but in this case it is. Off the bat super unhappy greeting and barely looked me in the eye. The moment I tried ti explain my issue and gave what I thought it might be to be as helpful as I can. He gave the ol’ “here’s another patient thinking they’re smart self diagnosing” with the typical body language. You know all he answered to my concerns were…”nope” that was basically it with no other thought. “We could do an X-ray” still no opinions from him and were 10 min into the eval. Also have no heads up that an X-ray was a charge which should always be explained before hand. To my surprise, we received no opinion on what could be wrong with my wrist. Super rude to especially my mom and to me and were just sitting there so confused. Crazy because he was recommended by a Chiro down in Eastern who is super wonderful and a complete opposite to this “hand specialist”

This place is a Joke. Appointment was schedule i came in 30 minutes early to fill out paper work. I got called in 50 mintues after my appointment only to find out that none of my paperwork was ready from the MRI. When I made the appointment I called three times to make sure and asked if I needed to get my doctors office to send over the MRI scanns I was told that they have received them by Jazmin. Also the technicians were rude when I didnt know on top of my heads who had done my MRI that happened over six weeks ago. This place is not professional and cannot keep Appointments. Unprofessional find your self some one else there are plenty in this area. Do your self a favor and keep looking. I usually do not write reviews but this has to be shown to others. They wasted soo much time of mine. Unbelievable!

Absolutely the worst Dr I've ever seen I go in there with 2 fractures of the elbow that the hospital diagnosed me with but he wants his own X-rays done of course anything to charge more but he can't seem to find anything wrong in his x-ray so I was told come back in a week and we'll try again nothing for the pain told me he can't legally tell me to miss work it's up to my employer how many days I miss and just a total bunch of nonsense I will never go back to this guy who got his degree from a cracker jack box
