At first, my wife thought it was just for kids!

Turns out that it was the most comprehensive and informative dental practice my family has been to.

They provides an in depth explanation of issues that I was having with my oral care and provided many solutions to mitigate my problems.

They gave 3 different procedures that could be done and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each of the solutions.

My son and I are officially new patients. When we walked in, everyone was so friendly. Very organized and clean establishment. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while(life was lifing)...anywho, they made me feel comfortable and did my x-rays/scans and came up with my treatment plan. I have an amazing experience with this dentist office. You will be greated with a very welcoming Rita and the front office team when you come in. Dr. Sung is very friendly/ knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Chow did a great job today with my filling today 7/27/26 . All the dentists assistant Alex, Arthesia and everyone are very professional and friendly .( I forgot the name of the the gentleman and the other lady who assisted me last time who was very compassionate.

Communication about insurance limits can be improved. I was quoted work for 2 teeth, but only found out I’d exceeded my insurance max after all the procedures were done, leaving me with almost $2,000 total out of pocket. I understand there are disclaimers in the paperwork that pricing isn’t guaranteed, but that’s not the same as being reminded I was approaching my limit. Had I known upfront, I would have chosen to do just 1 tooth. Constant and clear communication about coverage limits is essential, and it’s the one area I hope they improve on.

The doctors and dental team were excellent though, I’d give 5 stars for the dental care.

Apparently a patient had a typo in their phone number and accidentally used my phone number instead of theirs. Hello Dental & Orthodontics proceeded to text private patient information (conditions, appointments, procedures) to my phone number. I responded to the text to tell them they had the wrong number and got no response. I called to let them know and I was told there was nothing they could do. I feel this is important to know if you expect your health information to stay private.

Been coming here for the last 2 years. They are always quick to get you in and cognizant of your time. Recent update! 4/01/2026 I came in today this time for my self & not my daughters, the start of my appointment was not so great because of Rita, which I believe is the office manager, I walked in & she was so RUDE but I still continued with my appointment because I am familiar with the staff & they are always so great with my kids. I have bad anxiety coming to the dentist & almost didn’t continue with my appointment for my extraction for several reasons, one being because of Rita & then because I only wanted to get an extraction & not everything else dr song was suggestion , however her assistant Arteshia was so amazing & spoke to me through my anxiety doing everything to calm me down & I am so happy that her & Dr. Song were patient with me. Thank you Dr.Song for being quick & patient with me. Thank you Ateshia for talking through it with me & sitting with me, you truly went above & beyond & it means soooooo much to me ! & Jennifer who works in the office , thank you so much ! Everyone in this office is amazing except for Rita, she doesn’t belong there & again if I was not familiar with the staff here, I would have not made it passed the front office.

I recently moved to Las Vegas and found Hello Dental & Orthodontics through my insurance list. Scheduling online was quick and easy, and the office was clean and welcoming.

Dr. Sung was incredibly kind and thorough. I shared my past dental anxiety, and she took the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. I needed two back molars capped and was very nervous, but she checked in with me throughout the procedure and even gave me a break when I needed it.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Hello Dental (Fort Apache) and can’t say enough good things about the entire team.

My husband has severe claustrophobia and even experienced a panic attack during his visit. The staff handled it with incredible patience, compassion, and professionalism. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made him feel safe and supported while completing his filling, cleaning, and extraction as comfortably as possible. That level of care truly means everything.

Dr. Jennifer was wonderful with my kids—gentle, kind, and made them feel completely at ease. Dr. Jamie is hands down one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a filling where I didn’t need to ask for more anesthesia, but this time I was completely comfortable from start to finish. That alone speaks volumes about the skill and care provided.

What really sets Hello Dental apart is their honesty and pricing. My husband and I were previously quoted over $30,000 for dental work in Hawaii. Coming here and learning it would be under $4,000 total for both of us was unbelievable. It’s truly refreshing to find a great dentist who provides excellent care without overcharging or recommending unnecessary procedures.

Well I found you with impression costs cheaper for people with no insurance so it was not wise for me to drive so far in the only transportation I have, my 300,000 on the odometer truck. I'm not sure if its something you didnt have anything to do with in terms of how you are advertised so I didnt include that in my star rating. I went to this dentist for a root canal. The staff was Awesome. I had to wait a bit because this was only supposed to be a consultation. They fit me in and Dr. Chen was amazing. Not one iota of pain. I couldn’t decide whether I was going to post this or not because my daughter is in braces with this office and we weren’t sure if we would continue our care here or find another office, but anyways we went to her orthodontist appointment last month and she went in to her appt as I stayed in the car with my baby till she was done because it’s usually quick. 30 mins go by and she comes to the car so upset! I asked her what’s wrong and she said she didn’t want to talk about it, before I could go in she begged me to not go back into the office to figure out what was wrong so we left! Few hours go by she finally is ready to tell me what happened! Apparently there were two staff members speaking so badly about a patient and what she and her kids had on! As my child was being walked up by the female Hispanic assistant my child over heard the staff speaking and saying things about another patient being so mean, according to my daughter. One of the assistants and the lady who sits by the exit door were saying things patients shouldn’t even be hearing and how disgusting another patients mouth was! How your staff made my child WHO IS 16 feel (and mind you it wasn’t even about her )she doesn’t even want to return to your facility!!She said she was so uncomfortable with hearing the conversation that she didn’t even want to schedule her next orthodontic appointment ! You charge thousands of dollars for Braces and other types of treatment and this is what your staff is doing?!!!! Making children feel uncomfortable because you failed to keep your ignorant comments to yourselves or couldn’t have at least waited till there were no patients around to hear your conversation!!!!!! MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE because in this economy wouldn’t you want to keep all your patients?! I’m so confused!!! PROPER TRAINING NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR YOUR STAFF! Had it been me overhearing that conversation I would have let that specific patient know what was being said!!! People don’t want to go to the dentist to begin with and this is why!!!!! Found another orthodontist and dental office for my kids and family! Will be letting my other family members know so they can leave as well!!

At Hello Dental & Orthodontics the staff is extremely hardworking, Front office is always understanding and patient while speaking too guest, The Doctor is very friendly and explains everything well. In the waiting room they have many clean toys for kids too play and are also very organized. This Dental and Orthodontist is very clean and oriented, the bathroom is put together! and during holidays they always make sure too keep up the holiday cheer! overall Dental and Orthodontist is a wonderful YES for me!!!

Called today to inquire about pricing based off of their website saying “Transparent Pricing: We’re happy to provide easy-to-understand cost estimates over the phone, via text, or in a virtual consultation before you come to the office.” I was met with a dismissive attitude and told to call somewhere else. It was bizarre to say the least. It could have been a language barrier but I tried to explain myself more than once because I was referred to go here and really had my heart set on this office; I could tell she misunderstood me initially but I don’t get why she was so combative. Afterward, I went on their website and actually found pricing that I called and asked for a ballpark of, and text them the screenshot and copied and pasted it. I suspect it was the same woman, as she did not care that the person who answered told me to go elsewhere. It was strange and disappointing. I wonder if they know their staff is discouraging patients from going there? I understand they can’t give me a definitive answer but I just needed an idea because some offices charge thousands, while some charge half that. I needed to be seen as soon as possible and now I’m back to searching again. Feels unfair and just strange. I don’t get it. Hopefully someone other than her checks reviews for I fear this too, will be dismissed and this can’t be good for business.

Hands down best dental office I have been to in Vegas. I called Tuesday trying to utilize the last of dental benefits before they expired. They were able to get me in next day afternoon. The adult Dr was very nice and so was dental assistant very knowledgeable and they kept me in the loop the whole time while she working on me. I highly recommend. I’m switching my Kids Dental office now. Thanks for taking great care of me.

Hello Dental is a wonderful dental office! Very clean and Organized. The Lobby has Toys too keep the kids occupied, The people in the front are extremely respectful and generous. When getting your Teeth cleaned the staff are extremely gentle. The doctor and dentist are all kind and very friendly. The bathrooms are as well very clean! this dental office is a 10/10!! i would highly recommend coming here for some clean teeth!!!!

The office, staff and newest technology for X-rays was great. Their scheduling time frame needs improvement. For an 11:00 a.m. appointment I should not have to wait until 11:35 a.m. to be called back.

I can type over 6 thousand characters on my issues here but I’ll quickly summarize it.

Procedures: I had a tooth removed and nearby tooth shaved down for a Bridge insertion

Pros: Front desk workers are kind, professional, and respectful; I have no complaints with them. One dental assistant is a sweetheart but she seems as though she is forgetful or not sure on what she is doing. The second dental assistant was TERRIBLY rude and disrespectful, blatantly refused to say my name right and gave me attitude from day one. I had to tell them to remove her from my team and never pair her with me again or I’d leave. She was that disrespectful for no reason.

Cons:
1) First off this was a very painful experience, the Orthodontist at the time was struggling Immensely to remove my tooth, the procedure started around 3:40 and I was in here until after closing time after 6pm. Not to mention she told me to raise my hand when the numbing agent wore off I DID and she still didn’t stop

2) I was in pain the entire recovery time, and she missed ordered my pain medication and Antibiotics so I had to go the first 2 days with no medication. Even after I took the meds the pain didn’t go away and I had to call back in to get steroids 1 week later for the pain to finally be tolerable

3) As I’m getting the bridge molded, I was in great pain/ discomfort because my gums were so sensitive when the fake bridge was removed. I had a feeling then this would be a problem but was told “it should go away by the time we put the real bridge in.” Which I knew then would not be true and of course I ended up being right on this notion

4) The day of the real bridge implant my gums were again incredibly sensitive and painful. Surprising to me, there was a new Dentist and they claimed the one I worked with had left the job (this was within approximately a month of my initial appointment). This person was just as lackadaisical as the rest of the team though! I had to tell them to stop and numb me as they were literally ok with how discomforted I was. At this point, they numbered my gums and this Vicious and annoying cycle of numbing and then forgetting about me commenced. They numbed me twice and didn’t comeback for 20-30 minutes before trying to put the bridge in both times. Of course the numbing agent would wear off! And to make matters worse, when I got fed up with this stupidity I came around to the front desk out the dental chair and I see NOBODY was even doing anything. People were on their phones! What a fool I was to believe they were helping other patients and this was the hold up. Completely fed up with them I told to em to just put the bridge in immediately and suffered through hella pain. Wasn’t even going to bother wasting my time here anymore

5) About a month later I get a bill in the mail (straight cowards!) instead of a phone call about an unexpected fee they thought my insurance would cover. Despite being guaranteed (literally!) I wouldn’t have to pay anything additional. Yet they can call/ text me about setting up future appointments and etc. repetitively. I can’t even believe these ratings on google. Cause my experience was terrible!

Will not be coming back after the experience I had. I was talked to rudely. They were using terminology that isn’t normally used in everyday convo (unless you’re a dentist yourself) I found myself asking what needed to happen and it seemed like that was wrong of me to do by how they would respond. Also after the procedure was done I wasn’t given proper instructions on how to heal, or what to even eat afterwards. The only thing they made sure to go over with me was the bill. Cleaned my teeth at least.

I’m so glad I found this dental clinic. I have avoided the dentist for way too long and had some pain in a tooth. I found Hello Dental on a google search and I’m so pleased with the care I have been receiving. Every staff member I have come in contact with has been so kind and caring and no one has made me feel bad or any shame for the state of my teeth. I will continue to use them going forward

I needed to find a new dentist for my daughters and we came here and so glad we did. Not only is everyone so nice that works there but my daughters are not scared to go to the dentist anymore. It was my daughter’s first dental visit ever at six years old (I know, I’m a bad mom). The front desk lady, to the dental assistant and including the doctor were amazing. They explained everything in detail to me and total thumbs up to the dental assistant for explaining step by step on what was happening next to my daughter as she was nervous!
