The dr. Was very good during my previous visits. I can't say the same for the front desk. He told me one price for my next visit, then I get there for my appointment and they upcharged me. They said it was $100. I said the dr. had told me it would be 60 something. Some nasty young lady said "I told you it was going to be $100 on the phone." She never said that, so I walked out of my 10:45 appointment on 10-5. Not sure if the receptionist or the dr. runs the office, but no thanks.

Went there 3 times, but no more. I can't stand dishonest medical people. Raising the price over 50% for the same thing just a couple weeks later is ridiculous. So they lost a regular patient over the staff trying to upcharge me on 1 visit

I’m very satisfied to their multiple services like Micro Vas, nails & calluses removals. The medical assistants are so nice, very respectable, and very informative. Most of all, I like the way to remind my appointments through texting and call me the day before my appointments. The clinic itself is very convenient & clean.

Let me first start off by saying that I will never go to any other doctor in the state for my ankle condition! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he also gave me tons of information that six other doctors I've seen in Vegas did not even provide me. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and he took his time with me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to hurry through our conversation. He gave me confidence I need to know that not only can I help myself, but he will always be there to help me. I'm going to have this issue with my ankle for as long as I live unless I decide to get surgery and I will trust no other doctor to go anywhere near my ankle besides Doctor Hendershot!

Total waist of my time. Completely incompetent staff. After telling me I need custom orthotics they tell me to come back after I meet my yearly deductible so that my insurance will pay for them. After reaching my deductible I came back again were they once again checked with my insurance and then did the measuring for the orthotics. I call back two months latter only to find out my insurance wont cover them. Why did they waist my time why did they not call and tell me that? Disappointing Experience with Ownership Transition

I am writing this to share a cautionary experience regarding the transition of Dr. Jacobson’s practice to Hendershot Foot & Ankle Clinic.

I scheduled a specific appointment for custom orthotics—a service I have utilized for over 25 years. Unfortunately, the clinic was unprepared for the visit. They did not have access to my historical medical records from the previous owner, and the provider personally confirmed they could not offer a suitable equivalent to the high-quality functional orthotics I required.

Despite the office being administratively and clinically unable to provide the requested service, I was still billed for a full medical evaluation. While I understand transitions are difficult, it is frustrating to be charged for a "nothing" visit where no care was possible.

I have reached out to the business administrator to dispute these charges and hope to see a professional resolution. For long-term patients of this practice, I recommend confirming they actually have your records and the specific supplies you need before taking time off work to visit.

My experience was disappointing, I was told to come at 8am, even though I was the first to arrive, I was seen second. Where is priority and discipline telling customers to come so early and wait an hour to be seen second, i paid first. I gues first come first serve principle doesnt exist in ensuring fair, equal and non-prioritized access to goods and services. Plus the doctor had this frown look at me while having this conversation with the associates and desipting telling ahead of time that i had other appointments. It was an urgency since I had several appointments during the day and not get penalized on paying additional $$$ as cancelation.

Dr Hendershot is the best. His team and practice are the best in town. They are so thorough, and caring when it comes to your foot exams and procedures, and very knowledgeable about all your medical podiatry needs. The staff is kind and makes you feel welcome, and they are eager to help you with your needs. Dr Hendershot used to be at Eastern Podiatry on Pecos and now has his own location. He has established an incredible group of staff that makes my visits so pleasant, and I always look foward to my next visit. Once you have met Dr Hendershot you won't go anywhere else for your foot care needs. Hendershot Foot and Ankle clinic is located inside Fountain Park which is located at
3650 S Eastern Ave STE 200, Las Vegas, NV 89169. There is easy parking directly outside his office with handicap access. Very conveniently located and easy to get into.
