I’ve been going here for over 10 years, every time I step into the office I am warmly greeted, brought right back. Back office works like a finely tuned machine, everyone is super friendly and Dr. Schwartz is so kind and patient, explains everything and takes his time. Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The staff and dentist are professional and courteous. Kept me abreast of an issue with my previous insurance so I was able to switch and went right back to getting the care I needed. I love Henderson Family Dental. I've been coming to this location for many years, almost 20 years now. The staff has always been so friendly and efficient with time. Dr. Schwartz is knowledgeable and has always been so kind to his clients. Over the years they make a point to update their equipment. Currently there's an oral cancer screening that is available if you choose to have it done. It's affordable, quick, and gives you a piece of mind knowing it's great for early detection. I will go out of my way across town to be a patient here because they continue to do great work.

I find the people there to be most caring about the patient. Today we started on a crown. My gums were very numbed up quite well which was wonderful because I don't like the novocane shots at all. Dr. Schwartz was a gentle as can be and I barely was aware of the shots. I have had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was wonderful and gentle. Dr. Schwartz 's assistant is wonderful and also gentle. I've found that the two women up front are also wonderful people and I think by my third visit they knew my name. I don't feel like I'm just another person walking in the door.

I started coming here 10 years ago. When I lost my insurance I unfortunately was only able to come in if I had pain etc which Dr was fantatic everytime very caring and gentle. I started going recently for pain and he was able to quickly and effectively fix and as a cash pay patient it was very reasonable. Now that the problem teeth are fixed I scheduled a exam with cleaning so I can start getting my dental health back on track. I scheduled an appointment a month out. I had to get babysitters etc lined up. I get a call at 8am to tell me they have to cancel my 3pm appointment due to a call out because every single other appointment for the day can be handled short staffed? I asked if I could be seen earlier today maybe someone else can reschedule their 3pm appointment since you schedule way to many at the same time slots. Nope. I have to rearrange my sitters my job because they cannot properly schedule accordingly. This also happened when I made my first appointment for pain a few months ago I was called to see if I could switch my appointment due to
"Over booking" being that I have to wait 4+ weeks to schedule appointments and rearrange my schedule to accommodate only to be called nearly everytime to either reschedule or to switch times is ridiculous. The office girls need to spend less time chit chatting all day and start focusing on their scheduling. As much as I absolutely love the dentist, do to his poor front staffing I will have to start looking for services elsewhere after 10 years.

Came in as first time client coordinating both my work schedule and child care accommodations for a cleaning. Apparently first time clients get x-rays only and must reschedule another appointment for their cleaning. Would have been nice to know when I scheduled. I NEVER would have come in for an x-ray only appointment. I don't know if this is some shady double appointment fee scheme or they are cashing in on the cash cow that are X rays but I'm upset enough right now I don't think I will be coming back for the cleaning

I had a fantastic experience at Henderson Family Dental today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was seen right on time, and the whole appointment was incredibly efficient.

I especially want to commend the staff. Ryleigh, the receptionist, was so kind and helpful. She made the check-in process a breeze. My hygienist, Laura, was also amazing! She was very welcoming and created a really comfortable environment. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was at ease.

And of course, Dr. Schwartz is always a pleasure to see. He's consistently friendly and professional.

It was a sad start to the day when an old crown came off. I called up Dr. Schwartz‘s office and immediately found me an appointment, temporarily resubmitted the crown and took impressions for a new one while simultaneously doing impressions for an implant that is getting ready to go in. I lucked into finding Henderson Family Dental when I moved here in 2017. This is the best dental office I’ve ever used. Dr Swartz is friendly and takes the time to answer my questions. I am choosing to add to my previous review because NOTHING has changed in quality at Henderson Family Dental; they are still the premiere dentistry in Southern Nevada!! They are at the top of the chart on all fronts, both the back office and the front!!

Smiles and greetings abound when you enter the front door. Jen, Dani, and Riley are at the top of their game in their respective responsibilities!! All is done with efficiency and proficiency and all that matters to me as a retired math teacher…

Grace and Chris know me all too well; I have had to have so very much work done to my pitiful teeth these last seven years. Talk about perfection, they offer nothing less!!! They perfectly prepare me, bolster me, embrace me; and coddle me, i have a fficult time getting comforable…there are not enough excellent adjectives to describe them!!

BEWARE PEOPLE!!! This scam place told me I had 7 cavities when I didn't have a single one. They wanted $110 per "cavity" so $770 they wanted to scam me out of. Got second opinion and was told I had ZERO CAVITIES!!! BEWARE PEOPLE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

In spite of all good reviews, I had a bad experience about this place. After They took my x-rays and Dr. Schwartz , stated that he would not be able to pull my number 18 tooth, because the roots will be crushed and stuck at the bottom... Obviosly, he was hestitant! Even after it will be pulled out,he stated that,I will need a new bridge or veneers!

So, they referred me to the orthodontist who could do the extraction. When I went to that clinic, where the Dentist was very knowledgable! He gave me two options: 1) Extract or 2) Root canal treatment .

I did not want to lose my tooth”. So, they referred me to Dr. “Matthew Cox ” for the the root canal treatment ! He explained all the possibilities . And he did an excellent job! Until today I go around pain free, I got the right Dr. and made the right decision! Sometimes you wonder, why I was not given any options but a new bridge or veneers!

I do not appreciate this kind of patient treatment and misleading! Therefore,
I went back to my old dentist.

Relocated to Nevada from the East Coast & needed to find a dentistry clinic to replace ours. We've been going here since 2020! We love it here! Dr. Schwartz & his amazing staff welcomed us with open arms and are amazing! They personalize every visit, they remember you without looking at your records first starting with the front desk! I need a crown recemented that I have had over 8 yrs! No breakage no damages but it’s not his normal cap with a deep Indent so said he’d have to make me a whole new one! If it’s not broke- don’t fix it! I just need cement! No wonder everyone hates the dentists they’re all a rip off! Not to mention the office is in old Henderson where they won’t even help the people (majority around them) with x rays or cleaning with their Medicaid!

I relocated to Henderson recently and I chose this practice because of the location, near my home, and reviews I read online. I had actually messed up the day of my appointment to be one day earlier than scheduled, but the office staff told me they had a cancellation in an hour and gave me paperwork to fill out in my car while I waited over their lunch break. The office staff is very friendly, the hygienists I encountered very capable and Dr. Schwartz reminded me of the dentist I've had for years, and liked. He has a friendly reassuring manner. This was my first visit and I will be going back for a cleanup.

I loved this visit. I am a total chicken to go to the dentist. It takes something serious to get me to go. Dr. Schwortz is very soothing to talk to and when he gave me shots I could barely feel them. Thumbs up in my book.
Also his assistant Christine was awesome also. She made me feel relaxed which for me is almost impossible. I know my next visit will be much easier on my blood pressure. Thanks to this great team.

If I could give this place a 10 I would. Staff is polite and they went out of their way to work me in after sunset dental tried to charge me 75.00 just to book a appointment. I really enjoyed my office visit with them..
Very pleasant atmosphere and good care. A dentist that is out to help the patients with what they want and need in the best care possible.. thank you Henderson dental. Looking forward to my upcoming appointment.

They are very friendly. The dentist took care of my needs with a very gentle hands. I am very old and quite frankly I was afraid of getting my tooth extracted. I didn't even feel any discomfort during the entire procedure. Thank you Dr Nathan Schwartz. I'm doing fine now.

Went here because of all the positive reviews and didn’t have a good experience. I was told my teeth were well but went to another very well known dentist and turned out I had cavities and a minor infection. As I was shown on the x-rays.

My daughter loves going to the dentist thanks to the people that work here! My son and I also come here, we love it too! Every time we go, we are treated with kindness and care that you can't find anywhere else. I trust them completely for all our total dental care and advice for ortho concerns. Living in Henderson for 4 years and since my first visit, I knew Henderson Family Dental would be my dentist while I live here.
The entire time is gentle and very professional. They always check my dental plan with Metlife before my appointment to make sure what is covered or how much will be my copayment. Never had a bad surprise.
The Hygienist Nevada is very kind and attentive and Dr. Schwartz did an amazing job fixing my broken front tooth.

Wow! Terrific experience!! My husband and I are new to the area and needed to find a dentist. What a pleasant surprise finding Dr. Schwartz and his amazing team. The front office staff is super nice, funny and very professional. They were super accommodating and kind. One of the very friendly techs gave me a tour before taking me back to the exam room. When I explained that I have a strong gag reflex the technician brought me something to swish in my mouth to help with the x-rays. She was so patient with me. Dr. Schwartz and Hygienist Nevada performed a very thorough exam all the while being very personable and caring. They even squeezed me in for a cleaning. Which by the way was one of the most gentle cleaning I've ever had. I really can't say enough nice things about Henderson Family Dental.

Friendly staff, explained in detail and prioritized work that needed to be done. Would have been five star except I was referred to a specialist for one procedure that I would think any DDS could do but I may be wrong,

Update: Going with five stars, I really like these folks. No high pressure or selling you procedures you may or may not need. They honor Medicare and their prices are reasonable unlike the last outfit I went to. I won;t mention names but I wish I had not Discovered them.

After moving from Reston, Virginia, outside of Washington, D.C. to Henderson, Nevada about one and i/2 years ago, my husband and were concerned that we were leaving behind the excellent dental care that we enjoyed back east. Having just moved to the area and especially being new to Medicare, I was concerned to find a dentist and staff who would be provide service that would compare to what I had received over the last several decades in California. I am happy to report that my first visit set all my concerns to rest and I was extremely impressed with the knowledge, experience and friendliness of Dr Schwartz and his entire staff and the time they took to explain not only my dental treatment options but also the costs and corresponding Medicare coverage for which I'm eligible.
