I had a disappointing experience with this dental office regarding a partial denture they made for me. After my appointment where the partial was prepared, I was not informed that it needed to be placed promptly or that my teeth could shift if too much time passed before fitting it.
A couple months later when I returned, I was told the partial no longer fit because my teeth had shifted. This was the first time anyone mentioned that this could happen. As a patient, I rely on dental professionals to explain time-sensitive issues like this so I can avoid exactly this kind of situation. Had I been informed that waiting could cause the partial to become unusable, I would have made sure to come back immediately.
Instead, I’m now being told the partial doesn’t fit and they still expect payment for it. It’s frustrating to be held financially responsible for something that could have been easily avoided with clear communication from the provider.
Patients deserve to be properly informed about treatment timelines and potential consequences. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here.

Coming from Colorado in 2023, I was worried that I would not find a dentist that I loved as much as the one I left behind. However, I happened upon Dr Catalano's office, read reviews and thought I'd give her a try. Well, after now having been in her office several times for various issues, I can honestly say that I need not go anywhere else.

Dr 'C' is very gentle with her exams and procedures. Emily, my hygienist, is also, as are the other girls I've had the pleasure of working with me. And Stephanie at the front desk couldn't be any sweeter. I love them all.

I went to Dr Catalano and found out I would need full upper and lower dentures. I was very nervous about the extractions but Dr Catalano made sure the process was virtually pain free. I was fitted with a beautiful set of permant dentures. Dr Catalano had me come in twice for adjustments and the dentures are pain free and fit great. Are they as good as natural teeth….no. Are they as close to natural teeth as she can make them…..absolutely! I highly recommend Dr Catalano to anyone needing any type of dental work. Her smile and chair side manner take all the dread out of any dental procedure.

We had our initial visit here this week. Mind you, both of us are use to old school dental office and visits. X-rays that are hand developed to name one. Move over for all the new technology out there. Didn’t realize we had been so far out of the loop with the advancement in dental care. Both of us were blown away with our visit.

Beautiful office with all the new technology in it. Staff is professional, friendly, helpful and too, welcoming. After having our X-rays, we had camera photos taken, which was such a new experience to begin with. Gone are the days of X-ray cardboard bulky tabs stuck in your mouth, X-ray taken, tab removed, and on and on and then hand developed for view by your dentist. Instead you have a full 360 degree all around your head scan, followed by digital X-rays that I’m sure are less radiation than what we have had in the past. Followed up by having a tiny camera inserted into your mouth to take photos of everything. It’s literally so amazing. And so pain-free to boot!

After the X-rays and camera photos, Dr C comes in and then goes over all her findings on a big screen monitor so you can actually see every little detail. She is very thorough, taking all the time needed to provide you with explanation, treatments, etc. Our now fav dentist!

Please come and visit Dr Cs office. You will be amazed with your visit and leave knowing your dental health is in great hands! Couldn’t ask for a better Dentist and office! Love it!

Total money grab operation where they try to refer you to all kinds of things you probably don't need in order to extract as much money from your benefits and you as possible. After I saw the first specialist out of many they wanted to refer me to, they confirmed my teeth had no infection. I have been to plenty of dentists over the past year and none told me about all of these "problems." This "dentist office" called me to see how my visit with the specialist went, and I told whoever called me that they found no problems at the endodontist. I also expressed surprise that they needed my feedback when I would expect the endodontist to provide the most accurate feedback. She then told me that the endodontist had provided a report, which I replied, "then why in the hell are you calling me?" Shen then quickly ended the call.
Of course, I subsequently got a letter saying that I had used vulgar language and that I needed to go see another dentist because I am sure they have never heard such foul language in their sheltered lives in Las Vegas. Basically, that was just a way for them to get out of having me as a patient because they realized I wasn't a sucker that would fall for their money grab trap.

I'm a relatively new patient to Dr. Catalano. Upon my first visit, I was mightily impressed with the office. The space itself is meticulously clean and filled with tech that I have not seen at other dentist offices. Dr. Catalano read my x-rays and despite the fact that I'm not experiencing any symptoms, delivered all kinds of bad news including that SIX crowns were merited. She put together a treatment plan that included seeing an endodontist and then returning to start into my issues - primarily decay under existing crowns. The plan was wisely prioritized and planned out to most effectively use my insurance benefits. The office also indicated that they would work with me regarding payment. All of this news was delivered with empathy and compassion - and even a smile.

This is my primary dental office! Everyone here is very caring, compassionate and patient. They take your blood pressure before any local anesthetic because they see the whole body and person. Dr. C truly takes her time while working on her patients. She filled and crowned teeth (with excellent quality crowns) which other dentists were recommending root canals for, in an effort to save the teeth, which is what I also wanted. They don’t recommend unnecessary procedures or things. And the specialists they refer out to are also excellent. Amelia at the front desk gave great advice regarding insurance and any questions or concerns we had. Coming to this office gave me and my family the resources to finally have healthier teeth and I’m very grateful for them! May Almighty Allah Ta’ala bless them abundantly Ameen.

From my very first contact with the staff from Innovative Dentistry I knew this was the place for me. I checked the reviews of probably a dozen practices and this one stood out to me. I liked the fact that it is a private practice not a big conglomeration of a dozen dentists. I like going to a practice where they remember your name and treat you like a person and not a dollar sign. Everyone at Innovative Dentistry is friendly yet knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Catalone is fantastic!! I needed a filling, a crown and a new night guard. Everything she did for me was painless and done in a timely manner. I went to her thinking I needed 2 additional crowns on teeth that I have chipped from grinding. She said she wouldn't crown 2 healthy teeth just because they had chips but would smooth them out instead. She could easily have put crowns on them and collected the $$$$. Honesty..what a concept!!! Every single person at this practice is exceptional. They will have my business forever. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! You won't be sorry. I would like to add that I was impressed with the modern equipment that they used to diagnose me...very thorough above and below the gumline they showed me what was going on. As to the charges for what needed to be done I was advised beforehand what my insurance would cover and what would be out of pocket. I found the charges to be reasonable and comparable to other dental practices. Shop around..call some other offices and check their fees. Dental work is not cheap especially if you haven't maintained your teeth with regular checkups. If you haven't seen a dentist in 10 years don't be surprised if you need a lot of work and OH MY the dentist has to charge for that!! Bottom line....INNOVATIVE DENTISTRY IS AWESOME!!!

They did my daughter's x-ray first and attempted more than 10 times but didn't get desired pictures after putting that small socket which goes in mouth for x-ray. There was a point she felt like puking and was asking in soft voice, I cannot do it anymore. If they saw in second or third attempt that she was struggling to keep that socket in her mouth, wasn't it wise enough not to try anymore. After that they did CT of her mouth. They made her put that CT scan socket in her mouth 3 or 4 times because everytime they attempted, their machine was not ready to take images. She was exhausted.
At the end, they did cleaning/whitening of her teeth which I never asked for. I was there to get her teeth check, that's it.

Every time I go there I feel like I'm catching up with old friends... they just happen to be cleaning and examining my teeth. They are a delight, even when my mouth was wide open and my crown was being replaced. They make me laugh and smile through it all. There is a genuine level of concern and, almost "love," for their patients. I would never consider leaving unless I had to move out of Las Vegas.

Dr. C is my favorite dentist and Emily is my favorite hygienist! They actually take time to look at you and explain stuff. The office is super cute and everyone is really nice. Plus all the best dental stuff like 3D xrays and same day crowns. Best office ever!

Well, to be sure the staff and dentist were very friendly, no complaints. The dentist was the most gentle i've probably ever been to. The down side was that i got the feeling making money was more important than it should be, not all of us can afford everything that might make life a little bit better . Cleanings, which are usually 100% covered, all of a sudden have an extra category for teeth dirtier than usual that cost out of pocket; had my teeth cleaned, didn't notice anything different than my last 50 cleanings, and had to pay extra. My 2 cents.

I feel bad, gave a 1 star when I was in pain. Even after that I was given appointment at 5 and was treated so great. I was brought right in and everyone was extremely friendly. I was told they would be willing to work with me if I needed to come in later in the day. If your looking for a friendly, informative, professional dentist you should try it here.

Went here about 11 months ago, was left forgotten in a chair for at least 20 minutes, was told I needed a ton of work even a crown for a wisdom tooth that I had pulled 12 years ago. I think they looked at my insurance and made up as much as they could but ended up scaring me off.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Made an appointment to have my teeth whitened, they advised me that I had to do an initial exam to see if I had cavities, as the whitening process could create serious pain if I did. I went in, had no cavities and then they said they had to check my gums to see if I needed a deep cleaning. I told them I had a deep cleaning a year ago. They checked, told me that I needed another deep cleaning and that they wouldn't be able to do the whitening that I scheduled until the deep cleaning was done.

Please do not go to this Dentist. They did not disclose anything about a deep cleaning before I went in and refused to do the whitening unless I got the deep cleaning. The place is a complete scam and tried to make me do an expensive procedure before I got my teeth whitened.

I’m the knit-pickin’ sort that requires top-notch service and professionalism from the professionals to whom I give my business. Especially dentistry. Some must haves: 1) a highly trained, credentialed, and locally respected PROFESSIONAL, with perfect “chair side” manners. A PROFESSIONAL support staff: trained and competent with pleasant dispositions (well-paid pros who love their jobs and patients). Professional decorum, décor, and esprit de corps – Innovative Dentistry provided all this and more.
In all my years, I’ve never encountered a more professional, pleasant and likeable dentist office. Walked in with a mouth full of problems and a thin wallet, and walked out with a mouth full of sunshine. Dr. Catalano thoroughly explained all the options available to me, and laid out a course of action that I was sure I wouldn’t be able to afford. But it was affordable! And get this, she doesn’t skimp on ANYTHING: a top flight office, top flight technology and equipment (massage chairs, too!), and a top flight staff that has perfect skill sets coupled to perfect-for-the-job personalities; top flight dental consulting and treatment from Dr. Catalano; and top flight services at reasonable prices. There are cheaper dentists out there, and more expensive ones, too, but I find Innovative Dentistry’s pricing to be quite “momma-bear” -like: it’s just right!
I’m just amazed at the modern skills and technology that Dr. Catalano incorporates into her practice – a decade’s worth of problems was totally eliminated in just a few visits. I walked in standing 5’ 6”, and walked out standing well over six-feet tall! Thank you, Dr. Catalano, and everyone at Innovative Dentistry.

After having a "nightmare" experience at another dentist office, it was refreshing to walk into this practice. The office is beautiful, the employees beyond friendly, even helpful, and the doctor is amazing. The chairs even give you a "light" massage as you wait for the dentist. I was completely wowed and will recommend everyone to this practice. I cannot say enough about the entire experience. First class all the way.
