As a patient who relies on medication to be able to move, get out of bed and be an active mom with 5 kids Dr. Jones is a blessing. I literally would have zero quality of life. Every time I go for an appointment the front staff at the Henderson location are very sweet and helpful. Dr. Jones never makes me feel rushed and is always willing to listen and adjust things so that I get the best care and quality out of my busy life. He’s super kind and easy to talk to. My experience with Innovative Pain Care Center has been very good. I have been a patient there for several years now. The first PA was an overbearing person with no bedside manner. She was rude and threw threats around like they were nothing. Was so happy when she left and ever since then I have been treated with care, respect and have shown me that they really care about me, my treatment and working with me to achieve the best results. The office staff is great and always there with a smile, friendly hello and always helpful! The office on the whole is so much better than it used to be and makes those monthly appointments a lot nicer to go to.

They treat you with respect, dignity and compassion. They will try their best to make sure you understand what is going on with you and what they are going to do to make you feel as good as you can be. It's not just another pill mill like many other pain facilities in Las Vegas, they listen to you and do what is needed to help you enjoy your life with as little pain as possible with the least amount of treatment possible. There are many doctors to choose from in Las Vegas, but only a few that care about you. This is one of the few that care and go out of their way to make sure you get better. I'm guessing that they only accept certain people who meet their criteria, if you are accepted, you don't need to worry about falling through the cracks, or being treated like a number.

I am extremely disappointed. I had a 4:15 appointment, I arrived at 4:10 and was told that we would have to reschedule as the Doctor would not see me after 4:00. Why give me a 4:15 appointment then. I have been in constant pain for 3 months and am looking for some relief. I do not think that Innovative Pain Care Center cares about thier clients, I certainly feel like I do no matter to them. I wanted weeks for this appointment and left work early to attend, fought traffic across town, and arrived at 4:10 for my 4:15 appointment. Disgraceful. Now I will have to find a new Doctor and probably wait for several more weeks for any type of relief or an answer, wonderful Healthcare system we have here in Las Vegas.

This was my first-time visiting this office and a great experience. The front staff was quick and efficient. I was called to the back on time (my scheduled time). The intake Dr. was very kind and she seemed to have read my chart ahead of time so instead of asking me questions i had already answered online, she only asked necessary questions to clarify some of my responses. The Dr., Dr. Wu, demonstrated the same in having already read my chart and reviewed my MRIs, Xrays, etc. He was very thorough in his assessment and didn't rush the process and conversation of understanding what was going on with me. He explained my options and communicated timelines of potential progress of recommended treatments. Overall, it was the best Doctors visit I've ever had. It gave me a very positive outlook on getting and feeling better.

This doctors office could care less about their patients not even after a procedure with complications. I wasn’t feeling well after Dr. Ryan West did shots in my neck. I asked to speak with him twice. His office laughed and said no. I asked for a call from the nurse they said no that I needed to make an appointment. I explained to her that I couldn't get in for two weeks and it was pertinent hat I speak with the doctor..never got a call! The surgery center where the procedure was done didn't even bother calling me for almost two entire days after my procedure and when they finally did call to see how I was I told them not well and hey said they would have the doctor call me ....still no response!!! My advise go somewhere else. They just want your money! Terrible
