Front desk is the slowest and rudest there is. I stood in line with only two people for over 25 minutes. Seriously most people are bombarded with emails and texts to pre-sign in online to avoid waiting. We do that and yet here we are waiting. Nobody wants to stand around in the doctor's office to check in. And somebody's got to make it a simpler process. And back in my day when we started at 8:00 a.m. that means you were at your desk and your computer was on and you were working at 8:00 a.m. Not coming in. Drinking your coffee, sitting down your purse. Waiting for everything to warm up and then 15 minutes later start to work. That's my grapes. Sorry, I love the doctor's here but the front office really needs some serious overhauling!!

I made an appointment with this location’s call center unfortunately I am never provided a direct number to this location in order to confirm my appointment. The call center confirmed an appointment for today now at the front desk Taylor and the rest of the staff are unhelpful and rude. I thought on my last appointment that Taylor may have been having a bad day but she is just an unhelpful employee. I called the call center again Summer found an appointment still I am waiting with blood clots on my lungs. This is so disappointing this is unprofessional. I cannot recommend Erin to anyone due to her staff.

Very disappointed on how quality of service has gone so severely down. I only stay here for Dr Miyashiro at this point. The manager doesnt care to hear concerns, as ive been left in a room over 30m waiting for him just to have him leave without acknowledging me. This has happened 3 times now with serious concerns regarding lack of care or medical neglect from their providers. My husband was left in a room alone for 25 minutes and came out to the clinic CLOSED. Doors locked and lights off. Youre lucky we havent reported to the state board.

Dr. Son Bui with Intermountain Health Partners has been my primary care provider for over ten years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He has always taken exceptional care of both myself and my daughter, addressing all of our medical needs with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. At my most recent visit last week, I came in due to a swollen and painful toe that had left me limping for a couple of days. Dr. Bui took swift action, thoroughly examined my toe, and made sure there were no internal or lasting injuries. Thankfully, it was only swelling that resolved on its own, and I felt completely reassured after my visit.

I would also like to recognize the amazing staff. Although Vanessa, who is usually at the front desk, was out on vacation, the young woman covering for her was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, with such positive energy. Additionally, Tia, Dr. Bui’s assistant, deserves special acknowledgment. She always brings me back and checks me in, and she is consistently friendly, professional, and enjoyable to interact with at every visit.

Intermountain Health truly has an outstanding team, and I am so grateful that I chose them as my primary care providers. I highly recommend Dr. Bui and his entire staff to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate healthcare.

I was left in the room and the clinic staff left for the day.

I wish this was a joke. I was told to stay in the room and the nurse would check me out. 15 minutes later I open the door and most of the lights are off and no one responds when I shout "hello?"

This is after the the staff lied to me about sending in a refill weeks prior. Management wont call you back when you leave a message to complain either.

I went to the health fair on 11/15/2025. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. They had tables set up where staff gives you information like health classes,

Absolutely the worst care possible. Save your life, go ANYWHERE else. Nearly DIED due to negligence. They dropped the ball and continue to do so with my health care. Woke up nearly paralyzed due to this negligence and they continue to fail me. Referred me out of state but continue to not send my records to the state where referred to. Over prescribed and under cared for. A simple blood test would have helped me from losing sensation from belly button downward.

Waiting for imaging referral. Was told they are faxing over the referral and the imaging services will be sending a letter by MAIL! Whole process will take over a week just to get a letter and then make an appointment. This is 2025 where we have email and ai assistants! These companies make millions and this is how they process high priority issues.. Leaving a bad review because no one at this place thinks this is a horrible process and has not tried to change it. If you want to be a priority with your health care provider this may not be the place for you.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. About a year ago, I went in for my annual check-up. During the appointment, I had a brief conversation with the doctor about how I was doing. At the end, I was given a few referrals and some lab work to complete.

A couple of weeks later, I was surprised to receive a bill for $199. My insurance typically covers yearly check-ups in full, so I usually don’t have a copay or extra charge. When I called my insurance company, I was told the clinic had changed the visit code from a preventive check-up to a “sick visit,” which is not covered the same way.

I called the clinic thinking it must have been a mistake, but to my surprise, it was done intentionally—just because I mentioned how I was feeling. When I contacted the billing department to see if they could resolve this, they were extremely rude and told me there was nothing they could do.

In the end, I had to pay the $199 out of pocket, but I will never return to this clinic.

My experience is usually pleasant when coming for my annual to this facility. This time, was not good at all. My appointment was at 10:40am, I got brought back to a room around 10:50. I sat in my room until 11:30am. I did not even see my Dr. I saw someone else under her. I saw the NP for 10 minutes was very rushed and then waited until 12:30pm to do my PAP. I had to be back at work by 1:00pm. I didn’t think a 15 minute PAP would take 2 hours.
I want to see my actual Dr. when coming to my annual once a year. This has happened one time prior. So this being the 2nd time. I will be rethinking my Dr. and this location.

The people here are nice. But there is something seriously wrong with how they send referrals to other clinics. I had 3 referrals sent out (one for an ultrasound at another clinic, one for a sleep study, and second for an ultrasound after the first clinic said they no longer offer ultrasounds). In ALL THREE cases, the clinics told me they never got a referral from Intermountain Health and I had to call and get a hold of someone at Intermountain Health to "resend" it - but in actuality, I'm nearly certain they never sent it in the first place (one of the referred clinics even told me that Intermountain oftentimes just doesn't even send referrals). Someone or something/system is seriously incompetent.

I tried to tell the office workers at Intermountain but everyone I talk to just says they did their part and it must be someone or something else not working (e.g., they're not open to considering something in their office isn't working) I'm astounded at how little they care for patients' time.

Didn't do anything, asked if lab work every person said we will call if we need lab work, Dr kept shaking his head and then said I don't believe a word you said and some derogatory remarks to insult the patient. Billed the insurance company yet didn't do anything. Song and dance routine no rxscfilled after establishing care.
