I never have an issue getting to see my doctor or if doest have opening there are other doctors, urgent care as well. I call one number to Intermountain Health they can pull up my records see my complete history ,ask all the correct questions and help with all the leg work. Need to renew a prescription they contact your doctor's office staff and within a day your prescription is taken care of and sent to the pharmacy. If the doctor feels he needs to see you before refilling a particular prescription they make an appointment. I love my Dr. Amit Duggal and his staff at the W. Charleston location.

I am so tired of this runaround..
the doctors and np are great if IF you can get to see them when you need to !! By the time you get an appointment your issue has been resolved by just going to urgent care … what’s the point of even getting a pcp ???
The answering service are never able to schedule an appointment asap … the medical drs are like on a witness protection program…
You can’t talk to them .. you can’t see them when you are in distress… what’s even the point ????

I had appointment with Dr Sado yesterday to discuss my lab results. She explained my results in detail to where I understood what I need to do on my next visit. Actually, she made me felt proud of myself for having a great improvement on most of my lab results. There’s only one thing she needs to keep on monitoring, my kidneys. So I’m hoping to improve that on my next lab work. She’s really thorough!!! I’m glad she’s taking care of my health.

Agnes Sado and staff from the front office to the back are absolutely phenomenal!!! She takes time with every question I might have. She is always one step ahead of things. If you need a referral She will have a workup so you can bring to the specialist and possibly get answers on the first day. The wait time...... what wait time?! I'm able to come see her on my lunch. I would fly to go see her if I needed to. So needless to say EVERYONE that works here and Agnes Sado are a extremely big deal if you ask me. Lol

Early 7:30 AM appointment. The door was locked and the lights were off. I called the phone number I had for the office and unfortunately the phone lines are run by AI so it was not easy to get an actual person to speak to. It eventually got figured out.
My appointment was good, Dr. Chinta was great, as always.

The doc was cool. But there BS check in policy is horrible. I was there 5 min early for my appointment time. but because I didn't want to register on my phone and chose to do it in the office. It took me ten minutes or so. When I turned in the laptop with the registration, I was informed that I missed my appointment and would have to wait for a ni show or cancelation. Mind you I was a few minutes early and nobody was called to the back. After another 2.5 hours I was seen. The office is a joke

I was seen by nurse Rachel & PA Agnes Sado. Both of these ladies are outstanding, very compassionate, they take the time to listen to you as a patient and what your concerns are. I don’t feel like I’m just a number or that I’m being rushed through their office no matter how busy they are. They take the time to explain things, and make you feel like you are important to them. It’s everything I look for in a doctors office. I highly recommend this office to anyone who might need a doctor in this community. Overall I give this office 5 stars!
