2 years ago I did PT here with PPO insurance. Paid my fees, paid my bills. Now some obscure third-party "billing company," apparently not collections, is reaching out saying I owe them money on behalf of Jackson PT, but no one can tell me why I owe anything and no one can tell me why it's YEARS after our business has concluded that there is some unpaid balance they want. Things were good when they were good, but now it looks like a scam.

I've had physiotherapy for shoulder and back issues for several years now, but I learned new things at Jackson Physical Therapy that really helped me with stability and strengthening the right muscles. Physical therapist Nancy explained which exercises strengthen which muscles and showed me in detail how to activate the muscles that support my back. I feel a lot more stable now.
I'm very happy with Jackson Physical Therapy and with Nancy in particular. That said, all of the therapists have been friendly, courteous and very helpful.

I’ve been going to this location for the last 9 months in Henderson. The therapists are caring and take their time with you and the doctors are very knowledgeable. A doctor named Nancy started in June or July and she approached everything with a slightly more technical approach and it changed the way I view my health and maintenance. I can’t recommend enough that it could change your life if you’re struggling, but be intentional, you can’t put a bandaid on your nerves/spine/bones.

I suffered a painful disc injury in my back from martial arts training. I was on a walker when i arrived at JTP. They worked with me and were super helpful in helping me regain my strength enough to walk without assistance. Although i've been recently diagnosed with degenerative disc disorder, it will be something i have to live with most likely forever and JTP did all they could to help me get the pain under control. I never leave public reviews, but i highly recommend Jackson Physical Therapy to anyone who needs help.

I've been coming to Jackson PT since I had to have ACL reconstruction. They were recommended from a prior patient and I'm so glad she did. I've been going twice a week since one week after surgery and I'm now two months out and my knee feels better every day. The exercises I once thought were too difficult I'm now look forward to. And my knee is getting stronger and stronger. I can't thank the staff enough for their patience and guidance. They know how to motivate and push without harming or hurting. EVERYONE in the Henderson office is A+++++ from the Front Office (Alicia), PT, PTA (Emily), and the amazingly wonderful girls (Stephanie and Jessica) who have been helping me heal since I hobbled in on the first day. This PT in Henderson should have a rating of more than 5 Stars. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs PT. I came in with a very stiff rigid deep torticolis that I couldn’t even turn my head/neck sideways making it impossible to drive. Brandon, The Owner, have assessed my problem and laid out the necessary therapy that I need. Brandon and all His staffs including Alicia, the front desk/scheduler are all very pleasant and caring. Even when they were very busy they always manage to give you a smile and reassuring care. Emily have magic acupressure massages that gave healing to my rigid muscles thereby giving my neck more mobility.Now Iam pain free and able to turn my head sideways and most importantly is Iam back to driving. Although, it’s been weeks since I been back due to real life issues right now. The times I have gone they have been so kind, helpful, and supportive. Jackson Physical Therapy is an incredibly safe and welcoming environment and I highly recommend it! I was nervous to do physical therapy for the first time but there was no need as they are very patient with everyone they see. They work with you and gauge your weaknesses and strengths and inform you of what areas need improvement and any changes that come. If you need a break or feel ill or in pain suddenly they'll monitor you and lessen your exercises if need be because they want you to be at your best so you can do your best. For those like myself who are gender nonconforming they'll use your pronouns and the name you'd like to be referred by with no issue. If I ever need to go through more physical therapy in the future I know I'll be well taken care of and taken seriously here.

This is my 3rd experience utilizing PT. I have been going to the Henderson location for the past couple of months. When I arrived, I could barely walk without severe pain in my right knee and leg due to meniscus repair surgery and also sciatica pain since the surgery. From the very first appointment, I was extremely impressed with the care and concern of staff at this office. I went 3 times per week for awhile and then reduced to 2 times per week. Alfredo, Emily and Ace were excellent in their ability to recognize where my pain was and their application of different techniques to alleviate that pain for me. Most days I walked out of the office pain free. The pain would return but each week it would get a little better. All of the assistants were wonderful in assisting me with questions and concerns and documentation of my progress. The ladies at the front desk are always there with a smile and gracious welcome every time I arrived. Emily suggested Alfredo try dry needling for my sciatica pain and this is one therapy I will ALWAYS come back to! It was amazing what massive improvement I was able to experience with just a couple of sessions of this procedure. I want to THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU IN THIS OFFICE FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVERY HAD IN AFTER-SURERY THERAPY!!! This is the place to go if you want the best treatment!

Jackson PT @ Green Valley is absolutely the best! I can wholeheartedly recommend them for their knowledge, compassion, and professionalism. From Carson and Destiny at the front reception to all of the team members, I was greeted warmly with each visit. Eric Akoupee and his team work so well together to create a great environment for recovery. I had attended another clinic in the past where I was left on my own most of the time and given a list of exercises. If you’re ever injured, go to Jackson Physical Therapy for your rehab. I recently tore my ACL and was directed to JPT. They really took care of me the last few months. I was impressed with their structure and the staff themselves. The PTA Cierra who was just so pleasant and knowledgeable. Rai and Gia pushed me on the exercises all the way to Destiny and Julia being so organized and detailed oriented on my sessions. He assessed my injury by testing specific range of motions and I then determined what type of treatment I would benefit from the most. He used a dry needling technique as well as manual mobilizing therapy. After that he set me up with a great strengthening routine. The office even provided me with resistance bands I could take home to continue my therapy. I can’t wait to get back on the ice knowing my body feels strong and reliable to perform again!

My Physical therapy dream team consists of Cierra, Ray and Alyssa! Cierra is amazing at working my muscles and finding the hidden tight spots. I'm sad to say I am not impressed.

First of all, the people are lovely, polite, and kind. You can tell the folks who work with you here care about what they do. I met the owner and he seems lovely as well.

However, nothing I did here worked at all, and I was charged extra after the fact. I paid $80 after insurance for about 1.5 months of wasted time, and that's just inexcusable.

When I first arrived, they told me that a lot of people say physical therapy doesn't work because the patient doesn't show up and doesn't do the work they need to. Because of that comment, I was sure to do everything they asked. Exercises at home. Showed up 3x per week. Did everything, stayed until they said I was done.

However, nothing I did here worked.

Important note and perhaps my biggest gripe: you will routinely wait. And wait. And wait. Whether it's waiting to be called back or waiting while you're in the gym, you'll wait a LOT.

I don't know why, but I sat on the table simply waiting for the ice or other therapies for sometimes 15 - 30 minutes. Just sitting there, waiting, doing nothing. I never felt like my time was valued here. Even though the people were lovely, I would be constantly told to sit and wait while they moved from person to person. I have too much to do to simply sit and wait for so long, and so often every week. It adds up quickly.

Pro tip: go in the morning or on Tuesdays/Thursdays to avoid the crowds. Any other time, and you will probably wait in the lobby past your appointment, and then wait some more once you're in the gym. That was my experience, at least.

The final straw for me was 6 weeks into this, when I wasn't getting better at all.

After 6 WEEKS of physical therapy and little to no improvement, I had re-injured myself at the gym doing some relatively light aerobic. 7 minutes on an aerobic machine and BOOM, all my pain was back and more. I told them about this the next day, and they said "sometimes that just happens. What you need is more physical therapy."

There was NEVER a question of "Maybe you should get an MRI." Never a question of maybe you should talk to your doctor to see what's wrong, since you don't seem to be getting better.

It was just more physical therapy, which I reiterate, hadn't had any positive effect on me thus far at all despite me doing everything I was asked to do.

I cancelled my remaining appointments and stopped coming in. My orthopedic surgeon recommended someone else, and I've been much happier with them.

I wasn't going to leave a review at all, but I got a bill in the mail for $80 even though the young lady at the front desk said, very clearly, that I wouldn't owe anything since my deductible for the year was met. Either she didn't check or was flat-out wrong because now I have to pay even though they did nothing productive to help me. So if you DO go here, double check with your insurance before believing what the front desk tells you about billing.

Frustrating, to say the least.

I want to reiterate that the people themselves are very kind, and I enjoyed talking with them. They're encouraging, compassionate, and I liked talking to them. However, after the experience I had, I can't recommend anyone go here.

My husband had a 3 o'clock appointment to be evaluated for therapy after having neck surgery to remove a cancerous mass. He was told that there would be a 5 to 10 minute wait to see the "Dr." 50 minutes later he walked out. This place obviously doesn't think a patient's time is as valuable as that of the "Dr." I am giving them 1 star because they offered me water twice.

Wonderful staff ! They are very professional but yet very personable. They become friends and family very quickly. You won't feel the insincerity that you get with larger chains or get held back on recovery time like at some slower places. They give you great attention and listen very well.
