My wife and I have both been patients of Dr. Jayne's for about twenty years.
He has given us excellent care. We have been monitored and treated for AMD. We are now stable thanks to his treatment. We now travel about 300 miles round trip for follow up visits. He is well worth the extra time it takes for travel.
His office and tech staff are also great.

Dr. Jayne is the best. Always gets me in on time. The eye dilations and tests go smoothly and he always answers my many questions in a way that makes sense to me unlike other doctors that speak like you're a medical professional. His front desk person Dina always has a smile and is very pleasant. I have been his patient for 6 years now and never had an insurance claim/payment problem. The office is clean and efficient. Las Vegas needs more doctors like Dr. Jayne. Thank you.

Tried to get pricing for PRP (photo coagulation) procedure to correct retinal holes in one eye. First receptionist didn't know what I was talking, about and kept repeating she couldn't give out that information (English was their second language). I finally asked if I could speak to someone that could.

A second person came on the phone and confirmed they provided the procedure. I informed them I didn't have insurance and need pricing for the exam and procedure for cash payment. They placed me on hold for 7 minutes...and then for another 5 minutes.

The result: She informed me that I had to be a client before she could tell me the price. How much for the exams? $350. So basically I need to speed $350 to find the price of a procedure I might not be able to afford and then be out $350 because anyone actually performing the procedure will require their own exam.

Conclusion: If this service is any indication of how your treated as a client I suggest you stay clear of this Doctor.

My brother has seen Dr. Russell for over 30 years. He's legally blind and I take him to his eye appointments. He won't goto another eye doctor, and my experience going there has always been pleasant. Dr. Russell himself, he treats my brother with care and explains everything in full detail, I appreciate that he doesn't rush through my brothers appointments.

Not a good experience. The office seems to be unorganized and
the staff/dr. do not care about how long the patient would have to wait. I visited this office twice and, each time, I had to wait 21/2 to 31/2 hours to be seen by the doctor. This is unheard of. They get the patients in very early in the morning but the doctor does not show up until after 9 AM.
