I can't be more happy about this doctor.
Is always walk in available. They take you in in no time and the Dr and stuff do an amazing job. Every time I feel sick I don't doubt to go and he gets me fix on my first day of medicine. 😊 I can't stop recommending this Dr s office 😊

Dr. Burgos is amazing!,
He has been my doctor for as long as I can remember. My parents & all 3 of my siblings go to him as well! He explains everything in great detail and I appreciate that he cares and doesn’t rush us.
Will continue to come. I don’t care if he doesn’t accept insurance, I will pay every time.

Dr. Burgos is the best doctor I have gone to in Las Vegas. Thanks to him my mother can walk and I no longer have to worry about her being in the wrong medical hands. Nunca pierdo mi tiempo en dejar ni calificar ninguno de los lugares a los q voy ,pero estoy tan disgustada con esta clínica por su mal servicio que por lo menos conmigo hubo ,primero saco cita como nueva paciente con el doc burgos ,todo bien 👍 ,cuando llego él día d mi cita m dicen que él Doc no m puede atender pues no estaba agarrando nuevos pacientes 😩 q m podía atender con cualquiera de los Doc que ahí trabajan ,ok que remedio m tocó con la Doc Damaris (ninguna queja de ella 👌 excelente las 5 estrellas para ella) ,voy a mi 2da cita después de 3 semanas para revisar los estudios que la Doc me mando hacer ,y después de esperar 30 min me llama la la de la oficina y me dice q ya ese doctor no agarraba mi seguro y que no me podían atender ,es decir que mi viaje fue en vano ,y no es lo que m molesta ,es q luego d 3 semanas y una espera de 30 min esperen a ese día para decirme eso ,osea nadie me pudo llamar para decirme eso y ahorrarme él viaje y él disgusto ,en fin muy mal trabajo no c si de las muchachas de la oficina o no se d quien ,pero salí con muy mala referencia d ahí ,no c la recomiendo a nadie ,tenia muy buenas referencias pero luego de estos artercados 😕👎👎👎 ,una estrella xq es obligado 🤐🤐

Doctor Burgos , is Guillermina Ramirez doctor. She says he is the best she has ever encountered! He has been her doctor for over 15 years ! I think this is non sense, he is respectful and one of the best doctors ever. We aren't sure if he actually did what he "did" of "harassing" a lady . This is complete nonsense ! Many people have been patients there for many many years , and doctor Burgos has never done that ! Either that lady is crazy and is making up false information about doctor Burgos, but if is true... Doctor Burgos has been my doctor ever since he came in the United States. He is a very, very good doctor. He saved my life more than ones and he is the reason why I can still walk. He is an excellent, kind, caring and respectful doctor. My wife and I do not mind waiting a long time just to see him, we know he cares for and about his patients and he gives plenty of time to his patients that comes in and not treat them like he is on a time limit. He is the BEST DOCTOR that is hard to come by and we are very fortunate to know him - a Doctor of the people.

Lots of people complain about the front desk, but never about their experience with Doctor Burgos. The office is always full of people waiting to see the doctor, and when asked if they want to be seen by the other doctor, people always seem to rather wait for Doctor Burgos. Dr. Burgos office, Highly disorganized, if you call you will get an answering machine and if you leave a message they will respond in about 2 days. If you take your yearly fiscal with Burgos office they wont report to your insurance. I have called and left many messages about this issue and still nothing gets done. If you make a prior appointment to see the doctor you will still wait over an hour and a half to see the doctor, because anyone that walks in gets squeezed in to make sure they make every dollar possible. When I met Dr. Burgos I was happy because I liked his personable approach but His staff is incompetent, He definitely needs a professional office manager.
Dr. Burgos its time to take charge of this and be professional.
