There is a Doctor in the house!!! Changed insurance so I had to change doctors. Blood pressure already rising, knowing what's coming up. Ugh.

And then the miracle happened. From signing in with Rose to check out with Vanessa, being cared for and listened to by Alexis and Dr. Ofa in between, I was amazed and very very grateful.

Cordial, professional, on-time, prepared (they already had my old records). 73 years of doctors, some very kind and caring...this one was worth waiting for. So glad I stuck around. Absolutely improved my quality of life in one visit. Hope the Doc and crew can hang around for 20 more years or so. Highly recommended.

Dr. Karyn Ofa is AMAZING. I have had to change general practice physician due to insurance changes over the years and I can honestly say that Dr Ofa is by far the best I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and never makes me feel rushed. Answers all my questions. Is always on time and gets back to me in a timely manner. I give kudos to her staff also as I know that they handle her scheduling and are always pleasant and are the go between, making my visit always smooth. The faculty is always clean and I can tell you that I have never been in the waiting room with more than 12 people and that’s including the support person that usually accompanies the patient. The waiting area is extremely large and you never feel like you’re packed in like sardines. It’s so nice to be able to sit down and distance yourself in a doctors office, especially since most times someone goes to the doctor is because they’re sick. I give credit to management because they determine how many patients to schedule within a given time frame and respect the patients time which is extremely rare in most medical facilities. Thanks for the great job. Would highly recommend.

I have seen Dr. Ofa for over 2 years and although it is far from where I live, I would not have it any other way.
I love Dr. Ofa because she is dedicated, very knowledgeable, a great listener, professionsl, and always available to fit me in for an emergency. She is warm and personable and ready to discuss alternatives I may be interested in. Her team is great. Always on time, friendly, great follow-up with referrals and medication refills.
